Sunday night Came in 10 minutes to close BILL , the closing cashier was very helpful and positive even being the end of shift this is why I choose O'Reilly over anybody else.. trust the quality trust the staff

Never really have a problem going here, but last time I never had felt so out of place. They questioned me to no end after me walking around the entire store looking for my item.after they watched me looking ,then I felt like I was being interviewed like I'm just some stupid female in a part store. I didn't appreciate them trying to mansplain something that was common sense.

I'd like to thank Bill for his excellent customer service. I brought my SUV in with a dead battery and Bill went above and beyond to help change it. It was extremely windy and cold and he didn't hesitate. Big thank you to you, Bill!!!

I don't go anywhere else for parts for my truck. If they don't have what I need in stock they get it delivered right away. Also the guys that I usually deal with here are very knowledgeable and very helpful every time I come in the store or call. Definitely recommend coming here for your automotive needs.

if there was a -star i would post it this company is a joke ive spent three months waiting for answers when one of the thier cheap turbos blew a rod into a s shape and they wont stand behind it and pretty much made a decision with out any input or asking any questions to me or owner ,,they have had 3 turnovers in employees and saying thay wernt told now it too late sorry ,,,,look for on tictoc gonna post my evidence

I went in and told them I wasn't very car savvy and would probably need some extra help. The guy sold me a product I didn't need, didn't offer to check my battery (I happened to see a sign when I went outside). So I had to ask. When he checked it, he said it was bad and I needed a new one. I asked him if the charger would help me until I could get someone to help me change it. He said yes. The next day my friend helped me. He said it was strange that they didn't offer to change it for me. I looked on their website and it said they offered that service. They let me return the product I didn't need but they didn't take any responsibility or mention any apology. I was told the employee was only there for 6 weeks and they would use it as a training opportunity. I feel like basic customer service skills should be learned in 6 weeks. I got ripped off and won't be going back. I'll go to a car place where employees have customer service skills. Oh! And there was another employee there that witnessed him not offering to check my battery. So, it's not just one bad employee. It's sheer laziness.

Omg! One of the employees who says, he is an assistant manager OFFERED ME TO PAY TO GET MY TRUCK FIXED IF I MOVED IN WITH HIM AND THAT WAS MY FIRST TIME WALKING IN THE STORE, I HAVE PROOF!! Be careful ladies!!!

I waited for 3 minutes for someone to come wait on me. I stood at counter yelling hello. Had to wait for them to quit talking before I was waited on. I would definitely not be returning

None of the employees wore masks. Most of the patrons didn't either. I greeted walking in and not even an answer from the guys behind the counter. Rude AF. Finally I'm asking for help and the guy I am talking to picks up the phone and starts talking to someone in the middle of my conversation w him. Incredibly infuriating. Then the guy next to him turns away and is super friendly to the next client. Was it my skin color or my mask? Anyways, went to AutoZone instead. Never again to this store.

Staff is clueless. Tried multiple times to sell me the wrong parts and kept some install parts from new part in the box while keeping my core with the box costing me a 2nd trip and a wasted hour of driving to get the rest of the part i paid for not to mention tried selling me a serpentine belt for the ac compressor they sold me with V belt pulley on it... insisted that the pag oil required to instak new compressor was only sold in bottles of compressed freon, not 8oz bottles on the shelf i had to find myself.. couldn't even look up my commercial account by phone number until calling another store to tell him how to find it employee has NO business working in retail much less automotive parts retail. Wont be back to this location EVER go to portage or Valparaiso with your needs don't waste your time here there way to good at that.

Employees at this location have major attitude problems, so bad that i took my business down the street.Be sure to use hand sanitizer or get a COVID TEST after visiting this location because the employees do not properly wear their mask, and there is Steve if he even gave the correct name who does not wear a mask at all.

Very good prices very knowledgeable also they have good equipment that you can borrow better than most parts stores especially if you have a check engine light

Good experience. Car hadn't started in a day and half, thanks to the polar vortex!! My brother jumped my battery and followed me to O'Reilly's. They confirmed the battery was bad. I bought a new one.....had already researched so the price was in line with other local auto parts stores. Good customer service.

Donna was not only knowledgeable, but extremely helpful, personable, and willing to go above and beyond as far as customer service goes! I use to go to AutoZone, however after today I will now give my business to a place that seems to genuinely care about it customers.

The man working was quick to serve me, came and looked at my vehicle for me, did the check engine testing. Fast,convenient, and easy. I definitley would choose to go back to this location and this store for all my car parts/car needs, etc. in the future

Two Very rude workers ruined my view of this place. Very discriminatory and judgemental pair on the same shift. Don't know their names but who cares. I always go to portage store now. And it's sad cuz Hobart store is very near my home. But I don't put up with disrespectful and careless workers. Keep your personal ignorance out of the workplace. You don't know me so don't prejudge me. Very sad state of things.

Worst service I've ever received. Brian acted like I was asking him to do the impossible when I asked him to help me change my wiper blades. Then he had no clue what I needed when we realized I'd bought the wrong thing. Went to Auto Zone. They did everything without my asking. Won't shop at O'Reilly again.

They have great customer service and really helped me get my radiator hose fixed. If you are looking for an awesome rep ask for Randon when you go in he will get you what you need and i promise you will be satisfied

Usually go to Advanced or AutoZone. Won a free $10 gift card from 105.5 and needed to do the brakes. Staff was knowledgeable and patient with me as I didnt have a lot of information on hand regarding the used F150 I just aquired. Will definitely be going back. Great customer service and support!

Of you are needing a part for your car and of you are not sure of what you are looking for, head over to O'Reilly's Auto parts and see one of the store employees and let them know what you are looking for and they will look up the right part for your car and help get you on your way.

I always have a great experience when I go to this location there is a worker in there named bruno who always takes the time to make sure he gets you the rite parts and always has great customer service definitely a recommended store to go to

Pretty helpful staff couple of the guys really know what they're doing a couple not so much, not a hub store so they still have to order a lot of stuff but can usually have things the same day
