The staff is friendly and some of them are knowledgeable. I had two issues recently. I was helped with one and three quarters of it, with a little help from a competitor. This is my first go to place now for parts locally. Qa

I stopped here to drop off some Amazon returns after the UPS drop box near my house was removed. The two ladies who assisted me were extremely helpful, and once they had completed my returns, it occurred to me that I'd been intending to get done door hinge pins for the Blazer. I asked them for help and they looked up and found the part, and then located it in the store. I sometimes feel dumb in auto parts stores because I don't know much about auto repair, but they were so friendly and willing to help, I wasn't embarrassed at all. I appreciate it!

Needed a brake bulb. She was the only one sitting at the computer so I walked up and explained to HER what I needed. Just a bulb. She has no personality or customer service. After answering the few questions asked. She said I have nothing in the computer. So I went out to check the brake lights. Came back in and what a rotten attitude she had. She was not interested in what I needed. I left and will never return

Typical parts store. Very overpriced on everything, but if you need a part right then it's a great resource.They have a function, but I don't shop here much.Update: I appreciate the response from the store, it didn't feel canned.

Store is not in the best area but the only one remotely close that had the part I needed. The guy was very new but he was friendly and with some assistance was able to pick the 2 parts I needed. They were pretty busy but my wait time was minimal.

Best Advance Auto Parts in Indiana very helpful professional staff. I highly recommend this Advance Auto Parts to anyone who needs Parts for their vehicle. Jane, Jon and the manager Randy are a great team that can help in a professional manner. 10/10 Great costumer Service.

Kinda sucked . Took back alternator that I ordered online. In 2019 . Tried taking it back to store that I normally order from and the wouldn't exchange it because it was purchased online and from different store. So I had to go back to store on west Washington street. Then they couldn't swap it I had to get refund and then repurchase it. Then tried selling it to me for 50.00 more than what I paid for it the first time. It had life time warranty. Advanced auto is advanced auto shouldn't have to go to same store you purchase it from. Crazy.

The worst. Over price. Been to two here in indpls. Bought die hard battery wouldn't exchange it. The silver battery. In the middle of wenter. Had recept we can't make out the date. Go some where's eles

Bad worker special one lady she don t care a customer when i ask a part she was mad at me and she turn lazy crazy to look a part from computer. She talk very loud like which one2 and iam like wow calm down and she doesn t care a bout me she look young if she didn t get fire I won t come a gain and also i will tell all my friends not to come this store location 3625 S.East street IN 46227

I had to buy a lot of parts for my car and they really went through and gave me every discount that I could get and I ended up getting parts about $200 cheaper than anywhere else I'm very happy with this place

Matthew over at the advance auto is the guy to go see when you need helpful advice about your ride, even part. Ok I tell you what, i went to " Oreally" i said that...and they tried to charge me $246.99 for front shocks, na... I am going to Advance Auto, same part's for my 07 Honda, price$214.00, my place to shop from now on, & started me an account joined. i'm all in. Check it out! It is all gravy baby. Thanks Matthew.
