Great customer service, professionalism of the staff, and clean and welcoming environment is an understatement. I appreciate the thoroughness of the technician explaining my options with no pressure to purchase additional services. I would recommend this location as I will continue to support and make this my service location of choice. Great job to the management team overseeing this location. Definitely, a noticeable change from the past.

They didn t tighten the screws when replacing the cover after an oil change. I m guessing 2 fell out after driving a few miles to work the day I had it done. I had to finish driving to work and back with it dragging. Brought it back the next day and they just put it back up with zip ties. Didn t try to replace the screws to get it on properly and they didn t even offer a discount let alone a refund for the issue. Seems like a pretty unprofessional place that really lacks in providing the most basic service. I d recommend going elsewhere

quick and easy experience. it was fast, employees were friendly and knowledgeable, asked what oil I wanted (other places haven t done this) and knew prices off the top of their head, suggested coupons. will definitely be coming back.

Service was really good very nice people. My only complaint is I have a white Jeep that I keep very clean and they left oily handprints on the doors hood, driver side door inside and out , and even all over the plastic under the hood

Checked in for oil change and inspection. Adam was polite. On return I asked the counter girl the status of my car. She did not look it up in the computer. With no customer service appeal, no smile, no greeting and with a terrible dry stare, making me feel like a criminal, said they haven't gotten to it yet and walked away. Adam came in right after that and said the inspection is done. Adam, highly knowledgeable and efficient, walked us through the inspection. Then, while waiting for my oil change, I'm 3 hours in now. I watched a new employee who was very slow, not fully trained yet, which I understand everyone had to start somewhere. Couldn't figure out lug nuts for quite a while and checking oil stick several times in a QUICK row while asking what it's suppose to look like. I came home, uneasy of the work, had to check if oil was correct and lug nuts were not chewd up. From oil change, screws not tight and battery cover laying loosley. Not to mention the 80.00 price tag for synthetic oil that you are not sure if that is what your getting. Was not marked but rather in a different jug marked something I could read. The kid, numerous times was not working and laughing and talking with a co worker and on his phone. why should my time be prolonged when he is getting paid on company time? I mentioned to Adam and he had a huge reversal of personality and a standoffish rudeness to me. He said sarcastically, "okay" like why are you telling me this or complaining? Like, no big deal. If you complain or have an issue, and i was friendly and nice about it, you will be treated .... well not nice. They dont like you questioning things and they get highly aggitated with you. This was not my 1st visit. Customer service was same but i decided to give them another shot. Never again !!! And unfortunately the company will respond with a form letter which makes you feel like your back in the shop around the bad customer service with no care about your complaint and no action will be taken. That form letter alone is a reason not to go back. But they will take your money for their overpriced services.

Marcus and his team were great to work with. I came in because my oil light was flashing and I thought it needed to be changed. He was honest and told me I had quite a bit of mileage to go and that the sensor is set to 3,000 miles by default. He also checked my other fluids before sending me on my way. That kind of honesty will win my business every time! I ll be returning when I do need services again.

The manager Beth is ignorant and very unprofessional. I have no other choice but to expose this type of unprofessionalism on ALL platforms. My hood latch has a little difficulty opening so they refused to provide a tuneup service at this location because her tech can t open it. She suggested I fix the body before any service at this Highland location. I even offered to open the hood myself and I m not even a mechanic but she said No. I have been taking my car for YEARS every 3 months at the Griffith location for oil changes and they ve never had an issue opening my hood. The only reason I brought it to Highland was for a tuneup special I received in the mail! I mentioned this to her as well. I pick up my car and take it to the Griffith location only to be informed that their manager Beth from highland location called them and instructed them to refuse service on my car. This is absolutely absurd. If they have NEVER had an issue doing oil changes why would she call them to instruct them to refuse service now? I called her to get an explanation from her and she denied it and hung up on me. I m in the middle of getting management names because this type of behavior is just unacceptable from any business.

Great experience. Came in for a full synthetic oil change, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Was in and out in about ten minutes. Felt price was very fair, I'll Def be back for my next oil change.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is normally my go to for oil changes. However, this last experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. I went in for my routine oil change and they weren t able to lift my hood. They sent me down the street to another location, where they weren t able to lift it either. Not only that, but they tried to charge me to open it. Since Duke of Oil was the last ones under my hood in February, I know that they had to have done something wrong. I went to Kia to figure out the issue and they stated that Duke of oil must have pulled my hood latch too aggressively and snapped the cable and it s a $150 fix. I have called corporate and was told that the district manager would call me back. It is now day 3 and I haven t gotten a call at all. This shouldn t have been an issue in the first place and I shouldn t be responsible for something I didn t break.

Always great service! Loved that they had a female worker. She was smart and new her stuff. Main guy, older gentleman, I believe he's always there, such a sweet guy. Very helpful. Definitely recommend.

I brought 2 of my vehicles here on separate occasions and both times after service, I had to take them in for further servicing. The first time, I brought my Chrysler in for a full service oil change and the oil filter cap/closure was left stripped/seized. I wasn t aware of this until I brought it in for a second oil change and they couldn t fully service it because they could not get the cap off. I had to take it to a Dodge/Chrysler dealership and spend $250 because they had to use special tools to take off the stripped cap and then complete a full service oil change and replace the cap. So that was fun.The 2nd vehicle I brought in was my GMC Yukon, also for a full service oil change. Not only was my air filter taken out, it was NEVER replaced. What happens when your engine runs without an air filter? You can potentially get harmful debris filtering/circulating inside your engine and that can lead to a blown engine. Another thing I noticed Was I had my oil changed on November 1st, but my dash says 22% oil life remaining so who knows what else they said they changed and didn t. I definitely do not recommend and will NOT be returning. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Love going here. They always do a thorough check and let me know what my van needs if anything other than washer fluid.I like that the Manager is always there to be of assistance. He needs a raise.! Every place needs a Manager like the man who works at the Duke of Oil on Indianapolis Blvd in Highland.

I was in and out quickly, which was nice since I had my infant with me. The waiting area was clean. I didn't like that the tech asked me what oil I wanted in my vehicle, I felt like that was something they should know based on make/model/age of vehicle. Otherwise I will probably go back for my next oil change.

They are scammers. I requested a regular oil change, and they took it upon themselves to put in higher mileage synthetic, at double the cost. The techs name was Josh. No contact number for their business offices in their website. I will never go to them again, and... I will tell everyone i know of my experience, so as to effect their business. They are truly classless!

So I went back to find out why I was being charged a $1000 difference and to see inspection report Mike didn't want to give to me. Getting parts from Jersey i guess was $1000 for delivery. These people know they are ripping hard working people off. Keep your money any always get a 2nd opinion . Really disappointed. It could have been worst if I hadn't gotten another opinion.Service: Steering & suspension repair

They advertise a free tire rotation on the huge billboard off the highway. It's not until after your car is on the rack do they tell you that they don't do the rotation at their store. You have to take it down the street to the auto fix store. I've tried 3 times to get a free rotation. It never seems to work out. They are always too busy and I'm not willing to leave my car all day. That being said, the store employees were very attentive and apologetic.

Do not go there, they will mess up your car. I went for an oil change and less then 2 weeks later, the dealership told me that my car was leaking oil and that the Duke of oil did not replace a "plug". Once,I called the manager, he was rude and did not solve the problem. I will not be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I ve been going to duke of oil since I first started driving three years ago. I never really had a problem until yesterday. I got my oil changed last yesterday morning then had to drive out to Illinois for a business meeting. The sun was starting to go down at this point but it wasn t dark by any means when I arrived. A couple hours later i leave and as I am on my way home I got pulled over. For not having my lights on. I didn t notice it because I had been driving for less that 2 minutes and it s a well lit street with heavy traffic. I got an 80 dollar ticket because you guys didn t turn my lights back on after you checked them. I know it s part of the package or whatever but returning the car to its original state would be smarter. I am very disappointed at this. Makes me want to change where I get my oil done.

When I got out of my car, the young man who helped me asked me if I knew what my tire pressure was suppose to be. I told him I wasn't sure, maybe check the chart inside the driver's door. While waiting for my oil to be changed, the same young man informed me he had put wiper fluid in my coolant tank by accident because the caps "look so much alike." He said they would be draining the coolant tank & refilling it to correct the mistake. They didn't try to sell me anything extra, which was nice. I've been coming to this location since it was Oil Express, don't know if I'll be back again.

I become a choleric pessimist when my dashboard lights up. Why?Ordinarily, my dad would take care of it for me as he planted all sorts of anti-mechanic propaganda in my head.I'm on my own now with my mind simultaneously racing yet mute on what to do. Then I saw the Duke of Oil's weekly coupon page in the mail.Enter this Duke of Oil. Frank was a warm, welcoming employee to my greenhorn self. My car got whole 9 yards in a measly 20 minutes that someone working part time can afford.Will come again in the recommended 6000 miles or once every 6 months.Thank you Frank very much from this greenhorn.

I was in a rush to get a oil change and had my 2 month old baby with me. the guys at oil express had me in and out of there in no time. They were very fast, efficient, and professional. First time there and now I will continue to get my oil changes from them. Thank you guys!!!!

I received a Oil Change here on a company vehicle. No more than 3 hours after i had gotten the oil change, the oil completely leaked out on to my driveway! When i went back into the oil express to get my money back, i was treated rudely by the manager Nick. How can a place called Oil Express not even get a oil change right? Will NOT be going back here ever again, and i would recommend the same for you!

Despite a misunderstanding on my part, it was quickly rectified. The manager Marcus is great. Oil changes are necessary. So if I have to deal with it then Duke of Oil is a great place to do it.

Place states it opens at 8am yet I get there at 8:20 and waiting for someone to tell me to come in while another car is inside waiting to be serviced .and no one is to be seen. Like no one is working. I stayed there for at least 10 minutes and not a single person told me anything let alone seen anyone. Nobody got time for that. We got work to get to. So I left.
