The ladies in the front are AWESOME! I was in an accident & the other party s insurance was taking care of the repairs. Their insurance sent us over a check, but somehow my wife & I misplaced it (probably me lol) and when we went to pick up the car, we could not find the check anywhere This is where the front office ladies come in. I went in for the 2nd time today & let her know we had lost the check & didn t know what we were going to do. She got on the phone with Progressive & figured out how to receive payment from them, and I was able to take my car home & leave my rental with them. They turned a potentially bad situation into an AMAZING customer service opportunity. So thankful for the Gerber team but also the front of house ladies!

The staff is awesome! Kacey, Melissa, Joe and Jimmy are on top of things! They are friendly and communicate through the whole process! The techs do quality work!

Very personable staff. Took my vehicle in due to an accident. My accident was July 1. At first, Gerber's next available appointment was August 4 (a month away) but they called a week and a half later to let me know that they had an opening much sooner. After taking my car in, they were done with the repairs sooner than the estimated deadline date they sent via text. Really great service and I'm so glad to have my car back

This shop had my 2014 Camaro for 3 weeks to replace my passenger side door skin. Took it in on January 11th. Got a call on the 18th of January stating the car was ready to be picked up. Upon arrival, I was instantly in shock at how bad the job had been done. The door was misaligned and paint work was horrible. I discussed my problem with the manager and showed him the door. He also agreed it was a terrible job and that they d re do it to my expectations. Finally after 3 weeks total of my car being at gerber , they call again and say it s complete. This time the job was done EVEN WORSE. ( with photo and video proof)Overall would not recommend to anybody. Not to mention they left my car outside in 15 degree weather in their parking lot with no door , completely exposed to the elements of winter. Upsetting I now have to find a new shop capable of good work.

Made an appt on August to fix my car, was given a Dec 23rd appt. I called Dec 9th to verify. It was all setup. Dec 23rd I call on my way there and was told the appt was canceled. Melissa, the phone girl said that another Melissa used to work there and must of canceled my appt. Offered me a late Jan appt, but after waiting 4 months, I didn't want to wait another month. These people are horrible. Reported it to Statefarm, and they gave me another bodysuit to go to. Statefarm says I am not the first person to I s has happened to. They will never get my business again. I had a jaguar repaired there and they did a great job, but it must have been before this management took over.

I had to delete my previous message because it won't let me respond to the owner. Robert M. did contact me and made me feel a lot better. I will give Gerber another shot if it comes to it. I still stand by the poor communication I had so, make sure you stay on top of your vehicle whenever they have it for repairs. Thank you Gerber management for being professional to my complaint. Rhianna was absolutely great and Kyle from the Highland store!

The car got into an accident and we took it to this shop to repair it. After getting it back, two days later, the car started to overheat. My mom doesn t know anything about cars so she took it to the dealer, and they charged her 100 dollars for the air pocket in the system. She never told my dad( he s a technician). And when this shop did the repair they removed the radiator, and my dad knew about it, so when my dad drove the car and it started overheating, he parked the car at our house and he smelled the antifreeze. So we took it to this shop again for over heating and figuring out where the antifreeze is going. My dad gave them time to fix the engine and figure out everything. It was in this shop from December to April (5 months). Finally my dad decided that he will fix the car himself, so we went to pick up the car and found a big dent on the front bumper which is new. So we left the car another week so they could fix the bumper. So this brings us to today. We went to pick up the car after they fixed the bumper. And not even a block driving away the engine started over heating. We got home and checked under the hood and found that there was NO antifreeze. There wasn t even water. They didn t even bother to check before handing us the key. To say my family is disappointed is an understatement.

Had to wait a week just to get a quote ..won t be able to repair/service my car til the end of April!! I was told their parts for KIA are on back order !! Their quote was over $3,000 compared to 3 other quotes I got between $2,100 and $2,400!!

Repairs were horrible. My 2018 GMC Sierra truck was in an accident and they were supposed to put a new door and fender on it. They repaired these issues instead of replace them with new parts. Now they are having trouble getting the paint to match up and basically said that was my problem. I will never recommend them to anyone and will not be back.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my car into Gerber Collision & Glass to do repairs from a car accident. A couple months later after they "finished" the repairs, my condenser went out. Come to find out that Gerber installed the wrong lower seal to the condenser. Hence the reason why the condenser ended up going out.If you want a company to install the wrong parts on your vehicle, then when it malfunctins have to pay for the repairs out of your pocket, Gerber Collision & Glass is your company.

I had an accident with my car, and my insurance had this location as a preferred provider. I am so happy I took my "baby" to this business!! They did a wonderful job and we are so pleased with the results!!

They dont fix glass. Stayed on hold for twenty minutes no answer. Then drove to their Highland location where i was told someone would contact me to schedule a time. I did get a call to get it fixed at another location by a different company. Wasted my time.

They did amazing work on my vehicle except with my radar sensor it wasn't working properly the same day I picked it up. Because of another auto accident they try to say it was because it which wasn't true because I wasn't hit in the same spot
