We specifically asked if they had a serpentine belt in stock for a car. We even asked to the guy THREE times to make sure that it was the right one, and he said "yep! We've got it in stock!"We drove from wabash, and they said they didn't have it in stock. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else. The employees don't know what they're talking about.

I have had to many issues with AutoZone over the years and I'm done with the company. I have no issues with employees at AutoZone only how the company operates. I went through 4 water pumps on my dodge ram in 1 year because everything is rebuilt from AutoZone. Bought from NAPA and never had an issue again. This time I have a part ordered for my car and the part inside the box is wrong! How do you put the wrong part in a box and sell it? Can't read or just don't care?

Its not the service but the pricing to dominate the field you should offer the best at what people want and need not always about making more money and the best thing you can do with the economy how it is today is be the cheapest witch I'll earn you the most money.

I purchased a battery today from Marc. Marc sold me the battery and installed the battery. He really helped me out and I offered him a tip or lunch and he said absolutely not; therefore I am giving him 5 stars. Thank you Marc!

I was really impressed with the level of care they have for customers. I purchased some mace for honestly the first time today. I didn't even tell them it was and they told me where to spray it if I had to and another store with other mace options that could be easier to use. They even got the mace out of its packaging for me. I really appreciate how far they go to help customers.

Staff too busy chatting with each other to help customers. When I walked up to the counter to pay the staff called me kid . I was buying a battery and they didn t bother to help carry it. I don t appreciate being condescended to, really poor customer service overall.

I went to Autozone today to buy some fuel additive... They were not busy at all, but they just made eye contact with me while I waited for someone to come to the register to ring me up... They did not call for anyone (if only one was was supposed to be at the register)... As I stood there waiting with my cash money laid out waiting... Nobody made any effort to come so I stood waiting for a bit longer... Finally I picked my cash up and said to the several employees that made eye contact that nobody wants to ring me up and I can see that you see me waiting... And I walked out... (without the fuel additive)... This happens all the time at our Autozone...

Nice staff, but kind of tired of their lives. Very fast service and I got my engine checked for free. The guy at the counter gave me options of what to do based on the issue and didn't just try to get me to buy a part I might not need.

Returned a battery on warranty. I was charged a core charge on the new battery even though they kept the old battery. It was explained that the cores cancel each other out.I know I had to take algebra twice, but that is really jacked up.Did I mention that the battery had a January 2018 manufacturer date on it? 18 months and the battery was toast.Duralast Gold? More like Duralast Pyrite.Update: trust but verify what you buy. I put in an online order. It wasn't ready when I went to pick it up. They went through to fulfill the order really quickly, but they gave me the wrong filter.

Nobody asked me if I needed any help, I went and looked for the item I thought I needed it was not in stock or is not there so I walked right out without anyone saying anything to me. .

we were in your store March 1st. Clean bright store, easy to maneuver around. Assistant manager, Craig, worthless. I had to ask him to assist us at the register. Even at that point he said "O he'll help you."I said, "He " is busy!" Craig could not answer my questions and told me to come back Tuesday when the manager would be in.Come back...probably notKay Beaver

Be a good place for a parts store.Can't get waited on even when your the only one in the store.You would think when OReillys came to town it would have improved but it got worseThey should put in a advance auto parts in the building. The service is good. I was waited on very promptly. I was going to buy a battery, but the battery was dated at 9/16 and I wanted to fresher your one. One at least dated in 2017. It's still a good place to get a battery.

While they have a variety of items for one's vehicle, I found the employee who helped me lacked basic automotive knowledge. I asked for help locating the power-steering fluid cap and checking the fluid level. He couldn't help me locate it and failed to ask another employee for help

The management must be bad... 4 employees and it took 25 mins to get checked out. There was only one guy in line checking out in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous. Oh, and the phone was ringing off the hook with no one answering it... all while a lady in the back was standing around.
