They were both professional and very nice. I ended up only getting an oil change which was completed fairly quickly. I would definitely go there again.

I paid for a diagnostic because my transmission was leaking. They told me $800+ to fix it. I paid it. Brought it back home and it was leaking even worst the next day. I took it back. They told me they needed to replace another seal. I paid another $300+. But when I went to pick it up they told me they replaced it and it was still leaking and they think it was something else so they still charged me even though it wasn t fixed and told me they wanted to rebuild my transmission. I refused. I think they took advantage of me. And I didn t believe it was going to be fixed even if I let them rebuild it. I feel I shouldn t have been charged when I came to pick up the car the second time because they were aware that the part they said they put on didn t fix the problem. And the $800 I paid the first time was their fault for misdiagnosis it. If it needed to be rebuilt they should ve said that in the beginning instead of charging me to fix other things that they knew wasn t the problem. I would like to rate them a minus -1 star. They also kept my car for a week both times when I took it back. Once stating the mechanic who started on it called off sick. They will tell you anything to get your money. I will be contacting the bbb.Service: Transmission repair

They where able to repair my transmission in a reasonable time frame. They worked with my warranty company for the best possible outcome. They will be my go to for if I ever need major work done again.

If you need work done go here! My truck was a hot mess! From the window regulator break to my dad thinking we can fix it to only break it more, the team at Mr. Transmission had my back. Initial inspection of the door was quick and accurate and the communication throughout the repaid process was perfect. It is so rare to find a shop that wont take advantage of a woman trying to up sell me belts I don't need, they helped me with what was needed and for a great price! The entire team was super friendly too! Thank you so much Joe and team for taking such good care of my truck I am sure we will be back but hopefully not for my truck!

Nov 13, 2023 I went to a place to get my transmission flushed, new filter and gasket. But, they told me to drop the car off and maybe they could get to it. So I called Milex and spoke to Mr. Joe. He gave be an exact date and time to bring g my car in. Called me with his findings. Then discount the labor because the additional work needed was in the same area. Quick service. Car so far drive much better.

Exceptional service. My wife was there for 3 hours with the employees diagnosing our vehicle. All employees were great. Would recommend this business for all automotive work

The folks working at Milex are friendly and professional. I appreciated being treated with respect and having things explained to me. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know needs work on their vehicles

I love this place. Everyone was so nice. I love that Joe explained everything in detail when it comes to repairs on the vehicle. I love that John offered me coffee while I was waiting. Even the technician was nice. Wow!

Excellent service. I dropped my car off during the night and received a call first thing in the AM to let me know that my car was being looked at. Shortly thereafter, I received another call with repairs needed + cost. Price was more than reasonable & they were dobe before the end of day. Such great service. I needed a differential clutch control module, barrings and some other stuff. Mr. Transmission was referred to me by an employee at Cassidy Tires. It costs a whole freakin lot too. They did a great job. I think that the 2016 GMC Acadia drives better now than when I purchased the vehicle a year and a halfago. I purchased it used and something just wasn't right with it. I cannot put a price on my safety! Great job Mrs Transmission.

Outstanding service! Quoted a reasonable price for my repairs. Repairs completed in a timely manner where I did not have to wait too long for repairs to be completed. Joe, they guy at the front desk has fantastic people skills and a great sense of humor. This is the second time I ve gotten repairs done at this shop and I will go back for all my automotive repair needs! Thanks again!

This place is the real deal! They are honest about what they can and can't fix and don't give you the run around or try to upsell you. Joe at the front desk was amazing, as well as the other guys. I'm a customer for life!

Spent over 4 grand to get transmission fixed. Put less than 3,000 miles on it in a year and a week; same part on my transmission goes out. No coverage on the warranty because it's a week over, but no compassion to cover anything on such a small amount of mileage when you brand yourself Mr. Transmission. Another complaint... they wanted to charge me over 5 grand for the next "fix" with a refurbished part. Will not go back. I would rather walk!Service: Transmission repair

My vehicle was misdiagnosed , the repair was paid in full and the problem still existed. I was not refunded my money and then told they would have to do transmission work afterwards. Not to mention my vehicle stayed in the shop over 2 weeks before it was returned to me misdiagnosed. This place is my go to ! Joe at the front desk is such a sweet guy you almost feel at home there. Some shops I ve experienced in the past allowed me to pick my vehicle with them saying everything is fixed and 5 other things start breaking down on your vehicle after being serviced with them. Not here ! I can take my vehicle in and ask for a complete inspection with a $50-60 fee and they will give you a print out of everything that needs fixed. You can bring your vehicle back and have one thing done, if you only have the money for a specific thing, or have it all done at once. They keep everything on their computer and you can call in and get your price repeated back to you and set up an appointment, which is always fast here. They have a great deal on oil changes that can be paid for at once and shared with other family members as well. Mr. John and his staff were very nice and informative with the issues that were going on with my car. He explained to me what needed to be done and the time frame that it would take. Mr. John also offered two financial assistant options (I did not use them, but in a pinch it is nice to know that there were a couple of options).After, I picked up my vehicle, it has been running like brand new.Service: Transmission replacement

You can tell they really care about getting down to the root of the problem and not to mention they have financial assistance options! I really appreciate these people. They gave us a good quote for a new transmission, and then were okay with us getting a second opinion. We decided to go with Mr. Transmission. They told us it would take 2 weeks to complete the job, but we were pleasantly surprised it was finished in less than a week. They were also understanding and very compassionate when we mentioned losing a family member. We'd recommend them again. John was great!Service: Transmission repair

This is an interesting one to try to review for me. 8nsm.okesse but I am not. February of this year the transmission failed on our 2012 Transit connect XLT. Had it towed it here and they did a wonderful job turned it around in about a week and a half the cost was$3,900 full rebuild.My issue and the reason I can't give him more than three stars is 16,000 miles later and 8 months the transmission appeared to failed again.We travel a lot and the truck and the person driving the truck were stuck in Indianapolis and it was quite the effort and expense to get it back up here since it wasn't running..We took it back to Mr Transmission, they looked at it very quickly again and told us that the transmission was fine.An old clamp rusted out and blew the hose off which allowed all the transmission fluid to drain rapidly causing a loss of compression and the truck stops moving but transmission is not damaged.$550 repair.My issue is if I paid $3,900 for a rebuild why did they use an old rusting clamp from the old transmission?This doesn't sit well with me I don't feel I owed anything I feel if I pay $3,900 for a full rebuild we should have gotten everything replaced on the rebuild and this wouldn't have happened.Excellent service, prompt attention, great guys but this $550 repair shouldn't have happened after spending $3900 on a full rebuild but the mechanic doing the rebuild used some of the original clamps and hoses. To me that's not a full rebuild.Best I can give them is 3 stars.

Paid for diagnostic & received a completely inaccurate diagnosis. Took my vehicle to another shop & was given the correct diagnosis. Called this place back to tell them & was giving a quote of $1600 for a $100 part & 6hour labor repair job. I would recommend this place. I took my car in for a simple transmission check and turns out, nothing is wrong with my transmission. I was very pushy and made them give me a second look, because I really believed I had a problem. They handled me with grace and respect and gave me a second look. Nothing shady happening at this place . They easily could have told me I had problems that didn t exist.I cannot comment on the prices, because I didn t have any work done. All I can say is, I appreciate them so much for not making me feel stupid.

Went in for my check engine light that was on John the service guy was very polite, professional & honest. He assisted me on my situation, he asked me to come in they did a diagnostic test on my Nissan Rogue the results were outstanding. They just found a few minor problems but didn t have any transmission problems or engine problems thank goodness!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Sales front desk receptionist after having a transmission rebuild was very rude and while picking up vehicle we asked for tool to change out the battery his response was ask a technician to see we don't loan tools . So I asked can they give us jump he ignore me as if I didn t asking the question.He lied about the car being buried in and it was not. My mothers car was fixed however his attitude was not friendly at all they need to improve their customer service especially after spending thousands of dollars with them. I took my car to this shop for a transmission repair. I had the new transmission delivered to the shop for installation. I was told that the job would take two days. It took two weeks over the said time for my car to be repaired. They gave me three different times and failed to meet each deadline.Yes, they were nice to me as they kept me waiting for my car to be fixed. After going there time after time, seeing my car sitting in the shop and listening to excuse after excuse, they finally worked on it and it took only 6 hours for them to make the repairs.This is no complaint about the work, my car runs great. My complaint is about the time it took to complete the work. Also the fact that they didn t keep me updated regarding the delays of time.Service: Transmission

Spent $3500 on a used rear axle and a "transmission reseal " due to a vibration and leak at their suggestion. When I left the car still has the same vibration and all the transmission fluid leaked out in less than 200 miles. Now they say the " new transmission leak" is from a seal that wasn't part of the reseal and suggest a complete rebuild. Go anywhere other than Mr TransmissionService: Transmission repair
