THIS PLACE! I stopped in for an oil change and the service was incredible. Every single person; from the cashier to the manager was friendly and professional. The manager, Rey, made sure everything was above satisfactory before handing my ticket off to the cashier. She was the sweetest! There wasn t any pressure on up charges; they suggest what you need and educate why. Definitely recommending this location to friends & family. Great job ya ll!!

This place is by far the best for an oil change. The massage chairs and coffee/water station make it a comfy visit. The holiday decor, kid s table area and even ornaments at Christmas put this store above the others. Do not hesitate to make this your oil change location. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Rey (the manager) was kind, greeted me, worked on my car while also managing his staff. Definitely will return.

I absolutely cannot say enough great things about this company! I have been to 2 different locations and this one in Hobart is my favorite! Everyone is so friendly and caring! I m in at least once every two months to get an oil change because of how much I drive for work! Every single time I have been there the service is absolutely amazing! This time they even put my license plate on for me!!! Keep up the great work Duke!!!!!

Terrible service. I was told my wait would be 15-20 minutes. It wasn t. I was there for almost an hour. Another customer pulled up after me And somehow left before me and I got nothing more done than he did. All I did was a basic oil change no filter change or nothing.Then I could see the employees playing with my windshield wipers when it says they re supposed to be cleaning it.Then I went to pay then their machine was down so I had to sit and wait for them to call another store to get my payment. Finally paid and got in my car and there was residue from something all over my windshield so they clearly didn t clean it.Not sure I ll ever return here and there was no offer for discount or anything for the major inconvenience it all was.

They are usually on point. They close at 6p. We got there at 5:20p and there were 2 cats already being worked on and the cat in front of us had just went in. We sat there and watched them stand around not do anything for 30 minutes. They were hoping we would just leave but we didn t. I was very shocked by this. If you don t want to take cars after a certain time then clarify that by putting up a sign. If not, stop being lazy and do your job.Service: Oil change

Fairly fast at completing oil changes. But I sure don t need to listen to the females cellphone conversation in the lobby.Walk in the lobby, no one behind the counter. There were 2 other people in lobby besides me. Turns out the female in the chairs blabbing away on her cellphone was the employee. Personal calls should not be handled in front of the customer. After she s done with her call and time to ring out, same female was unfriendly, made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by paying for a service ( which helps keep her rude self employed ) and never once said hello or thank you/ come again. For $107 and some change, one would think the employees would be a bit more friendly and professional.

Jeff at Hobart location was AMAZING and SUPER helpful. Went way above and beyond!! Was only $42! Expected to pay way more with the help he gave. Will definitely be back! Owners should be proud to have such an amazing employee that goes above and beyond! I asked his name right before I left so I wouldn't forget, to make sure he gets the credit he deserves!

Popular place so there is a little wait. Nice waiting room and service is not too pushy about up selling. They keep good records so it's worth a return.

This place is run exactly the way you'd want it to be run. Young folks hustling, older folks making sure everything is done quick and correct. Polite from beginning to end. Never had to get out of my vehicle. I won't go anywhere else for an oil change.

I came here to do an oil change. It went by so quickly, I grabbed a cup of coffee, then I sat down and 5 minutes later my car was ready. There's usually always a coupon in the mail for $10 off an oil change. It was quick and decent pricing. I recommend it

Couldn't recommend more highly! Best oil change experience I've ever had. Young men are efficient and good at their jobs. Clean lobby. Even though you never have to leave your car!

I drove a 6 speed 2001 Toyota Celica that had about 140k miles on it. In July 2022 I had an oil change done at Duke of oil in hobart. The day after the oil plug fell out and dumped all the oil in the parking lot. I called Duke of oil and they sent someone out to put a new plug and oil in the car a couple months later my engine rods blew. My engine was destroyed. I was a regular there and always enjoyed my visits. Following this I visited Duke of oil in person twice to speak with someone about my engine blowing so shortly after the incident, both times they said the person who handles these types of incidents wasn't there, following this I called them 6 times each time about a week or two apart , every time I called the person who handles these types of incidents wasn't there, and i was told they would take note and I would receive a callback. I never received a callback. I work in customer service, and in all my work we fix and cover our mistakes especially if it's going to cause others to suffer and struggle. Duke of oil doesn't care. I haven't been able to afford a new engine for my car and their mistake has made my life incredibley difficult and they won't even have a conversation with me about it and at least take responsibility for their actions. I would never go here again. Complete lack of respect and integrity.

As a woman, I hate going to mechanics by myself because I feel like they take advantage and throw the whole shop at me. But they were so sweet and helpful here especially Joe. He hooked me up with a discount and explained everything to me. He helped me with a rebate and I was literally in and out within 20 mins. I'll definitely coming back for my car needs.

Don t go to this location they cracked my oil pan and didn t tell me. How do I know? This location is the ONLY place that does my oil changes. I never had work done on my car in the two years I had it so yeah they did it

I've been coming here for a few years and I guess I was just to trustworthy, never really looking at my receipt until this last time. Went in for an oil change and cabin air filter change. Here is what I found out from the Service Checklist going down the list...#4. I was never advice about anything having to do with my air filter, but says I was...#7. I was never advised about my trans/transaxle, but says I was....#8. I was never advised about my rear differential fluid, but says I was....#14. they listed my battery as no access....IT'S UNDER THE HOOD, I DIDN'T HIDE IT!....#15. wiper blades checked as customer ok even thought nothing was every said to me about them....#17. windows, says they were washed...nope, they sure were not. I even asked the young man who was cashing me out about that and he said they would be washed...got in car and they were still dirty. Rolled down my window to interrupt the group of guys just standing around and asked if washing the windows was part of my service and was told yes...one young man walked over to my car and said he could do them....i politely said don't worry about it...i was already irritated and had other errands to run. I will definitely be looking around for a new, reputable place to get my car serviced and get what I'm paying for.Update: Was contacted by John, Operations Management, who apologized for the bad service I got and offered to send me a free full synthetic oil change for my next one...that was in February, It's now May and still haven't gotten it in the mail.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Battery, Oil change

Jeff was my technician. He did an amazing job! Explained so many things noone has ever explained to me. Emphasized some things needed to be addressed but other things still had time. Makes you feel like you can trust them when they don't say everything needs fixing right now. Checked all my lights and left my car clean. Showed me filters to explain what was wrong and justify changes. He should be a teacher for his abilities! He was so great! Very professional too. Yet, remained personable. I also believe they did a double check with two workers to ensure levels and oil appearance. I was very pleased with this location and hope I always get Jeff!

I went in for an oil change, and everyone there was incredibly kind and it was a super pleasant atmosphere. I waited less than 20 minutes from check in to check out, and they answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable. Beware.They seem nice and honest enough but that s not the case. I asked for full synthetic oil change and was billed $80 for it.I received an oil change today from jiffy lube and was asked if I wanted to continue to use conventional oil. I thought that was odd. I asked if he could put full synthetic, as thats what I put in last time.He assured me the blend used was conventional.The moral of the story is, this establishment is shady, and willing to cut corners at the expense of their customers.

High prices, poor customer service. Got a recent oil change and checked oil level after service to find the oil level low. I returned back to get topped off. Only to be ignored. I topped it off myself. When you pay for a service you better get what you paid for. This place needs new management or new employees who care about doing a proper service. I will not return and neither will friends and family. A bad experience goes a long way by word of mouth.

They installed cabin air filter incorrectly causing debris to clog air conditioning condensation hose which then flooded out my passenger floor! The employees there couldn t even figure out how to reset the change oil light. I spoke with corporate and requested a refund for my cabin air filter and they refused. I was told the best they can do is give me a free oil change. I never would have expected this mess from an actual oil change facilityAlso I want to add that an employee actually told me oh it doesn t look horrible!

They mess with your car to create more issues for them to fix. I have a 2019 Mazda only 70k miles on it. I ve only ever needed to perform upkeep maintenance done to it in the 7 months I ve had it. I brought it here for an oil change because my regular mechanic was busy, two days later my check engine light is on, and my RPMs are going up to 2000 while in park. I see why they send out the $10 oil change coupons religiously.Service: Oil change

I m African American! This has happened to me a few times. While there I finally realized exactly what was happening. There was a White Man there, every 2 minutes they came in and updated on his vehicle. They never came in a single time to update you me. When I paid for the service, I had to ask them was there any issues with my vehicle. I will never come here again!!!Service: Oil change

The first time I brought my car in, I had a very good experience. They were fast and allowed me to sit in my car the whole time.When my wife and I came in with her car, we had to sit in the waiting room, they tried to upsell her on every little thing they could find (even recommending an engine flush and saying that all Hyundai's need it, when the owner's manual strictly tells you NOT to get an engine flush). We were told that there were chunks in the oil, yet I didn't see any such thing when I checked out her oil right before going to them. We took the car to another mechanic later and were told that it was questionable if the oil had even been changed.I will not be returning.
