Staff at this location were very friendly and eager to assist the minute I stepped into this store Workers were very knowledgeable in the products I purchased and took extra time in explaining their return policy. Highly recommended!!!

A huge thank you to Fundo at the Hobart AutoZone for his outstanding assistance tonight. Despite challenges with my 21-year-old car's battery, Fundo went above and beyond to ensure I got the right replacement. I was worried about not having the right tools, but Fundo reassured me they had some available for use. I was able to replace the battery right there in the parking lot! Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Special shoutout to Isaias for helping me replace a snapped bolt; he made sure I had everything I needed to finish the job. Grateful for their support and highly recommend their service!

You walk in they got plenty of people working but no one wants to seem to help you and you check out you stand there for 20 minutes because you have two people in front of you understand they haveall those people there why can't someone else open the cash register is like walking in circles I don't know about what that's about advance is better they ask you if you need help

The store manager Pete really was very helpful and knowledgeable. He even helped me save money. I have dealt with many employees from corporate places that have been rude and unhelpful lately that this was a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much Pete for making my day. I will definitely shop here from now on.

Katrina was a huge help for me. She went above and beyond what was required for customer service. Not only directing me to the product I needed in a quick and timely manner. But also assisted in the installation of my broken head light despite the strain it put on her body because of the method used to replace it. This was an enjoyable experience for me and was blown away with the determination, understanding and professionalism of this store and it's employees.

I came in looking for a belt. The manager brie just gives me the belts and walks away to tend to her friend. That's very unprofessional, I had to step to a different worker to help me with a question. Not great customer service on her part.

The store manager/owner Pete gave me every wrong part for a car that I literally showed him the picture of the car sticker and he still managed to get it wrong. Now I m out a job and wasting my gas to take parts back. All the guy said was sorry. Definitely go to oriellys any day over them.

The manager today went over and beyond to help me to repair a blown brake light, he put the new bulb in for me, he wasn't obligated to do it but, he worked on it until it was replaced.Its refreshing to know that it's still good people in the world!

What's the point of having the curbside pickup number plastered on the door if you don't do it. Called the number and the gentleman told me I'm going to have to come inside to pick up my stuff. When I went inside I was immediately greeted by someone asking what I need. Told them to pick up my order.Just don't understand why offer a curbside if you don't do it.

Couple weeks ago I went in looking for headlights and they told me they don't make the LEDs for my truck. Funny how O'Reilly's was able to help me. Today I went in four people standing around one acknowledged me and then nobody even asked if I needed help. While I'm standing just a few feet from the parts counter.

This Has to be the worst AutoZone location. I m filing a complaint to corporate on Allen J. one of the employees at this location; he was unprofessional and combative when he could not complete a job he stated he could complete before I made my purchased. The stores manager was no help at all and ignored my complaint about the aforementioned employee. I am emailing corporate to complain and will also recommend customer service training for their employees.

I came into my local AutoZone on Wisconsin St in Hobart to have my car battery checked. Pete promptly fixed my battery cable like a concerned dad. Thank you Pete for the patience, respect, personality, and professionalism.

usually super nice! last time i went though, there was an employee who was very rude. when i got there they were putting a sign on the IN door. i politely wait for her to finish, and instead she opens the door and says jesus theres a whole other door not even trying to say it under her breath. honestly she was super rude, she could ve said we can use the exit door instead of using attitude towards me. Again, i did not try to open it with her there, i just stood and waited for her to finish. very disappointed
