I had a battery a tested that tested good at the AutoZone directly across the street but I wanted it to have a full charge which is a service offered and advertised here, the manager decided to take over pushing his employee aside, he insists on testing the battery again through a system that actually drains the battery down even more and then tells me that I have a bad battery and I have to buy a new one he was banking on the idea that I wouldn't leave with my battery but he was wrong, this was a dirty trick and I refuse to be scammed! After he refused to charge my battery back up attempting to leave me stranded or buy a new battery, the employee that was helping me returned and remain professional, earning this place one star.

First watch was amazing. Shout out to our server Josh who made us feel like we were his only guest. From the moment we were seated til we left he was awesome. Food was great, restaurant was very clean, mask was worn, customer service was awesome. Food choices was both healthy and traditional. I would highly recommend having breakfast or brunch here.

Went to 7340 Michigan Rd location for help with a wiper blade replacement. Store # 06246 . On 3/14/23 -10:28am. Was helped by a gentleman by name of Jhonny M. . I told him I was in a vehicle that wasn't mine and belonged to a disabled USAF VET. and wasn't sure what to purchase for replacement. He helped me by having me obtain Vin # and then helped me obtain the wiper replacement blade I could afford. And told me that at NO cost to their customers they install it for them! :) WOW! I said, that's great! I'm always coming here again and telling my family and friends as well! And thanked him. Thank you again Jhonny!! And to all others this only cost me with tax, $14.97 ! WOW! WITH INSTALL! I LOVE THIS PLACE! THANK YOU ADVANCE AUTO PARTS!! SINCERELY, PETER GEMMITI..

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Management, Piyush and Jhonny were beyond rude. I ve dealt with this location before and never had any problems. I had a problem with my battery and had my receipt stating it was no out of warranty. It wasn t until my male friend on the my phone told him the same thing I did and he then was willing to charge the battery and give answers to questions I had asked multiple times. I WILL NEVER HO BACK TO THIS STORE even if they were giving something away. If I could give it -10 I would.

Customer service could have been better. No customers in the store, refused to install a signal light, for a female customer stating they had too much to do, and there were only 2 cashiers. Previous employees have been willing to do this, as well as wiper blades.

The assistant manager Kam at the 71st street location is the best. He's professional, friendly, and helpful. He diagnosed the battery issue in my van, replaced the battery right there, and had me back on the road incredibly quickly. My preschooler summarized it best: "I hope he's always working there when our car breaks down!"

Great, quick, and easy experience. I spent 20 min out in my car trying to look up what headlight bulb I needed. When I went in, it turns out I was wrong. The wonderful lady informed me that what I chose was a yellow bulb, when I needed a white bulb. So quick and easy, she plugged my car into her computer, found the bulb I needed, grabbed it off the shelf for me, and I checked out. So all that time I spent in my car trying to figure out what I needed was wasted time. All I really needed to do, was go in and ask for a little help. So I definitely recommend asking the associates in this store for help. They're knowledgeable, and will find the answer to your car question quickly. They're super nice too.

I had a great experience when I came in to buy some headlights for my car. I've never done this before, so I was looking around the store not sure what I was doing. Pretty soon one of the associates came and asked how he could help. He figured out the right headlights for my car and gave them to the cashier, who may have been the manager. After he rang me up, he went out to my car and installed them for free! Thanks guys!

I purchased a battery today from this location and had a bad experience with Brenda. The guy that actually helped me was very helpful and he put my battery in my car correctly I will give him 5 stars. But the lady who works in there name Brenda makes this location look bad that's why i gave it 1 star. Brenda is very rude she did not greet me when i came in. The guy had a line backed up she would not help out. I spent over $100 on a battery which the guy was going to put it in my vehicle but Brenda told him he can not move until he finish all the customers. But she was jus sitting there not helping one single customer. She was very rude in barking orders at him. He was being so friendly but Brenda was rude and nasty to him. Brenda needs more training in customer service. And if her attitude continues she should not be working with the public. This store needs to re train Brenda. I would not reccomend a customer to her.

I use to love it. I spent well over $20,000 in online orders over 10 years time. In that ten year span they have hired people who don't understand how to run the computers. I have to pick my own orders when I order online for in-store pickup. I deal with a lot of auto part employees, I've seen quite a bit. What my problem is that they put people in management positions that treat you like you owe them something instead of making you feel like a customer buying something. Now I go in there with a attitude and prepare for the worst....

I asked the manager, John, on the phone to do a three way call to explain how to use their Advanced Auto battery warranty exchange to 3rd party and dealership service. While very knowledgeable, he acted like it was moving a mountain and pretty much hung up. Yes. I can t believe it either. Newsflash. We re all busy! A 5 min explanation could ve saved a lot of work for everyone! So I called the 3rd party back. They called Advanced Castleton. 3rd party gave me a transaction number. I called Advanced Zionsville with the transaction number. Insane. Even then John tried to give work to Advanced Lafayette Rd. or Advanced Crawfordsville to help me .

My car battery recently died so I looked around at several different places (AutoZone, Pepboys, etc.), but Advance Auto Parts had the best deal on a battery that was also highly rated and came with a decent warranty. The free installation went mostly smooth, although the first person did need to get help from someone else, but I appreciated that rather than doing something that could cause damage if not done completely correct.

I was in distress when I entered Advanced Auto Parts. However, David and Cameron helped me out and made my car problem easier to deal with. I purchased a battery and Cameron replaced my battery. He was very fast it took 3 minutes.

I was having issues with my oil and my check engine light was on. I had originally went to the AutoZone down the street, but after very rude and unhelpful service I left and went down the street to this Advance Auto Parts where on the verge of tears of frustration they helped me immensely and answered all of my questions calmly and politely. They made recommendations on what I should do, I would definitely recommend going to this place if in need of car services, questions or products.

I guess the mask mandate doesn't apply here. Neither of the two employee wearing masks. Poor selection of batteries for my car and spent 10 minutes trying to find one of two that would fit my car. Both overpriced and low end. Went across street and got what I needed and everyone was wearing a mask. Do not shop here when there is better choices right next door!

Tried to buy rotors and pads on line for $219. It was a 4 day nightmare . Ended up going straight there and spent $283 for the same thing. Why do they even bother if my purchase can't be found.

Good place to find helpful information for my car. They have several brands of oil to choose from with good prices. They should offer more choices for oil filters. I usually get my oil filter somewhere else. They took my Used Oil and recycle it for no charge.

I walk in and guy is on his cell phone cursing someone out about "not leaving his kids on xmas". So.I wait a few minutes before he decides I'm worthy to be helped. He's on the phone the while time. I get my tail lights and I ask if he could help if I run into trouble. Basically he said no, his exact words were "it's not that hard". So I def feel like I should have went to AutoZone.

I went to get a back wiper blade because auto zone didn't have one. Well come to find out that there was something wrong with mine and the guy at advance auto parts made sure they fit and fixed the problem. I'll definitely go back there first.

New owners that you cannot understand and the store was very dirty and had some lights out in the ceiling and the part that I bought was dusty. This store has been my go to store for years. It has always been clean, friendly and has had my parts in stock. I would have given them a 2 but they had my part.

I try to shop all "my" parts stores, but I probably shop Advance a little more often. The sales people have been great over the years...knowledgeable, helpful and nice.I'm glad Advance is in the neighborhood!
