Overall, a great place to stay. Friendly staff, good service, great hot breakfast, waffles to sausage and eggs, even an expresso machine. I did have to get batteries for the remote. There was a hair in the tub, although overall was clean. Staff was notified.Noteworthy details: Indoor pool available here

Hidden gem! Not just the Best Western but the beautiful woman named Grace that works the front desk. Very kind and patient person. I was very stressed dealing with a 3rd party booking service that was anything but helpful and Grace helped me through everything even though I was upset.The rooms are also nice and clean. The indoor pool was perfect.Thank you Mrs. Grace for everything. God bless.

We stayed for one night on a trip, the room was clean and easy to check-in.The breakfast was hot, fresh, and offered several options.Overall, if traveling in this area and needed a place to stay, would stay here again.

This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at during our trip out to Mount Rushmore! The beds were nice and soft! They had gluten free muffins for my wife (Celiac s disease), which no other hotel had during our trip! The front desk people were very friendly and courteous (and we checked in extremely late).Really appreciate this place as it was our last stop before finishing up our trip back home!!!

We stopped here on our trip from Wisconsin to D.C. we wanted something reasonably priced because we just needed a place to sleep and breakfast for the family. The rooms were clean and quiet. I got up early to use the gym, and then we had a hearty breakfast: waffles, eggs, ham, Cereal, baked goods, French toast, and more. Well worth the price to have the breakfast for a family of 5!

The most important thing is that the hotel and rooms were super clean. The Staff was super friendly, kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area. Although, I wouldn t necessarily recommend the hot breakfast but all the � la cart items were substantial. Our room air didn t seem to cool down quite enough, and the light from the parking lot glared through our window and the blackout shade in our room wouldn t close to block it out. But the comfy beds & pillows were Fantastic and we got good sleep. Super grateful to have had a clean, safe place to stay.

Best hotel I think I ve ever stayed at with the exception of a 5 star hotel on the Pacific Ocean and this could even rival that. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was the best I ve had at any hotel chain. Everything about this hotel is amazing. Hidden gem for sure if you don t expand your search area for a hotel.

My daughter was traveling solo and I reached out to book her a room! Amanda and Grace went above and beyond to take care of her for the night. Upon checking in they discovered the room she was suppose to stay in was not up to standards (not a big deal had a lingering smell). They insisted on upgrading her even though she said it was fine. They insisted so that she could get a good nights rest! Not only is this hotel safe and clean but the concern and customer service shown by Amanda and Grace was above and beyond. I am a hotel manager and my daughter grew up in the business and she immediately contacted me and said mom you have to write a review they are amazing! Thank you!

The staff are very nice and the room was quite nice and clean. But what you are not told until you check in is that they put a $50 hold against your credit card above and beyond the room charge for incidentals. I was told that it would be released up on checkout the next morning. I just checked with my bank and it has not been released and there is a $50 charge against my credit card in addition to the charge of the room. And over 36 hours has passed. I am going to hold the full amount at my bank until this gets worked out. I called the hotel and they told me this was between me and the bank and I found that very interesting that it is now my problem. They need to change their policy and get something better that works.

Room was nasty! Goldfish between the mattress and wall. Crumbs all over the bed. When management notified they acted like absolute fools! They finally agreed to refund our money but said we can never stay there again. Lmfao. Your rooms are nasty and not clean! Why would I want to? Definitely would not recommend booking here. You will be stuck last minute fighting with them and having to find somewhere else to stay for the night. Save the energy and find somewhere else now!

Hands down one of the absolute best hotels I have ever stayed in! Clean environment,. employees very polite and accommodating! Secluded location, yet right of the Indiana Toll road and just outside Sturgis, Michigan which offers plenty shopping center and places to eat!Have been here multiple time and staying in regular rooms, jacuzzi room and now checking out the Suit! Absolutely amazing and spacious!

Grace at the front desk is awesome!Our truck broke down and was in the shop. Notre Dame football game had the hotel booked.Grace, was exceptional in that she kept in touch and when she found a single cancellation, contacted me and we had a place to stay. In a world where most would not have bothered, she cared and helped!

It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was also quiet. The breakfast was pretty typical for a hotel of this level but I appreciate that it has salsa, peppers, cheese, choice of boldness of coffee.My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable. We were a little stiff when we woke up. But otherwise a good stay.

My great grandma, husband and I stayed here last night after the Gene Watson show at the Blue Gate Theater. I wish we would ve traveled back home or slept in the car instead. Our hotel room smelled so bad, like cigarette smoke covered up with a cheap air freshener, even though the room said no smoking when we booked it. The carpet was beyond disgusting as well. I couldn t sleep, I was so disgusted. Gross, gross, double gross.The reservation was under my great grandmas name, that s why you couldn t find it in your system .

Very comfortable. The bed was the best! Slept so well. We had breakfast there also. So pleasant. Will recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean and affordable environment.

Our family suite was very clean and huge. Everything was great, from the comfy beds and pillows to the soap and shampoo in the rooms. The staff was welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. Our kids loved the make your own pancakes machine! We will stay again!

I was impressed at how clean and nice and big the rooms were. The huge tub doesn't knock you out of the tub if you bump the grab bar. Other thoughtful features include office chair without side handles so that more then a string bean can sit in it. Stayed in a lot of hotel with big fancy names that didn't measure up to this place!

Came up to visit my daughter and grandkids. Great rooms! Very plush and comfy beds. The breakfast was wonderful. So many different options every day. The staff was super friendly and very efficient. The pool was nice and warm. No complaints at all. The price was reasonable and the stay exceptional. You can tell they take great pride in their hotel. Definitely will return!

This is a clean, always quiet, and right down the street from Sturgis and next to the toll road. There is a great hot breakfast, nice pool, workout area, laundry, and a couple computers if you need to print some things or get on the internet. I stay here every time I'm in the area and always get the king room with the jacuzzi tub. Good thing for the excellent cleaning staff!!

The desk associate was awesome. Excellent customer service, friendly and so very helpful. Don't lose her. She is your best asset.The only downside was the room appeared to have smoking smell in it. I had requested a non-smoking room.

I needed a nice comfortable place to sleep and this was it. I slept like a baby. After a long day at work (away from home) it was nice to just get a shower and sit back on the bed and relax before I went to sleep. It was very quiet and a very nice hotel. It was clean and very presentable. I had to be to work by 6 so I did not get the breakfast but to my surprise the staff already had some quick things I could grab before I had to leave for work at 5:30. The banana bread muffins was delicious. Overall experience was great.

Our stay was nice overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaint I had was the breakfast area. Lack of refill and the staff seemed like she was annoyed and not wanting to be there. I would stay again as all other areas were clean and accommodating. And the rest of the staff was very friendly.

Checked in tonight after a horrible experience down the road. The woman who checked us is was Shaunae. She was kind, helpful and informative. She checked us in a quick yet very friendly manner.The room surpassed our expectations. Overall, great experience so far!
