We'd been looking for a nice car that wouldn't break my pockets. We found A2Z and didn't have to look any further. I ended up getting a 2015 Buick Verano for a great price. Very Clean car inside and out! Thank you Miss. Renata Rodriguez for all your help. The entire staff was friendly! Definitely recommend for anyone to pay them a visit!

I stopped by there with the intention on making an offer on a vehicle that I saw on their website for about 2 weeks. Lo and behold I grabbed an Uber ,showed up and the vehicle I was interested in had to be put in the repair center. It was raining that day and I felt slighted. But then I met Basim and he gave me a much better deal for another vehicle with fewer miles and made a cash offer in which they did accept. I love this new ride and promised that I would return to purchase another vehicle from him soon. Thanks Basim for making me the deal of a lifetime, you rock buddy!

They were super easy to buy from and they didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of crazy things. I talked to them about prices and they were super helpful about getting me financing. They don't have the biggest selection in Indianapolis, but they were super nice and easy to work. Definitely give them a stop by and see if there's something you like.

Hello, My personal experience with A2Z Auto was a friendly business transaction. There was no sales pressure. Basim and Renata were easy to work with the purchase. The fact that I explored my options a few months prior, left time to consider my investment. The sales team at A2Z Auto are true professionals at their job. I would recommend doing business with them.

One of my biggest concerns buying a used car, especially from a used car lot, was honesty when it comes to the car s condition and ensuring there are no hidden problems. When I showed up to look at the truck I bought, the salesman was immediately upfront about two known issues with the car and that they had received it on a trade in. He was happy to let me test drive the vehicle to my mechanic as well. After doing so we were able to work out a deal that allowed me to keep some of my funds to make the necessary repairs on the truck. 10/10 I would buy a vehicle from this dealership again. If honesty and transparency are your concerns, you have no worries here. They are the most honest used car dealers I have ever dealt with.

i went to a2z looking for a new car after browsing the internet for weeks and talking with them on the phone for a few days, these guys are awesome! I am a first time buyer with absolutely no score. i had an approval before i even made the drive up to them. the best part is the loan is through a prime bank even with my triple zero score! i seriously can t thank these people enough, they got me in the car i wanted with lower than expected payments. i cant recommend a2z enough.

Awesome! great atmosphere, great customer service and very welcoming. Basim and his team will go above and beyond to help you get into the vehicle you want. Easy breezy process.Update,.10 months later, and the car has issues. I guess this is what happens with some used cars. It's like playing Russian roulette.

This is a great place to buy your next car! My husband and I love our 2017 Mini Cooper that we purchased! Renata & Basim were amazing!! We were looking online for a Chevrolet Volt, and found a 2014, well priced with all of the options we were looking for at A2Z Autos. The downside was it was in Indy and we were in Cincy. I called, spoke to Basim, said I had a 2017 Challenger R/T to trade. He was very open-minded, asked me what I expected to get from it, asked me to email pictures, and within an hour or so had come to an agreement. We drove over, drove the Volt while he checked out the Challenger, and upon our return, was ready to do the deal. He was extremely easy to work with and if we lived closer, would certainly buy from again!! We are very happy!

My 20 year old son bought a car from A2Z autos we were pleased until the passenger wheel came off the axle. I went with my son and was assured that the car had had a safety check. The bolts on both front wheels were hand tightened and not impact tightened. My 20 year old son could have been killed id the wheels had detached on the Highway possibly injuring others. In reading the reviews, it appears buying a car from A2Z autos is like playing Russian roulette. If you are lucky you will get a good car if not you could buy a car with dire consequences. I would NOT recommend buying a car from A2Z Autos.

Great experience buying a car with A2Z! First class experience. The car was immaculately detailed. Negotiations were painless. Was able to trade in my 2009 Toyota Camry Hybrid for a 2014 Kia Sorento. They gave me a fair amount for the Camry and the Sorento was priced as a great deal. I brought my own financing and was pressured to use theirs. The whole process was smooth, simple and informative. Easiest car buying process I ve ever experienced! Very friendly, explains the paperwork, next steps and kept me informed through the process. They went above and beyond! He even managed to get me a better rate than my pre-approval. Thank you for making this an enjoyable process and staying late to make sure I could drive my new car home! I love my Buick!
