The dealer was great. My sales representative, Dean, was outstanding throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and calls promptly. The dealer was transparent with no hidden fees or markups. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Webb Ford again. Moreover, they guided me through the process of being an out-of-state buyer.

Would give zero if was allowed. Terrible company Terrible staff. The talk to the customers like they are garbage and have zero cares. Do not purchase service or do anything with them. I was a 20 plus year customer the last year was nothing but a nightmare of lies and Terrible treatment. Buyer beware service work needed go elsewhere. Bought a 2024 Chevy first Chevy in 40 years. Good luck Ford you are going to need it.

Would give none if I could. The most unprofessional service center I ve ever been to and I ve been on used car lots. I m the owner of the red mustang and Webb refuse to warranty work it after 20 miles home and the paint literally fell off and started peeling. Have a receipt with your lead tech telling me it wasn t covered, went to art hill 15 mins down the road and got everything covered UNDER WARRANTY. I bought a $70k car and you guys acted oblivious to the repairs that wouldn t even sit in your shop or come out of your pocket. Sickens me some can spend that much money and time for you to tell me to go kick rocks is crazy. So my case with ford motor company will be pressed and I completely recommend going to any other ford thats statistically in the top 40 of our state or just not Webb Just got a call from art hill telling me it s ready. I ll be glad to keep my business over here where I m treated fairly and not like an ignorant 22yo. And just one more picture to show you what they were telling me was a rock chip after admitting that they don t do body work and can t determine that the actual damage is.

I brought my 2019 Ford Edge in to Webb Ford in Highland to have my oil changed and the tires rotated. I went to the comfortable waiting room and relaxed. They always have the home improvement channel on their TV. I actually read a magazine and my car was finished in less than an hour and a half. You never need an appointment there. If the wait is going to be long, they take you home and pick you back up when the car is finished, or you can come back another day.

When you buy a car from them, it's great, but when you're trying to get the car an oil change, it's always a problem. The service department its not a good one, I got there at 430. IT ONLY TAKE 20 TO 30 MINS, Ihave come at 1:00 we have to many cars to repair. Then I am told to come at 4. I work until 5 most of the time.Come at 6 in the morning i am on my way to work. They are open to six. He said the parts close so i can't get what i need. Is just a simple oil change? I don't see what the problem is. I'm trying to keep get my oil changes with them, But it's just impossible with their schedule. I am just so s Is crazy their service department stinks.

Came with my Mother to buy a 2021 Chevy Equinox and Quincy helped us A TON. He really helped us get the car in only an hour and a half, in n out. He s very understanding and genuine. Definitely recommended! Ask for Quincy to help you buy your car in the used department! After my army training I m getting that Yellow 2016 mustang off of you Quincy!

These guys are awesome. Wes Cavinder went above and beyond on this one! He really knows the cars and. I asked him for what I was looking for he hit the nail in the coffin. This is my fiurth Ford I bought from the third different dealership in the area and this was by far the best and easiest experience. Don t shop anywhere else for your Ford!

I ordered rear shocks through Webb Ford's service department which went very well. The parts were ready for pick up within a few days. Two days later I returned to have the shocks installed and arrived at service department at the open of business 7 a.m. Once I spoke with Steve Rowe (intake representative) I mentioned needing a spare key programmed and asked if the technician could take at my driver side fog light which was not working. He quoted me a price for the keys and stated that an $89.98 charge would be required to look at my fog light. I agreed to the charges and waited for the completion of the work in their customer waiting area. After an hour or so, Steve located me and stated the technician conveyed that the entire bumper would need to be removed in order to inspect the fog light and the cost for replacement light would be $780.00 because it was LED light. I told him thanks for the quote but I would probably have to return to Crash Champions to look at the problem because I had just allowed them to perform some body work on my bumper a few months earlier. He agreed and stated my vehicle would be ready shortly. After receiving my vehicle everything was working well (keys, rear shocks). I travelled to Crash Champions and shared the information about my driver side fog light. The representative stated he couldn't guarantee anything since the problem was on the opposite side of where the body work was performed but that he would have his guys take a look at the problem. TEN minutes later, the representative called me out to my vehicle and stated he had "GOOD NEWS" that it was just a plug that needed to be pushed back into place. As one could imagine, I was confused on why the Webb Ford Technician didn't attempt to see if this minor problem existed. Furthermore, I was confused on why I was charged $89.98 for an inspection that clearly didn't occur. I called Webb Ford to see if they would value me as a customer and refund my $89.98 since clearly the technician couldn't have performed any service to my fog light. After waiting on the service manager to return a call (was on lunch when I called) he called and I explained that the Crash Champion technician was able to fix my problem in less than ten minutes! He took a look at my invoice and questioned if it was just a plug in issue. After repeating that the issue was just "a plug in" he casually stated that he would provide me with a "Credit" for $89.98. He stated "I could use the credit the next time I came in for service". To say I was befuddled would be a drastic understatement!!! He then slightly suggested that bring the vehicle back so that he could inspect my claim (I guess to further investigate to if I was offering factual information) but after telling him my location he decided that it would inconsiderate for me travel that far but that I could "show him" the next time I came in for service. I am not sure why he believes I would ever return to Webb Ford service Department for servicing of my vehicle. The only reason they have 2 stars is because every other part of the experience was aligned with the the cost and service provided. To be clear, without a full return of my STOLEN $89.98, I will never be returning to Webb Ford Service Department located at 9809 Indianapolis BLVD Highland, Indiana 46322.

Buying a car there was a wonderful experience. The service department needs work. Most employees are very friendly and customer oriented but the attitude of the female that works at the service desk is horrible. We had to get something from a vehicle that was dropped off the day before and when we walked in she didn't even acknowledge us. Acted as if we weren't even there, she just continued to type on her keyboard and with out looking up and 5 min later says just a minute. 15 minutes later we are still standing there waiting while she's typing away. We ended up walking ourselves back and collecting what we needed and left. They need to find a more customer oriented front person and get rid of her. I've been in customer service a long time, physical people in the room are more important than a computer. I understand work needs to get done but take a second and find out what the people in front of you want before ignoring them. This place is going downhill

My shopping experience was less than desirable and proof that stereotypes still exist. This is sad to admit, as I am a Ford employee. I was approved for a loan with my bank and secured a financing prior to shopping. I entered the store and was met with apprehension and mumbles from the salesman as he approached me. I asked if I could test drive the Bronco and was immediately asked, "Are you buying one?" I've car shopped for years and never have I been asked this question first! Maybe it was assumed that because I'm young and black that I wasn't planning to. I was so offended by the tone, demeanor, and line of questioning that I decided to leave. Little did he know that I had the funds to purchase on the spot. I will take my business elsewhere. Shame on any business that is still operating with the mindset that minorities don't deserve fair treatment and customer service.

Purchased a used 2016 mustang gt on 3/15/24 and I can t say anything negative about my experience with the Webb boys. Michael Crussen was the salesman I worked with, he was extremely helpful and very good at walking me through the whole process as it was my first time financing a car.

Oh my what an experience! First of all, they drove all the way to my work and picked my truck up, completed all the maintenance, and returned it back to me while I was at work. A special shout out to the service manager, I believe his name is Steve Rowe, He handled all the logistics and exceeded my expectations for this service visit. My biggest surprise was walking out to my vehicle after work and finding out that it was detailed inside and out. Thanks again Webb Ford for excellent customer service!

I am so appreciative of the service and honesty of Tim in the service department for having his team quickly evaluate and fix the issue with my truck, because everything is so expensive now a days it is a relief that Webb Ford still has a system in place that still upholds honor and respect for the customer. My transaction could have been expensive but Tim's team accessed the problem appropriately, great to know that there are still dealerships that honor the customer and value service. Definitely don't need to have any other dealerships to service my vehicle. Thanks Tim and Webb Ford. Life customer.

I had an excellent experience at Web Ford when I purchased my new Edge a few weeks ago. That was not always the case in previous years. I was very happy with the service and working with people who seemed to enjoy helping others find the right vehicle. They were very interactive with me even while they were working with other customers.

Went to drop my car off for an oil change as I was told they do not take appointments on Saturdays or during the week. I have tried asking several times and it seems they don t want my business for an oil change or to do the update as a temporary fix for the recall in my car. The gentlemen today was extremely rude and rushing and said it was going to be over 3 hours for an oil change and I again asked if I could make an appointment and again I was told no. I will never go back to this dealer to purchase a vehicle or for service even though this dealer is less than 5 minutes from my home I will continue to go out of my way back to napleton ford in oak lawn which is about 40 minutes from my home. Do not recommend this place if you want good service to be talked to like garbage.

I have to start by saying that i have been to many dealerships, shopping around, but Webb Ford is the one by far the best one!Ivan made buying our Ford Maverick so easy and pleasant. No sneaky salesman tricks, but pure honesty and kindness. I wish he could start a class of his own and teach sales people how to treat customers and how to genuinely care for them and their situation.I recommend anyone who wants to buy a Ford car to go to Webb Ford and have Ivan take care of you. He is the man!

I appreciated the fact that Ford picked up my vehicle to take care of my recall and returned it. That part was great. Here is where I think they could do better. I reported to them that my brakes are making a very loud humming noise when I reverse. The car only has 26,000 miles I still have a good part of my warranty and an extended service plan that I purchased. One of the service managers told me that it is a common problem that they have received many complaints on but poses no safety risk. When my car was picked up for the recall they once again acknowledged the problem but wanted 90 dollars just to take a look. I really feel they could have taken responsibility seeing that this is a known and persistent problem. According to what I ve researched this is due to defective parts being used.

Bought a 2024 Mustang GT from Webb Ford with 7 miles on it. Had environmental protection added. Pointed out a scuff on the car before we took it home. They said it would be buffed out before the protection was applied. Noticed a flake of paint missing when I got the car home and in the driveway. Showed them that too before they took it for the protection to be applied. The car came back with both spots still there and now they are covered by the clear coat environment protector. Now 2 months later paint is bubbling and peeling off. Took it back to them on the 28th today the 30th they called and told me the peeling and bubbling are rock chips and won't be covered. They said that's how all Mustangs are painted the same. So buyer beware the dealership said in other words Ford doesn't know how to paint cars right. Called to speak to the new sales manager. Cheryl answered the phone and was rude. She told me that she doesn't get involved with service. I explained I thought she would want to let service know how unhappy one of her customers were. She got really nasty and said I explained to you so I hung up. I spent $70k at that dealership on a car that the paint is peeling on and your going to talk to me like a child.I am taking the car to a body shop and another dealership. And Webb Ford will never get our business again. I bought a F150 King Ranch and the Mustang from them. I am currently sitting at Currie Motors signing on A 2023 Ford Edge.

My girlfriend and I Ordered a 2024 Bronco Outer banks in august of 2023. Spec d it out to match My eruption green mustang and with the 4Cylinder since it d be for my girlfriend and she doesn t care for the V6. Regardless of what we should ve got/could ve got, we wanted it the way we spec d it. We wait give or take 6 months & finally got the build notification in february. We notice the build is different, and came with the V6 amongst other things that were changed (a difference of almost $6k) We only have 1 car and waited for the bronco because we spec d it out. We show up for my oil change, and talk to the sales people about this while we wait. They didn t care at all, tried blaming the change on the plant building it, and basically said you can have the deposit back or build a new one. Outrageous we waited almost 8 months for a car and they didn t care whatsoever. Not shopping with them that s for sure.

I'm thoroughly impressed with Webb and with Wes Cavinder. We walked in hoping to buy a Maverick, had a great test drive, but we weren't able to make that one work. Wes respected our numbers we provided, didn't try to push us to spend more, and gave us other options. Wes listened to why we wanted what we did, gave us a well informed other option with the Bronco, gave us another test drive, and made the numbers work. We never felt pressured to buy, but he also made us feel like his only priority our entire time there. This is exactly the experience you should be able to get when buying a car!When filling out the paperwork for the purchase, we stayed at Wes's desk and weren't hidden in a finance office. They never pressured us to get any add-ons and simply made sure we knew they were available. A simple "no" was all Wes needed to understand we didn't want anything extra. In total, with a test drive, going through the finance process, doing another test drive, updating the finance process, and ultimately buying the vehicle, we were in and out in less than 4 hours.I would 100% recommend Webb Ford for purchasing a vehicle! And ask for Wes - he's great!

So glad I chose Webb Ford for both the purchase of my Explorer and my regular maintenance. I drive a lot of miles so I've had a couple of tweaks that needed fixing and they have always been prompt, professional, polite and continuously informative about the progress of my car. Kudos to Steve Rowe in the service department for making things work on a very busy day. Highly recommended!

Sales is the only reason it s 2 stars rather than none. Everything but buying the car was a nightmare my salesman Preston was one of the best if not the best salesman I ve worked with. But my car has had problems since mile 40 and WEBB refuses to do any of the warranty work because they keep misdiagnosing it honestly, now I wouldn t trust them to do an oil change. Needless to say I go to arthill now and I d advise anyone else to do to same. Since I ve taken it to arthill all of my problems with it have been COMPLETELY covered by the warranty and there service department is centuries better.Also no luck getting to the gm or principal because the sales manager did nothing for me.

Greedy dealership that only cares about making as much money as possible. Ordered a Maverick from them, waited over a year for it to arrive, and was told once it finally arrived that I would have to pay $4K over MSRP when the salesperson I placed the order with said I was guaranteed sticker price. I also had an order form that said the price would be MSRP. The manager was not pleasant at all. Will never buy a Ford from any dealer.

My visit of 9 October for an oil change and to clear a check engine light, resulted in my dissatisfaction. Service representative Mr. Ross failed to hear my automotive problem. He only changed the oil. When I told him the check engine light was still on, he told me to drive it for a couple of days and it will clear. On 13 October I returned with my father. Mr Ross listened to my dad about the check engine display. I felt disrespected. Up to this moment I felt comfortable bringing my car in for service. Now, I feel a woman isn't treated fairly. My father purchased 4 new tires for my car in March 2023. For some reason Mr Ross said I needed new tires. My father checked, they were fine. I purchased my Ford from your company in 2019. I'm not sure if I will buy another new car from your establishment.
