Scott and team were qGreat they were nice and friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with oil change. I appreciate they didn't try over sell me with filters and blades. They showed me my filters and shared that I need cabin filter immediately and explained every. Highly recommend

Great spot for a quick oil change, tires or other automotive services. I stopped for a quick oil change. The staff was friendly. They ensure that they have the correct information regarding your vehicle. I did not have to wait. The service was performed professionally. Free coffee and fee Wifi is available.

I came in because I had an oil leak and was curious if anything had happened to my vehicle because it just had a relatively fresh oil change. The manager Thomas was very professional and addressed my concerns and offered me a few inspection, which showed a loose oil pressure switch was the issue. Him and his team quickly repaired the switch and made sure there was no more oil leaking and gave me the service free of charge. My car is still under warranty and it could have been repaired at my dealership, but they all saved me a huge headache and a lot of my time which is very appreciated. I m very grateful for the work they did for me and would recommend that shop for whatever maintenance you need on your car.

I went in for an oil change, my car is always $80+ dollars to get done it was only $65.95 total including taxes. The gentleman that I dealt with was absolutely great. He made conversation, he was very friendly. They didn t have the right filter for my car so he made a call and got it there in less than 15 mins. Besides changing my oil the also topped off my other fluids and did a few other quick things. Overall great experience, great service, very happy 100% recommend

Good service. They offer coupons online which make the price very fair. The guy at the front desk was very friendly. Was there about 30 minutes for my oil change. They did forget to put a sticker in the window telling me when my next oil change would be do. Will be back.

Extremely professional, friendly, and fast. Went in as a walk in to have my air conditioning checked for a leak and to have it recharged. Was quoted 30 minutes and it took about 20. Price was also the lowest for all the places I called and was exactly the same price when I went in. Overall, very pleased and would highly recommend.

Took them over 3hrs to replace all my rotors and pads and then after they finished I had to come back because the pads were rubbing at all times so then it took them another hour to correct that. Anytime I decide to come here they take more than twice as long as they should take even if other customers are waiting or not. I also had an experience a few years ago where they put the wrong size spark plugs in my car, I figure that mechanic is hopefully is gone.

They did a great job on my oil change. The service was fast and the workers were very friendly. It took less then 25 minutes for the lube / inspection.

I needed an alignment and all the other area alignment machines were out. I remembered quick lane because they had helped me out in the past... I called and went in and Mike was very cool... They had some cars in front of me and Mike told me he would put me in line and I could come back in an hour or so. Found out I needed tie rods, took me back amd showed me the why and what was causing my issue, fixed it and got the alignment. Will definitely go back. It's hard to find a trustworthy service center. Mike has gained my trust... He even called me to let me know I left my phone charger. Thanks bro, that was huge.

We are SO thankful for Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center! This past weekend my husband and I were on our way to an out-of-town wedding heading from Chicago to Toledo when we suddenly had a major oil leak in our car. We pulled off the highway and went to multiple places who turned us away because of the concern with working on our specific car (Porsche Cayenne Diesel). Despite being extremely busy and only being down to two mechanics Michelle and Jim we're very accommodating and we're able to fit us into their already busy schedule. Everyone there including the mechanic (we did not get his name) who worked on our car were very thoughtful and went out of their way to help us when no one else would. We we're able to make it to the wedding and back home with no other issues. I am not a person who ever writes reviews, good or bad, but feel this was a very important one to write. We can not thank Quick Lane enough and everyone who helped us that day!

Tom is an incredible individual! He is there to help and not rip you off. Such a friendly staff and they know what they are doing! I only go to Quick Lane Tires for car service!

This company has ruined my truck they did not did not do the work right or finish it do to equipment malfunctions they refuse to take responsibility. The owner witch also owns the ford dealership said that my truck would be taken care of but his managers do not seem to want to take care of it. I understand this problem occured during old management but that does not make them less responsible.

Took my aggressive swamper mud tires there to be mounted, and they did a great job! It's very hard to balance these kind of tires and they did it great! They were 31x11.5 15 ltb swampers if that helps any one! Great service and great altitudes at fair prices! Will definitely be going back

Went in for an oil change and I was there for an hour and 45 mins. I wanted to make an appointment when I called in but the guy said first come first serve. If they were to take appointments I think they could avoid customers waiting for long periods of time. I'll never go back there!

Just found out that the tires that were put on my truck were the wrong size, big time. Granted it was 2 years ago but I can t believe a business who specializes in small repairs and oil changes could be that incompetent. Called in to see if they could get me in to put tires on my truck and they said ya we have a man here for ya. I asked how long it would take the man said it shouldn't take long. I have been sitting here for over an hr and still no one has looked at my truck but people who pulled up after me are already in and out.

Just because they check off the boxes on your inspection sheet doesn't mean they actually do it. My turn signals are out and they didn't check to see that. I'm paying for their services and thought they were thorough but that's not the case.

Went in to change out my tires and came out needing a new wheel hub because they broke the studs on my wheel. Seen two other customers walk out angry. Terrible service and the manager, Mike, is equally as terrible at his position. Will never come to this establishment again. Beware.

Went to get a wheel alignment and they couldn't because I needed something fixed but still put half the money down, went and got the part fixed only to find out I didn't need a wheel alignment, so I went to get my money back and the last refused to refund me my money saying she will hold it for the next time. Bad bad bad business. And so rude

I had Great experience today, in the past I've had to wait hours and I was in and out today. I also think there was a new manager named Mike, he was polite and for the first time I wasn't pressured into buying unneeded parts.

Brought my noms dd, ford explorer in for an alignment after hitting a nasty pothole knocking the thing way out of spec. Did a great job, provided the printout without asking (this is how you tell a good shop from a bad one)This past weekend decided to bring my race car in for an alignment. The tech there (Joe?) went above and beyond and made sure the entire car rear to front was within spec.To the guy that has the concern about them breaking a stud. Can't speak for the other techs there, but being an ASE certified master tech, I can tell you it has happened to me before, and what probably happened was the last shop cross threaded the lug, and these guys had to try and take it off ultimately breaking it. Which may I say is unavoidable at that point, as you are trying to undo someone elses mistake

This was my first time going to Quick Lane and it will be my last went in on 10/11 and I waited 3 and half hours for the parts to come then I had to leave to get my son from school came back and the parts had just got there then it took them 2 and a half hours for them to fix my van then when it was time to pay they told me one price before then changed it smh I will never ever ever go back there again

Absolutely awful! Everytime I bring my car home from an oil change something starts leaking terribly. They just replaced my rack and pinion and a month later I got an oil change, after They screwed with the rack and pinion and now it's leaking so bad! NEVER GO TO QUICK LANE

Was charged $29.00 to patch a tire. You can tell that Paul Hearing Ford owns it. I won't go back.

We had a tire blow out on the interstate. We swung into Quick Lane and they were incredibly helpful in getting us back on our way.
