I went there twice. First time bought new battery " guaranteed " for 3 years. It died in 2 weeks. They said would have to charge me extra to replace it...I went somewhere else. Then for some reason ( my fault ) I went back 3 years later for new water pump....They charged $500. When I picked up car, engine light was on...they said not their fault...AND,....my car is running hotter than it has in the 10 years that I've owned it....I made appointment with another shop. Gonna start over....$200 for dead battery, $500 for bad pump....Learned a lesson.

Only place I will take my vehicle. Family owned business that are extremely friendly and honest. They've even assisted me with a vehicle while mine was being repaired. Awesome family!

This place purchase most parts from local auto part stores (Advance, Autozone, O'Reilly and Napa) and pay less than retail customers but charges almost doubled retail. I will post a receipt and dealership part number that discontinued the part so local part store is the only place they can get the part. When questioned they said that they have overhead and employee expenses and that is why they mark up parts. I responded, you don't store or stock the parts needed for my work and $90.00 per hour labor cost and shop cost covers that.I am debating to file a complaint with Attorney General for them performing less than an hour of work and charged me $79.00 for diagnosis and $90 for labor to diagnosis the problem.All American Tire Inc has a history of quality work but consumers may not know part prices and have no Idea they paying 50% more on parts. Well, All American has a solution for that.If you buy your own parts they change labor cost to $125 per hour and no warranty on labor. I am unsure if this practice is ethical but for sure it's greed focused.YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Great communication, more than fair pricing! Called in for tires and alignment, called back shortly to add more services to the ticket, he actually recognized and was very polite, no issues of getting all services done in timely matter. Not too many shops around here are like that! Taking our Kia back again if needed. Also, the $90/hr labor is pretty d**n fair if you ask me!

Always do a good job , timely sometimes can be a little expensive but better then shoddy work , bad diagnosis

I just wanted to let everyone know what happened to me at All American Tire, I wasn't going to say anything but I feel obligated at this point. They sell cars in the front of the shop and a couple weeks ago I saw a nissan sentra I liked. I test drove it and all seemed well, granted I don't know much about cars, I put 2k down on this car. Later that same afternoon the check engine light came on, so I called them and they said they would fix it. I then brought it back to them and they took two days to fix it. When I picked it up they told me to bring it back to them to check it before I get it emissions tested. I found that strange but like I said I don't know much about cars. Then 4 days later I was on my way to work doing 80 on the highway when the car completely dies out in the middle of traffic, it just stop accelerating completely. I took it to a different car shop only to find out it needed a brand new transmission for $4,500. I called American tire and let them know and they told me that they would fix "MY CAR"for $3,000. I told them I no longer wanted the car and they refused to refund me for this car I had less than 2 weeks. So I chalked this situation up to a loss and returned the car anyways. Now, I have noticed they are reselling the car! Buyers beware, don't do business with All American Tire.

They want to charge per attempt for an alignment. I'll gladly go elsewhere instead of being taken advantage of. Should not take more than one attempt

My boss gets all our work vans serviced here. So he referred me when I mentioned my car problem. My splash sheild under my car was hanging and you could hear it dragging. They fixed it within an hour and for a great price. Very impressed and would highly recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

My family and I have done business with them for over 20 years. That alone should tell you how much we trust their work & prices. The staff/family are knowledgeable & friendly. Not only do they work on privately owned vehicles, but they handle commercial accounts as well. Also, if you have a vintage ,classic, or muscle car, they are pretty successful at finding parts for them. And if you are in the market for a used vehicle, they sell good quality ones as well.

Jeff and the crew are great! I can recommend them any higher!!! (really I cant, they only let me do 5 stars.) They have fixed my junk Ford 2 times already. Pricing was fair and they turned it around quickly!

MY buddy recommened All American and I must say THIER service was outstanding! Very friendly staff . When they told me what my car needed they asked me if I'm going to wait. I said yes since I didn't have a ride home. Jeff was nice enough to offer me a ride home. No other shop has ever offered that ever. I'll definitely be going back to All American for all my future car needs. TOP NOTCH SHOP!

They are working on my car now and the customer service so far is by far the best that I have ever got at a auto repair shop. They did not trie to say I needed anything that was not necessary. I am not a mechanic but I try to do most of the work on my vehicles myself most of the time. When I take a vehicle to an auto repair shop to have them look at it, right away I feel uncomfortable and like I'm being lied to and I end up just going to my house and fixing it myself. But this time it was a different they were honest and friendly. like I said they did not try to say something was wrong with my vehicle that was not wrong with it and their prices were very reasonable. So this being said I'm am letting them fix it. I will write another review when I get my vehicle back on the Quality of the work that they do. But so far as customer service goes they are definitely the most friendly, honest and family oriented place around.

Great owners 30 yrs in business. These guys really are just like you and I. Just a legit staff that engages you. Honesty and integrity, great vibe, extremely competitive pricing. One of my gems found in Hobart since moving here.Plus anyone with such a lovely cool dog(Bella) who meets and greets and is on her way. Border collie/ lab rescue dog. Pleasant experience during an unpleasant financial necessity of car repair and maintenance...full sevice oil change for 25. Can't beat itCool dudes. Cool staff and one sweet cool canine door greeter Bella .

Went for wheel alignment. Picked up car and drove and still pulling to the right. They told me i needed a tire on front right side of car and told them to change it. When i get home i check tire and its 2 sizes down. Took car back ,they put correct size tire on.Car still pulled to the right. Took it to Goodyear and they said the car was never aligned. Goodyear took care of me and car rides like a new car.

Gave me an honest price on a used tire. Mounted, balanced, plus rotated my other tires, service was quick and the staff was courteous. I will be shopping All American Tire for my next round of new tires.

Family owned and operated and they treat EVERYONE like they are a part of that family. Stopped in here 20 years ago for a tire fix and have been going back ever since for all my automotive needs! From oil changes to transmission rebuilds.

I LOVE ALL AMERICAN TIRE!!! My car was squeaking a bit and the steering seemed off. I also needed an oil change. I went in and was greeted by a few very friendly gentlemen and proceeded to explain what was wrong. And, as a female, I have experienced my fair share of "mansplaining," but NOT from these guys. They were extremely concerned with what I had to say, listened intently, and just made me feel like they were there to help.They called me after having my car for about 30-45 minutes, and explained that my rotors were rusted and so those would need to be replaced, along with the brake pads. I also had a bad air filter (which I knew, but the Hyundai dealership had quoted me around $100 to replace that and that sounded too pricey). All American Tire replaced it for $25. :)When I picked my car up, it was perfect. The steering felt better, the squeak vanished, and gone are the days of musty air filter smell. I am one satisfied customer. Thank you to my buddies at All American Tire. I certainly will be back.- Brittany

I had a check engine light problem and All American was able to pinpoint the cause, fix it and even got the vehicle emissions tested for me. Pete and the rest of the staff were great. I'll definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you.

Have a seat and sit a spell they treat you like an old friend which is nice these days . Super friendly. Professional. Timely . First time there and drove away knowing I'm not getting oil changes anywhere else

Came in for a wheel shake knowing tires were worn and after diagnostic they made a proper repair without trying to murder my wallet by only selling tires. Great experience.

Steve went above and beyond helping me. I had a flat tire and they were able to tow my car to the shop shortly after my phone call. The guys in the shop checked out my tire and it was beyond repair and the 3 other tires were definitely worn out. Steve was able to find me 4 new tires. In no time, I was leaving the shop in a much safer vehicle.

I wouldn't recommend this place. I went there to fix a tire, it is my first car and I'm completely inexperienced, so they checked it and told me that my rim is cracked and needs to be fixed, so I say ok, then they proceed to weld it, put a used tire on it and charge me $275.99, which I pay not knowing how much this kind of job costs, they gave me the ticket and advise me that I need a new battery, that's all they said, I thanked and left (didn't buy the battery though). On my way home I noticed a note on the ticket, it says that the rim has been fixed three times now (probably the previous owner) and there will bee no warranty, also needs to be replaced with new rim, which they didn't mention, so I went online and checked that new OEM rims are $139.00. They could have advised that a new rim was a better (and cheaper) option or mention that the rim have been fixed 2 times prior this one. Definitely not doing business with them anymore.

All American Tire is the best. There isn't a complicated problem, they can't fix. They fix problems others can not fix.

Paid a lot of money to get new front struts installed. Afterwards heard a rattling noise when I went over bumps. Took it back to them. They said they looked at it for 3 hours and it is a control arm that is loose. They didn't fix it but charged me $140 dollars to look at it and do another front end alignment. This for something they probably caused. Never again.

Repair a pothole damaged and dented 2012 Chevy Malibu wheel far cheaper than a refurbished replacement wheel.
