Everyone was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with! Dan was great! My car had damage from getting rear ended, and they made me feel like it was a priority to fix it. They detailed my car while they had it and did an amazing job! Highly recommend!

I had the BEST experience not only with a Body Shop but any business I ever dealt with. Highland Body Shop has a 4.9 out of a possible 5 Google rating. That is Amazing for any business let alone a Body Shop. No other Body Shops are even close. I worked with Dan who is professional, prompt ,friendly and experienced. Dan is AMAZING!! He was a pleasure to work with. Everyone at Highland Body Shop is professional, nice and Amazing also.The work was perfect and ready on time as promised!! I would never even consider another Body Shop. They are the BEST!!

10/10 customer service and work. My wife s car had some damage they were able to fix and get her back on the road in little to no time. Additionally they completed detailed her car for her. Great Christian company will be bringing all future repairs here!!

I m a pretty tough cookie to impress but I can t explain enough how absolutely impressed I am with Highland Body Shop. My husband has used them for years and when my car needed fixing he didn t hesitate to insist we use them. We live about 30 minutes away so I was a little reluctant at first but I couldn t be more grateful that he pushed for us to go through them. They are kind, courteous, and quick. I picked up my car last night and I couldn t be happier with the work they did. They definitely convinced me that they will continue to be our families go to shop! 100% forever customers. I had a car accident . State Farm contacted them. . and in the office the staff is attentive. ready to help. the service. provided was fast and efficient in less than a week the problem with my car fixes was solved .. they explained in detail the process and repair costs. .the service was done to my car. I am very satisfied ... I recommend them good customer service. flexible hours. and very professional

Excellent work by Highland Body Shop. I'm not very car-savvy, but Andy was very professional and helpful in identifying the correct issue (wheel bearing and brake caliper). My car issue was solved quickly and efficiently. The price was very reasonable and the quality of work is excellent. I am very satisfied with Highland Body Shop, and will continue to use their services for my family and friends!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Brakes

had my car towed here bc my timing chain jumped a a few teeth in my engine and wouldnt start the mechanic andy verified in complete detail which camshaft and included graphs and charts i doubt anyone locally wouldve gone out of their way to get this taken care of 5 stars isnt enough for this place high recommend

I have always received the best top notch service from the Highland Body Shop! They are not only professional about their work, but also kind, informative, and helpful!My car always comes back looking good, as if it was detailed, not to mention running great!They go above and beyond, such as delivering my car when I couldn t pick it up because my husband was in the hospital.I will always continue to use them!

Excellent work! I had to get the old rusty hood of my vehicle replaced; the paint job was flawless; they kept me updated on the status of the project; it took less than a week; when I picked it up I found that they had also detailed the interior of my car. The price they charged was reasonable.

14 days and 300 miles into owning our brand new Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum we were rear ended, hard. Sitting at a stand still, we were hit so hard the other person's airbag deployed and even pushed us into the car in front of us. All of the sensors on the back (including the lift gate kick sensor), the lift gate itself, and a slew of other things were affected. Not to mention the driver side seat was wobbly.Knowing that we plan to drive this car for years I wanted it done right. My experience with the "preferred" shops of our insurer, in the past, weren't horrible but they also weren't great either. Everything was always fast and furious and it felt like corners were cut.Dan, at Highland Body Shop, immediately understood and took incredible care. He was meticulous in his assessment of the car and documented it incredibly well. He found hidden damage and made sure that it was repaired and covered. Ultimately, the repairs cost about 1/3 of the purchase cost of the vehicle, to give you a sense of the severity and pervasiveness of the, largely, superficial but expensive, damage done to lights, sensors, electrical, etc.When we got it back I went over it with a fine tooth comb and I was impressed. It even still had the new car smell! There was one tiny thing that we needed to tweak and he made sure it got done on a follow up visit. All in all, I felt they took their time, cared for the car like it was their own and were a pleasure to work with. I will NEVER use anyone else going forward (hopefully not a lot) and will sing their praises every chance I get.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They value your time as a customer and call you if they run over the said time your vehicle was supposed to be ready. So many times I ve had to call other shops and find out what the status is. But most importantly their work is top notch.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had been rear ended and had to get my bumper replaced, it was not not extensive work at all, but I was getting told by other shops that I had to wait months to even have an estimate scheduled, I walked in for an estimate and a week later my bumper was replaced with a new factory bumper, and my car was cleaned spotless inside and out. They worked with State Farm and the rental car company, Enterprise in Highland, so all I had to do was just show up. It was the easiest process I've been through when having to deal with the after math of a car accident, would recommend to anyone needing work done! I have been taking my car (which is my baby) to Highland Body Shop for several years. I can't say enough about the professional and friendly people ALL OF THEM who are there. They listen to your issues, make suggestions and have done beautiful work on my car. My paint is a pearl white and they match it PERFECTLY! They even did a few extras which I asked and the charges are always reasonable. I recommend them highly!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Complete professional and personal service from the minute we started to work with them. They made us feel welcomed, and that our vehicle was in great hands. Dan took care of us and was able to fit us into their busy schedule.The work was excellent, people always have to understand it wont be like the day you drove your brand new vehicle off the lot, but if you personally cant see the difference then they did a great job, and that s how it was for us.They went above and beyond to in my eyes since they detailed the entire car inside and out. This was my Dad s car and he s the type that never gets it cleaned. This was a nice surprise and I am grateful for their service and professionalism. I hope I never have to visit here again, but I know if I have too, I will be taking care of and leave with positive experience.Thanks Highland Body Shop, keep up the good work.

Our car was involved in a hit and run back in January. Highland Body Shop was able to get us in and replace all damaged parts. Everyone was friendly, they called and kept us updated on the process. They did an amazing job on replacing the parts, painting and blending the color and our car was detailed inside and out when we picked it up. Owners and staff were fast and efficient. Great prices. Very professional but friendly. Felt like family. They made everything so easy with calling the rental company for my ride. They even called around to look for a molding I needed that was lost some time ago. The work was superb and looks like no damage was ever done. This shop is the only shop I will ever use and will recommend to everyone I know!

Great auto body shop with great customer service and knowledge. Dan was patient and very professional. The car was not only repaired to look like new but it was detailed and did a little extra work so I really appreciate the professional workmanship. You will not go wrong when you have Dan and his team working on your car. I received a thank you card in the mail the other day from them ; very courteous. Thank you for all you do!

I brought my car in 12/11/17 after I had been in a rear end collision. Dan was super flexible and accommodating with my schedule and when I could bring it in and pick it up. They did a spectacular job on the car - very thorough and even cleaned it inside and out for me! I definitely recommend being your car here!

I am very pleased with the body work they did on my car. They also cleaned it up inside and out so well it looked like a new car. They also were able to save me about $150 compared to the price they originally quoted. What a relief to deal with a reputable, honest, and skilled body shop after the horror stories I've gone through with other places!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is the truth!!! Aside from friendly service. The staff made this an easy process. I dropped my car off to be repaired and painted (door) When I went in to pick up my car my whole car looked brand new. I couldn t be more happier with the work done on my car. Really positive experience. My car was hit and I took it in for collision repair here and my car came back looking brand new. They detailed my car which was an amazing add on. The people in the front are super nice. The guy at the front desk even came outside when I first came in to fix my tail light for me. Definitely a place that cares about customer service. Will be my new place for all my vehicle issues.

I am a retired / former body shop owner in northwest Indiana. I considered my shop to be one of the higher quality collision repair shops in the area at the time. Since I have retired I do not have the luxury to repair my own vehicles any longer. I tell everyone that if my car is in need of repair it is going straight to Highland Body Shop. Great family owned business for over 40 years. Customer satisfaction is their priority and it's been proven.

My dad has used this same company all my life. They never disappoint. I had a black 2007 Chevy Suburban that had been hit in the bumper and damaged the tail light. They not only had my truck for only 2 days, but it came back looking fantastic. It was as though there had never been any damage at all. They were also able to get the Insurance company to put a new OEM tail light back in. The whole truck was spotless when I got it back. Thank you folks. Oh and did I mention they were there until 5:30 pm on New Years Eve so I could pick it up.Once more this family does not disappoint.

I went to Highland Auto for a minor repair to my car on the fender. They were extremely friendly and helpful. I got my car in at my convenience and it was done three hours later. I went to pick up my car and was surprised that they washed the car and detailed the interior! An extremely generous gesture! My daughter and I were traveling through Indiana in our Class B RV (Winnebago Travato- Dodge Chassis). The back doors would not open, so after a quick search for body shops in the area, we showed up at Highland Body Shop with no appointment, simply based on its hours and proximity. We rolled in at 9 AM on a busy weekday. They were amazing! The owner and his son immediately got to work, and after investigating the problem, quickly removed the mechanism, which had been faulty for a couple of years, and fixed it! We were back on the road in less than half an hour, and they charged me very little for the work. Nicest guys ever! I really appreciate that they took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and how they fixed it. I wish I lived in the area, I'd make them my go-to body shop for sure! I'm sending my Mother-in-Law, who lives nearby, in for regular work on her car. Thanks so much, Highland Body Shop, for excellent and speedy service.
