Ken was so nice to me & helpful yesterday night. I needed oil, wiper blades and a headlight bulb all at the lowest price possible and he made that happen for me and was kind enough to change my wiper blades. Excellent and caring customer service!

Terri, the manager, was unprofessional. I came in to purchase a caliper, he took my new caliper out of the box and put it on the counter. Told me he needed the box for the core. Didn't even ask if I need a bag and just walked away. The sad part is he wasn't even the one helping me. Jason was the one assisting me and was awesome. The only reason I gave more than one star is because Jason was very helpful and kind.

Jason was great yesterday in helping me install my air filter. It's great that I was able to pay over $40 less for an air filter (along with getting it installed) than what the dealership would have charged.

This place is AWSOME best known arts store I been to so far everything is in stock the manager there Brandon with the cool necklace on really was knowledgeable completely easy experience go here for sure !!!! Ps thanks to the guy at the schererville location for telling me they had part in stock good team work you guys rock

Young lady helped me to purchase lightbulbs for my 2012 Chevy Sonic headlights, and I wanted wipes for my windows and wipes for my dashboard.Very happy people in there, it was friendly and laughter, more people should be like that on the job and with the customers!!! Thank you!!!

Had exactly what I needed and the person behind the desk offered great help. Not only did he offer to look up my part number, but he informed me of some specials they were having that, when coupled with a coupon, would bring a higher-end part down to the cost of the lower-end one.On another occasion, the same person sold me and installed my wiper blades for me at no extra charge. Extra customer service and I highly recommend!Edit: went back for a headlight bulb and the person behind the counter had no idea what a Fiat was. -1 star.

Great guys there. They did s stellar job while taking care of my needs. They knew exactly what to do from testing a starter for me to handling my cancel and reorder. The prices are very reasonable as well.

I am a single older lady and when my car doesn't start, it terrifies me. The young man who waited on me and with great difficulty took out and replaced my battery. He was polite and wonderful. Could not have been more pleasant while working in 0 degree temperatures. Wonderful experience!!! According to my receipt his name is Kevin H. at store # 06873. He is to be commended.

Teairra and Jenny are the Best that's ever happened to this place. Everytime they have the day off .... Is just not the same. Henry true really hard to do routes for the other stores and I am proud to have him on my team any time. He NEVER loses his cool. Awesome dude.

I was sent by my husband for oil change needs. All I can say is Thank God the guys in there know what they're doing & noticed I was getting nowhere fast. They asked the type of car, the next thing I knew was I was paying for the items I needed, and ready to walk out the door. Fantastic!

Lazy. They always complain about having to send confirmation emails when dropping off a UPS package.Even though every other Advanced Auto Parts location sends one without me having to ask.First time I had to insist I receive one and the elderly man clearly got upset and handed me the keyboard to do it myself, which I did.Today they told me I had to go to the UPS store to obtain one lol.

This is my first time visiting Advance Auto Parts. The employee, Kevin H., provided excellent service to me by greeting me and helping me find correct product. When he found out the coupon that I provided was for online store only, he helped me find another coupon that could be applied in store. I truly appreciated the excellent service at the store, and I am very satisfied with the wipers that I purchased for my Audi A8 and Panamera GTS.

Attempted a curbside pick-up... The order wasn t ready so I had to call into the store to have it fulfilled. I had to go inside to get the order, which contained windshield wipers that they could not install. I didn t receive even one apology for the inconvenience. Ron was just a downright cantankerous man. I don t know if it s his age or my skin color that lead him to think it was appropriate to yell at me and be so nasty and rude. Whatever it was, I will not be returning to this location. I will continue to patron Autozone.

I went to the advanced Auto in highland Indiana on Indianapolis boulevard. Everything was very well organized, everything was labeled well in the aisles and the entire staff is always friendly and willing to help and last but not least it was nice to see that Vern is now at the highland location! :)

I wouldn't recommend Advance Auto Parts. Autozone and O'reilly have been better for me. At this location, I tried to return a couple tools I bought earlier that day from a different location, and the manager/owner said he didn't accept tool returns, period, even though they did not look used to him. He said if I had bought them there he would've told me that up front, and told me I'd have to take them to the location I bought them from to return them. I spoke with the Advanced AutoParts customer service line and they confirmed a similar no-return on tools policy even if they were used/tried once. I didn't think a national chain would still have such a policy in this day and age. I checked with Autozone and Wal-Mart, they don't care even if you did use a tool you can return it if you have the receipt. (I assume within reason...don't bring back old tools or dirty stuff) Actually, the same day, I returned a tool to AutoZone that broke while I was using it and they allowed me to quickly exchange or return it. I'll keep patroning AutoZone and other stores that value my satisfaction more than a couple bucks. Think twice and shop around before buying a tool here, be sure it's the exact kind you want and that you will definitely need to use it, and that you like the price.

Was told.i needed a starter so I ordered mine online thru adv auto, caught 15%off and only paid 106.99 so I was happy. . Car runs great .

Bought an uncommon battery. Everywhere i searched this battery needed to be ordered exceptthis location had it in stock. I explained to the sales associate that I've had bad luck in the past with batteries off the shelf being bad from sitting too long. I asked them to test the new battery. They had no issue doing so until the manger Terry came along and rudely told the other employees not to do so. He then arrogantly told me that AGM can sit on the shelves with no problem then tried to find a build date on the battery but it wasn't legible, causing him to eat his words. If possible i would avoid this location.

The clerk first claimed that the part was not carried by Advance Auto after I told him I had already found the part on the website and the website said this store had the part plus I told him who the manufacturer was he decided to look up the part and found it if I had not checked the website first Advance would have lost a $150. Sale

Good luck getting anything here. I needed an axle nut socket and the guy argued what size it was and then he brings out a harmonic balancer puller. The messed up thing is he was a manager. I just walked out. Choose another location.

The service was subpar. The associate couldn't find my part despite me telling him several times that a coworker that I spoke with the night before put the part aside with a note on it.

Needed a new car battery. It was only 17 degrees outside yet they were kind enough to install the new battery for me.
