Easy to deal with, financing options a great!! I got what I was wanting, once they were shipped I received them quickly!! Love my combination!! Packing for shipping was great, if I think they have as a downfall, is how long it takes to receive once you order. Outside of that a great company!! Will be back for sure!!

I'm not very good with technology but with one simple phone call they made it so easy. Got exactly what I wanted and really fast shipping. It's hard to find customer service like that anymore. I wouldn't look anywhere else for my next purchase. Thanks for all the help making it simple.

My husband and I recently bought tires from Off-Road Rim and are very happy with the service we received. Staff was very patient with us while we made our decision on what tires we wanted. We even got several quotes on tires and rims before making our decision. Once we made our decision, I contacted the staff and was amazed at just how easy the process really was. We were told our tires would ship out the next day as it was already mid-day by the time we placed our order. We were even told by staff that it would most likely take 3-5 business days for us to receive our tires. To our amazement, we actually had them the very next afternoon! The tires were exactly what we ordered and have been placed on our vehicle and are definitely meeting our needs. Thank you again to the wonderful guys on staff! We definitely will be doing more business with you in the future for our tire and rim needs!

I just recently purchased a set of 5 rims/tires for my Jeep Wrangler and am very pleased with how they look. It was a pleasure working with John and Jordan, they were very helpful and communicative during the process. They gave me their best price on a set of Vision D-window wheels and Mickey Thompson Baja Legend MTZs.A few photos of the Jeep setup are attached. 2.5 Rough country lift with fender flares. Sitting on 35x12.50r17.

Very friendly staff, super knowledgeable and great pricing. They got me the rims and tires I wanted and shipped right to my door. I'm very happy and will definately use them again. Oh best part is I was quoted about 5000 for the setup locally and paid 3200 with offroadrimfinace.com

Overall a good experience. Shipping was a little frustrating. Ordered 4 wheels. Only one showed up and took 2 1/2 weeks to get the other 3. But that was a warehouse issue. Not off road financing.

I purchased wheels and tires set a couple years ago. The experience them was great. I was looking to purchase another set of wheels and tires for my new truck. I tried to deal with them, but it seem like their customer service. It went downhill can never get no one on the phone And I wasn t getting any responses to emails. It was sad because I did enjoy doing business with them the first time, so I wanted to do business with them again, but after that, I went to Mr. Wheel deal and had an unbelievable experience. Maybe I ll give them a shot again in the future .

So everything was great dealing with them. The only issue I had is the front tires were mounted backwards from the front tires. I.e. white lettering on the sidewall is out on the rears. And black lettering out on the fronts

I got my rims and lift in a timely manner but was missing lug nuts and couldn t get a answer if they were going to send them so I ended up spending over $100 for 32 lugs at autozone. Probably don t happen often but definitely Inspect with the delivery driver so you have the opportunity to send back to shipper and not fulfill the delivery.

Awesome! These guys made it so easy and quick to discover all size options for rims and tires. After selecting. They showed up within 7 days mounted, and balanced with new sensors and came with lugs. Everything fit perfect with no rubbing. The figment specialists are awesome and very fast responding.

Ordered 5 tires. One tire arrived in 2 days from FedEx, the other 4 to be shipped, then delivered to my house. This appears to be a bad vendor they use, as I still don't have the tires. Tracking shows they arrived 2/15 to the trucking depot, but they swear they don't have them.Off Road has maintained communication with me and I really hate leaving 1 star but the bottom line is simple. I paid $1,900 for 5 tires and got 1. When I started calling/emailing them about this, I feel, they should have dropped everything, figured this out and ensured my delivery was finalized. As the customer, I'm spending way to much of my time making calls, sending emails trying to track these tires down. I've done my part, now it's their turn to see this transaction thru.Would I buy from again? Maybe, but drop ship this straight to my house. Don't save a few bucks using shotty freight companies.Update: After Soeaking with Jordan, he took the lead and sent me 4 more tires fedex. The logestic company is to blame for my experience. Off Road has done everything they could possibly do and I will def be doing business with them again.

I had a lot of missing parts rims with not enough lugs wrong things order I didn t need do feel that if they add something to your list because they feel you need it and you explain that you don t you shouldn t be charged a restocking fee on they area but things got worked out account paid off and I love my rims and tires thank you

Attempted to order tires. Order was screwed up on their end and never shipped. Cancellation is problematic. Litigation may be my best remedy.I suggest shopping elsewhere.

The rims and tires look great on my truck, but one of the tires had 11ozs of weight it and the weights were on the inside of the rim. So the tire wouldn't fit pass the calper. Was not very happy. So I had my mechanic put weight on the back of the rims and not only that I had to grind the top of the calpers off so the rims would fit on the front of my truck. You would figure that you spend so much money for wheels and tires that they would at least fit.

Amazing customer service, I had the pleasure of working with John with my purchase. Very simple,quick and easy process. The only problem I had was with my self on making up my mind on what I wanted lol. Very patient and not pushy will definitely go thru them again and recommend to anyone.
