BEWARE. Horrible customer service. Brought our car there three weeks ago and now it s leaking oil from the oil pan on our driveway and they won t take any responsibility for it whatsoever. We spent $145 there only to be told there s nothing they can do. Their oil techs do not know what they are doing. Talking to my family now I found out this has also happened to 2 others who took their cars there in the past 2 years. The manager Marcus says we have a bad oil gasket without even looking at it!! How does that happen in 3 weeks after an oil change??? Looking for an honest, reliable place now. Disgusted.

I had a great experience here! After filling a 35psi tire to 50psi, I knew I needed help. I saw this location and took a chance. Not only did the gentlemen there adjust the overfilled tire, they put air in all of my tires for FREE! Thanks!

I went on Saturday for a oil change first off the boy that pulled me told me let us look to see which one you had had before mind you it's been a while I went here he never told me nothing just started working on the truck I had to go out there to ask! Then they call me into tell me that every thing is filled no it wasn't because on Sunday I had to stop and put brake fluid he even showed me that it was full and it wasn't bells ring and everything that day went and put a full bottle in what a shame and rip off juat because i am a lady I do know things about a vehicle here's a picture

My husband and I have been taking our cars to Duke of Oil (10438 Indianapolis Blvd, Highland, IN) for some years now. Today, I brought my Honda in for an oil change (it's up there in age but still running:). Terrence Lewis was my mechanic. He informed me that I was empty on one of my fluids. He gave me options and made recommendations. I appreciated the fact that he took his time to explain different things. I was also greeted with a warm smile and a hello by Marcas Stollenwerck. When we brought in my husband's car about a month ago, Devin Hood helped us out. He showed my husband the filters and made recommendations as well. We like coming to this place, because the mechanics take their time to take the customer to the working vehicle and show and explain the concerns at hand regarding the vehicle. There are also some great coupons and rebates at Duke of Oil. Keep up the good work Duke of Oil, and great job to Terrance, Marcas and Devin!

$100.57 for 5 quarts synthetic oil + filer?5 quarts is $25.A filter is $5.Are you high? How do you sleep at night, ripping off the mechanically disinclined?A four new tires?Quote says "$1000.00."Yep.ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR FOUR TIRES FOR A TINY MAZDA.You should be ashamed of yourselves.What kind of company takes advantage of people like this?Never again. Terrible work, dishonest business. Refused to issue a partial refund when work found on the car was discovered by dealership to be wrong parts, mistakenly installed the day before. Instead of issuing a partial refund asked Why did the dealership check and I can t do that for you. Work was done wrongly day before. Manager asked that we bring the car back in after they had made mistakes on the work they did! Had to take it to dealer when they couldn t finish work requested. It s a good thing we did because dealer found the work that they did wrong. Manager did not make it right despite our family giving them a ton of business over the years. Quality and service has declined big time. Stay away! We will be telling friends and family to avoid this dishonest business at all costs.

Stay away! I took my car in because we were hearing a noise from the rear of the vehicle. They diagnosed it as a wheel bearing issue to which they replaced both rear bearings. There was also a loud noise when the ac was turned on to which they said everything was fine and couldn t find the issue. We then took the car to the dealer to which we discovered they incorrectly installed one of the wheel bearings and the ac blower issue was resolved quickly. After talking to the manager about the incorrect installation they would not issue a refund but wanted me to bring my car back. Over my dead body will you touch that again. Do not take your vehicle here for get repaired for any reason. They are dishonest for not refunding the work they did incorrectly. It s your fault.

service and quality of this establishment was not up to par. Employees did not want to be at work and were barely willing to help me. oil change took longer than it should have. they changed my air filter without even asking me first

Don t ever go here! Went for an oil change. On the way home car sent out a smoke screen. Called them. Guy met me in a parking lot and saw what I did. Their service technician over filled the engine and so it was sucked into the intake manifold burning oil! I told them to check the spark plugs for fouling. They replaced the plugs with cheap original equipment Mercedes plugs even after o told them I had put the expensive Iridium plugs. So after waiting another 2 hours I was given the key with no apology or any reason to return there ever again. Think next oil change is free. They obviously don t care about their customers so I would steer clear unless you want to rely on luck!

I had a headlight that went out probably no more than 30 minutes before they closed. Called them up, said to bring it in and was done in less than a half hour. Beth was the rep that took care of me and she was great. Super professional and helped in pinch. Thanks again!!

Hours online said they close at 5pm. I stopped by around 4:45pm to get my tires fill but they were already closed on Saturday 12/17/22. I stopped by after work Monday, 12/19/22 at 4:38pm and two workers who were standing around, waved me away, saying they were already closed. Online said they close at 6pm. All I wanted was my tired filled and I tried to tell them but they wouldn't listen. Today, 12/21/22 was the last straw that caused this post. Myself and another car was waiting in line. Staff ignore us and didn't tell us where to pull up. There was no guy until whatsoever except a cone that was behind the middle Bay. The car that was two cars behind me left. I gave up and left too because I was being ignored and I would like to at least be paid attention to when one employee is standing against the pillar just staring outside. He finished airing of the tires a bit ago and was doing nothing for the last 5 minutes. I understand if the shop closed early due to staff shorting but signage posted is always nice. Having staff ignore customers is a different story. I have never been treated this way at this location before. I gave three chances to be with some respect. I went down the street to get assistance and tip the person who helped.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

My truck was never leaking oil until I got an oil change from this place. If you own a newer model pick up, they don't have a clue how to put the guard shied back on. I had to take my truck to the dealer to get everything done correctly. I will NEVER use this company again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

First time going to Dukes. I brought my Avalanche in for an oil change. They offer Castrol oil and Lucas Oil Stabilizer. Fast service and great people in there working.

I took my call for oil change to them, and after two days I stop hearing noise in the engine. I took back my car to the defined know oil in the engine and he told me there is a major leak take your car to your mechanic, took my car to the mechanic he find out the oil filter was loose. Their policy changes every time I get an oil change! Manager also wanted to go back and forth about my history with this chain. I've been a loyal customer for years, not anymore . Taking my business somewhere else

I used to exclusively go to this Duke of Oil whenever I didn't feel like changing my own oil. I stopped a few years ago after they told me that, due to some stripped screws on a cover, they were unable to access my oil pan to do an oil change. So I decided to just do my own oil that day. I chose to not return to this location after finding no such stripped screws.Yesterday I returned to this location out of convenience. I asked for an oil change and nothing more. After a few minutes an employee came to get me from the lobby to give me the sales pitch for filters, upcharges, and additional services.The first question I was asked was about something that the employee saw in my glove box. The employee asked excitedly, and openly. Freely discussing the fact that, despite there being absolutely no legitimate reason for them to even open my glove box, they did.So, just know, that the employees of this location don't see it as a bad thing to invade your privacy and snoop through your personal property. They don't mind reading the stuff in your glove box and asking about your personal life, either.I would reccomend you go somewhere else.Service: Oil change
