This was the first time that we had repairs done here. They are very busy but the repair came out just as promised. We will be back when the need comes back.

Excellent service and communication. My snow blower was fixed on-time as they said. They even started my machine at the shop to prove it was working. Also gave me advice on operating it.

Very nice shop for small engine repairs. A little hard to find since it's located at the rear of a group of stores. Owner was friendly and helpful and had my unit done in about a week during busy season.

Price is very reasonable and they get the job right the first time, I have to drive a distance from where I live but it's definitely worth the trip. These guys are my lawn mower repair service for life...

Call before you go there. I made 3 trips there to have lawn mower blades sharpened for $14. When I was told pick up n morning and I go there in the afternoon and they are sitting there right were I left them untouched. My time is worth more than that kind of service. I ll try another place next time.

Really honest people here. I brought my leaf blower here for repair. They took the time to explain why my blower was not functioning and further explained why it would not be economical to fix it. They didn't charge me anything for the visit. I will definitely use them in the future for my repair needs.

I've been taking equipment here for a few years now. Have also sent other family members here as well. I can honestly say I love these guys!!! They are very inviting, helpful and well informed. I've never been disappointed.

These guys are a bunch of idiots. Took 3 months to fix something. A piece of my equipments was not able to fix, it use to be able to turn on. They tampered with it and now it won t even turn on. If they didn t know what they were working with why the hell would they mess with it. Very dissatisfied. Never going back. I do not recommend this place at all.

This is the 2nd time we attempted service at this location. Both times .owner is RUDE and RACIST. My husband was attempting to explain the issue with his mowers, the male refused to look up or acknowledge him. He continued to work on a lawn mower. He stated to my husband, while continuing to work on the mower, it will be 4 weeks before I can get to it. Then, a Caucasian gentleman walked in, he stopped working on the mower, addressed him how he was doing, took his mower and act as if my husband wasn t there. We really needed the service. My husband walked away very upset, composing his sanity. Is this where we are in the world today? Mistreatment due to color? Money has the same color. I would rather for my husband to buy new equipment than to patronize mistreatment & racism.

Best place to get small engine repair. Only place I go. Well I need to change my review. I have been going there for years. Something changed. Maybe new employees. But they were more worried about my money than fixing my tractor. They forgot that I was on list. Then they rushed my work and didn't fix it. My tractor ran 3 times and now same problem. When I asked what they did I really didn't get a good answer. Now I know why. Wish I could get my money back.

I see all the 5 star reviews ( well I guess if you are a 'different color' you get treated better ! ) ????????I went here because of all the 5 stars, What A MISTAKE !They DID NOT fix my lawn mower correctly, put on 'rebuilt parts' when I told them I wanted NEW PARTS ! Lawn mower works WORSE than it did before I brought it there. Then they tried to blame me for the problem...Really ??? I WILL NOT go back there , As much MONEY I Paid (CASH) , I should have gotten Better Service ! I will report to the Better Business Bureau .

I've had good luck here. Hard to find blades they have in stock. Honest opinions, always busy, LOTS of people trust them with their equipment, judging from the number of mowers waiting to be fixed.

The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They offer lawn tractor pick up service for a fee . Very satisfied with repair work and price.Will use again. Would recommend to family and friends.

I purchased a new gas powered trimmer from Menards, upon assembling it and trying to use it, it did not work, it was a defect.Calling the 1800 number and trying to trouble shoot to no avail then getting the runaround for almost 2 month from the manufacture wanting me to take it to multiple repair shops that would not look at the trimmer, this place looked at it and got me the letter I needed saying it s a defect so I could get my $115.00 refunded from Menards.

Dealt with Highland Lawnmower Service for the past 3 years. Their prompt at pick ups and deliveries if needed. Their work is outstanding and reasonable, couldn't ask for a great local service for lawn equipment. They got me through last years snow storms. When I got my snow blower back it ran like it was brand new. I was able to help my neighbors through the season. Definitely looking forward to doing business with Highland Lawnmower Service this Spring.

Just a little wait for your item to be fixed and picked up....but I guess that's a good thing for them because they're always in demand. But my lawnmower runs perfect now!

I have two riding lawnmower one he help me fix over the phone the other replaced the transmission. I highly recommend this repair facility. Honest and trustworthy. I will only go here from now on.
