The salesman wasn't pushy. We knew what we were looking for but we were glancing at other things. He found something that had just recently come on the lot exactly what we wanted. Very nice. Chris was very helpful

By far the easiest dealer to do business with. I bought my daughters their first car here and ended up finding a tremor for myself. Both care were below average sales pricing, delivered clean and filled up which is uncommon for a used car. Darko was extremely helpful.

My car was completely trashedFinger prints, tech didn t want to own up he made my sunroof dirty as hell .thanks Paul hearing ford. They said my sunroof is dirty from me but it was clean when I brought it in. This was not even repaired, they just put my son roof half way back on track. They said the bracket in the middle horizontally on the sun roof was broken and cracked & ford doesn t warranty cracked or broken parts. You guys are a true winner.Also car seats were taken out with no one telling me, my part was not cracked like they said, and the advisor told me this was my fault .thanks Julie I hope your ford survey comes my way so I can tell them how they told me to come get my car .!

Very friendly and informative. Made the whole process painless. lol buying a car can be a struggle but they had my mom and kids and I happy. Kids got car fox stuffed animals even. Not the first dealership I went to in search of a brand new car but this dealership got my sale!

Was able to make he deal I very the phone. When I arrived I was promptly greeted and offered a test drive. The used Explorer ST was just as described. I was out in less than 1 hour. Highly recommend this dealership. Darko was amazing to deal with!

Had the best experience buying my first car that I built myself! Darko was so helpful. He listened to me and made sure I got what I wanted. There was no pressure and I was treated like a VIP the entire time. I will be sending everyone to Darko and Paul Heuring Ford in the future. I haven't done any business with the service department. I only had a truck inspection done. Their frist impression seems to be a friendly one only time will tell. I met Julie Tychek and spoke with John. I believe every business should start out with high makes, it's up to the staff members to maintain those high makes. Julie and John are friendly, kind and respectful. I hope to earn their respect and look forward to have my truck services with them.Charles L

if i could leave no stars, i would. i purchased a vehicle from Currie Ford in Valpo, and i purchased a maintenance plan that i was told was accepted at EVERY dealership. i took my vehicle to Paul Heuring because it is close to my home, and i have heard they are friendly. after my service was complete, i was told that i had a charge of $80 and some change. i told the cashier that i had a maintenance plan and there should be no charge. she comes back with a receipt for no charge, which i assumed was due to the maintenance plan. i looked at my Ford Pass Rewards statement, and seen that Paul Heuring took 16,000 of my points to pay for a service that I have already paid for in advance with the Maintenance Plan. when i called Paul Heuring and spoke to the service manager, he stated oh we don t sell or accept these plans. huh? how does a FORD DEALERSHIP not accept a maintenence plan that a FORD DEALERSHIP offers? why was i told i could go ANYWHERE? i was met with no apology, no offers of trying to fix the issue, just a too bad so sad from the manager that they got 16,000 points from me. but that s fine, they will never get me again as a customer.

The only reason I am giving three stars is due to John who kept me updated on my car and was very personable with trouble shooting.Full story: Brought my car in due to Bluetooth connectivity issues with my phone, my brand new S23 that it connected with previously. The Sync system completely stopped communicating with my phone. I was told that it was likely my radio that was causing the problem. Gave the car to them, John stated that they could not find anything wrong as the tech who worked on my car connected just fine. I told John to just reset my Sync so I can reconnect my phone with no issues if nothing was wrong.Forward to today: I come to pick up my car, got the Smile and service. Here is where the issue is: the compartment under the driver's side dash was wide open and my electronics that were plugged in were thrown about the driver's seat and the cup holders in the middle with no consideration. I ask who worked on my car and the tech Anthony stated he did. I pointed out the issues and yes, he apologized. However, when showing him the pairing issue I still had, he talked over me and kept asking can he go back inside! You're the tech that worked on my car, I'm showing you what error message I keep getting and you're asking can you go back inside while talking over me?! Is this the standard for customer service now?So I asked to speak to service in which I reported the rude behavior of the tech to Julie, who looked at me like I was speaking another language and said nothing. This behavior is acceptable to them, but not to me as I will not be coming back here. Carmax recommended them to me for service, but they will no longer get my business after today!

My 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat was purchased in March 2024.The process couldn t have been more simple. I located my desired vehicle on the Paul Heuring Ford lot, and was able to study truck without pressure. No lot vultures here!Mr. Darko Jasnik, sales consultant was available and answered all my questions when I was ready. I received a great vehicle orientation, test drove the vehicle, had my trade evaluated and made the deal without hassle, negotiations were easy.I closed on the vehicle on my schedule a few days later without the what do we have to do, to get you to buy a car today pressure. I was not held captive by the sales team, like many competitors in the area do. Darko handled the sale start to finish, without any big guy interruption or pressure to buy unwanted add ons like many of the competitor do.If you want to buy a new car without the stress of high pressure, and want to be treated with respect, do your homework and then go see Mr Darko Jasnik at Paul Heuring Ford. They truly are; great people to business with . Car buying the way is used to be, still is at Paul Heuring Ford.I appreciate the way I was treated and love my new truck.

My son referred me to Darko at Paul Heuring Ford. He had previously purchased 2vehicles from them and trusted them to be honest and fair. I definitely found that to be true. I am very happy with my 2020 Ford Escape.3-15-24I recently visited Paul Heuring for a second remote/key to be programmed. As always Julie in service was extremely helpful. When she pulled my car into the garage she noticed that the buttons for the windows on the driver's side were chipped, so she made sure they were replaced. Very appreciated.

Paul Henry Ford this is my third car bought there and I feel Paul hearing Ford has treated me like family because they went above and beyond the call of service I had told my car my 2011 Ford fusion it had been paid off and I was really happy with it I had looked in other dealers for a car but was unable to get any results so I tried Paul hearing forward as my second choice cuz I had dealt with the dealership before I called the sales rep what's his name is Darko he was really helpful to me he helped me out when no other dealership help me he went above and beyond his sales salesmanship duty so in my experience Paul hearing Ford in Hobart Indiana it's really exceptional people and family orientated so I will highly recommend Paul hearing Ford in Northwest Indiana.

Darko was so helpful to my husband and I. It truely felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. More importantly he helped us lower our interest rates by more than 50%! And the paperwork took probably 5 minutes. Would tell anyone to go there.

There ain't nothing dark about Darko. He shed some bright light on getting my out of state order in over the phone for a stellar 23 Maverick just before the order bank closed. He also was very attentive in helping with a matter after the sale. See the light. Go see Darko. You'll smile bright.

I ve bought vehicles many times before from different dealerships but this was hands down the best car buying experience I ve ever had. It was very quick and efficient. Darko was incredible! This family owned dealership felt so welcoming from the start. It s an incredibly different vibe than precious experiences and I m in love! Will be returning here for future vehicle endeavors! If I could 10 stars I would!!!!! I took my Jeep into their body shop to get some major repairs done and the process couldn t have been smoother! Don in the body shop was absolutely amazing and made sure everything was done perfectly! My Jeep drives better than when I first bought it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

If you re looking for an honest and fair dealership, this is your place to go. Darko was an amazing salesmen and helped me order my Bronco. You d have a hard time finding a salesman better than him! They also honored MSRP for a custom order which I greatly appreciated. When I or anyone in my family need to purchase another vehicle, We will definitely be going back to Paul Heuring.
