I purchased break pads for the front for my car I brought the old pads back for core charge return fee the Brother told me that it would go back to my card in ten days after ten days the money never returned and I lost my receipt, I went up there and questioned them about the situation and whoever the thief is delete my purchase out of the system I remember the guy I just don't have my receipt because if I did I will be up there throwing him around that store I don't like a petty thief..

Domonte j tested and replaced my battery also suggested I get an oil for my cables after spending an hour at Walmart to test my battery just to get upset and leave. It was nice to walk into autozone have help right away. I will be back for any future work.

I'm really a GIRLY girl and hVe NO CLUE about cars but how to drive them. I called to get information about what I needed for a Oil Change and Bob went ABOVE AND BEYOND with the information he gave me. Came to the store to pick up parts and Dominic did the EXACT SAME THING, gave AWESOME customer service. Thanks Guys

I have been coming to this location for years and they never disappoint. First, thank you for the military discount. Truly means a lot. Also, I would like to thank the young man, Chevy, for his outstanding customer service, knowledge, and expertise. I appreciated his help with the Brake Pad returns and helping me with Brake Caliber Bracket install suggestions. He took time to answer some questions on the phone as well as in store. He jokingly mentioned that I owe him a cheeseburger, and I believe he was surprised when I held up my end for the quick lunch delivery. Chevy, keep up the great work ethic. You'll be doing great things in no time. Thanks again AutoZone.

Excellent Customer Service! I'm always nervous walking into an auto part store ,because I don't know much about cars lol but Jeffrey (Sales Manager) was phenomenal and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and changed my battery in a friendly and timely manner. I Would definitely recommend this location.

I needed to replace a bulb for my rear indicator and I didn't own the proper tool to remove the screws for the cover. This store had the correct bulb AND the very nice gentleman (sorry I didn't catch his name) changed it for me! This saved me from having to purchase a tool I probably would never use again. I am 1000% happy with the service I received. THANK YOU.

Bought headlights, wipers, and a new battery yesterday. The guy instead the lights n wipers, told me can't install the battery bcoz of the extremely light flurries. Just called schererville store, they said that's not true. Stop hiring lazy ppl who lie to customers. Btw, the guy was damn near impossible to understand, and barely communicated with me.

Eunice was very helpful even though it was past time for her to be off work. She still helped me till my wind deflector was installed on my car. She was very smart and very sweet. I would definitely come back just because of her.

Had a bad thermostat and I was 2 hours away from home, luckily this store has the best employees and they helped me get moving using their tools and knowledge. Very satisfied customer I am. Thanks to the store employees the finest.

Visited Auto zone today didn't need much, but the service after getting acknowledge was exceptional. We walked in the store was clean, there wad a person being helped at the counter and there was a 2nd guy in the back trying not to make eye contact. After the Associate finished up with the first customer he gave his attention to us, which was cool. He assisted, finalized the sale and we was on our way with a smile & thank you come again.

This auto zone is the best I've had nothing but great customer service way better than the hobart and portage stores I have one 5 mins from my house but I will drive the 30 mins to go to this store!

Awesome customer service - very friendly employees. If they don't have your part! They will order it or pick it up from an other store just to make sure you ain't stranded. I love this store in Highland. I have been shopping there since the first day they open there doors. I recommend everyone here.

Called from the highland store to ask about a certain wiper blade and was told they had it and when I arrived they did not. So either you don't listen or you lied.

Had a problem with a light bulb that was looking alot trickier than i could replace on my own. Super helpful staff. Especially Ricky Mason. Id like to thank him in particular for going out of his way to replace it for me, even in this cold weather
