I really am so grateful for O Reilly s. Anytime I have issues with my car, I always get parts and things from here. They honored my warranty even though I was about a week and a half past its deadline and helped me get back on the road. I really can t thank you enough, especially in this cold weather. Everyone is always very genuine & helpful whenever I come in, and I m just so thankful for you all. Thank You Thank You Thank You

I walked in... Stood there for 17 minutes while being ignored by more than 1 employee. Not 1 word was spoken as 1 employee stood with the only other customer! 17 minutes !!!Never going back there!!!!! Total disrespect!

These guys are great. I come here a lot so I ve started to learn the staff. They are always knowledgeable and willing to help. Don t fear coming here and not knowing everything about the issue. Even if you don t, they can point you in the right direction for parts and fixes!

I recently bought some parts for my car but didn't need them after all.I had my receipt and everything was intact in the box. I called the store to see what the return policy is. The salesperson said I could only get store credit. I paid cash and was hoping to get my cash back. It didn't sound right to me so I looked it up online and it stated under return policy that you will NOT get store credit but it will get credited on how you paid for it, so therefore I should get my cash back! So I called back and ask to speak to a manager. I explain to the manager the situation but he kept interrupting me as I was speaking. He kept asking me whats my phone number so he can look it up. I told him but I have my receipt. He said nothing pulls up with this number. I'm like sir I looked up the return policy online and its states I can get a refund not store credit. He starting yelling and said I don't care what you read online, I have a line of people here! I ask him sir what is your name, and he starts yelling again, he says my name is Kevin and I don't care if you call corporate! I'm like sir you are being so unprofessional. I am heading to the store right now to get my refund. 15 minutes later I go to the store only one customer in the store so I go to the counter and ask for Kevin the manager. He would not assist me so he sends another salesperson I told her I'm here for my refund. She needed the keys for the register and calls out for Kevin. He would not come out to the front counter where I was standing. Instead I see him all the way down the other end of the counter and he throws the keys to this young lady. Again how unprofessional, I hope Kevin gets the help he needs he surely is not fit to be a manager! And I will never go to O'Reilly in Highland ever again!

Place was nice, looked to have what all other part stores have. Being a mechanic myself, is what I look for is the knowledge of the employees. This is why I gave 3 stars! That plus attitude of people. If you work in a part store you should have a bit more then YouTube knowledge!!! (That's my personal opinion)!

I am on my 3rd alternator in 1 yr.!!! Last Friday, my mechanic went in to pick up the alternator that I had on hold.....it was a TOTALLY different part. What are they trying to pull her? Are people bringing in there bad ones and they are just reselling them, hoping it was a good alternator and they just had a bad battery? So now, I am trying to get the labor back for 2 of the labor cost but the manager said, he needs 48hr to investigate!! Investigate what!! Which employee is brought in their own bad battery for a new one?

Called. They had the part and made sure it was ready when I got there. Great job. I believe the sales person s name was Adam (?). Personable and helpful.

The management is horribleThe younger Commercial Manager so he says is very rude and doesn't even know what he's talking about. He's got a bad attitude. I went to Autozone instead.

After having gotten off work and having a dead battery we raced here at 9pm because it says on internet open till 10pm arrived at 9:16pm and they were closed. Hours on internet need to be fixed. Disappointing

Employees just stand around talking. Wont help customers then when called on it they threaten you and make you leave the store. Very poor management.
