Had a oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Chevy Traverse. I was in and out in about 35 minutes. My advisor was very nice and knowledgeable. I will return with my truck again. Thanks for the chocolate chip and the free popcorn Chevrolet.

Absolutely great diesel mechanic at Garber by the name of Sam. My High Country 3500 was in and out quickly so I could take my hotshot load to Norfolk VA. Garber Chevrolet helps America keep running! And Samantha at customer service is the best! Love her!

Love getting oil changes from Garber it is fast and the price is decent as well. Great customer service and flexible hours. They even pumped up all my tires air which was not part of the oil change but much appreciated!!

I visited Garber Chevrolet and worked with Anthony Bowman. He was an absolute delight to work with. Anthony was so professional. He was attentive to the requests I made for my purchase. I purchased a 2020 GMC pickup truck. I am very happy with my experience with the Garber team. I would refer this dealership and Tony specifically to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Special shout outs to Michael Owens the Financial manager who was also an asset to making the transaction a smooth transition.

From scheduling my vehicle for service until I left with my car running perfectly, the experience could not have been more smooth. Samantha was a great help with all my questions, and kept me informed of what was happening. She was great. Everyone seemed nice.

I just wanted to say Thank you to Charlene for such a professional, quick, informative help we received when we had to take our vehicle in for a part replaced. I needed to get to my kids and there was no rental available so she even called someone to give me a ride! Also their mechanic team got our vehicle fixed and running in a day. Good job Garber

Hillary was the person that assisted me. She provided excellent customer service. Was friendly and kept me up to date with the service being completed on my vehicle. The mechanics did an excellent job on my truck. Shew driving like new. Couldn't have picked a better place.

I feel at home each time I go for anything. I don't care for stuffy shirts and language I don't understand, which is why I love it here, I feel as if I'm home.Charlene is awesome and so is the rest of the "family"

Samantha was very pleasant and gave individual attention even though there was a queue of customers. She was keen to expand her knowledge and found out the answer to my query. She was great!Yasmin the chauffeur was excellent and I suggested to her that she should request to use an electric vehicle for her job as she doesn t go far but makes a lot of journeys taking customers home and picking them up. That would showcase EV s to customers!!

I always have my oil changed here. And usually in and out within an hour. I recently had cam and lifters replaced. And Hillary Starke was amazing by taking care of all the details and dealing with Warranty and also the car rental while my truck was in their shop being repaired. I would recommend Garber Chevrolet for their service.

Garber Chevrolet has great customer service. I had an issue with my catalytic converter and I called Gina and she was so helpful. She took care of me. If you have a vehicle that is 8 years or younger and less than 80,000 the manufacturer will replace the catalytic converter with no charge to you. Gina also offered many refreshments. She is a platinum customer advisor. This is how all places should provide customer service. I would definitely recommend Garber Chevrolet to everyone and I will be returning to Garber Chevrolet for future services.

I was on a visit to NW Indiana during the Christmas holiday.I live in Florida now, but grew up in the region.One if my tires seemed to keep losing air.It was a Saturday before New Years eve and i pulled into the dealership.I told the advisor of my situation.They had the leaky valve stem replaced and i was on my way in less than 45 minutes.This was when some of the mechanics were on lunch.I am very satisfied with the treatment and work performed. Thank you!

Garber Chevrolet highland dealership is the best Chevrolet dealership !! I didn t have a good experience at smith Chevrolet in hammond on Indianapolis Blvd but Garber Chevrolet dealership saved the day and was very professional and honest !!!! Thank you again Garber Chevrolet of Highland !!!!!

This is the best experience I have ever had. The place was extremely clean, the landscaping was excellently done and the service was top-notch. The owner has given back to their business. Truly time and consideration was placed in every expect office this business. And to add to all of that the people who worked there were happy and relaxed. This is the first time I was ever disappointed. My calls were not returned. I had asked for a sample of the bad gas. I had asked if everything was needed on the list sent to me. No response. I called the number provided within the text, it did not go to Charlene. I had to call through google.I am happy that the car is running good.
