Apparently an employee that is not the tire guy is too good to change a tire at this tire shop. I checked in at 07:30 for service and the foreman said it s going to be an hour or so for the tire change because he only had two employees there. The oil change in front of me finished up around 8:15 but instead of bringing me in they left me sitting because the tire guy wasn t here yet and the freed up guy wandered around eating and looking at his phone.09:30 - Just wow. They actually used one of their mobile units (must be the tire guy) to change my tire in the parking lot instead of in the shop. 2.5 hours to change a tire.

Amazing service they went above and beyond just my oil change.I also got a free lesson from Robbie the General Manager on checking tire treads on trucks( newbie box trucker) and identifying issues with tires and how to save some money(long term) by knowing what to ask for when you get a tire replaced.Even gave me a tire tread gauge .Everyone was also so nice.If your in Haubstadt, IN definitely come here.

So I came to this location a little hesitant after reading the reviews. But after doing business here I highly recommend this location. I got here probably around an hour before they open to make sure I can get in and hopefully get out quickly and that's what happened. The staff was very professional and very quick. I got in around 8:00 and around 8:50 I was already driving out. FYI I called a competitor shop which is just across the street and they wanted $150 more than what I paid. So maybe some of these bad reviews were having a bad day but I did not experience none of that. The price that's posted is the price I paid.

The crew here did an amazing job servicing my truck. I highly recommend this place for truck tire and service. I would have to say by far the best full service I had had all year.

Kinda scary that it took them only 10 min to do truck and trailer annual DOT inspection. Never drop trailer to check 5th wheel wobble like they did 1st time when i came with out a trailer. Oil changes can take 3 hours to do . Their estimates usually end up being 100-400 more never less always more. If u need a 10 min dot this is the place for u.

Needed a tire for our RV. Had to wait a little while but not all day even though they were busy. The service and price were excellent! Definitely recommend.

Always good to me, they go out of their way for the customer. They went and got a filter my truck requires, out of thousands of oil changes they do, he said my truck is the only one that takes that filter, they are now the only place I found that I can get a full PM done, because they have all my filters they forever earned my business

Goodyear Commercial Tire was excellent. I had a blowout tire and called around for service everyone I called was busy except for GY and got me in a repair stall right away.

Loaded bull rack with a blown tire. These guys dropped what they were doing to service call me. Great Job!

Never ever go to this place and expected to be told the truth. Waited 2hrs like was ask of me only to be told they couldn't do it because some one else had a flat tire. When I ask about buying the part it was only 10 dollars cheaper than them putting it on. And was told sorry that's how it goes on the road. What rips.

Good people, use on a regular basis. Quick and efficient service. Use for oil change and lube, some tire repair.

Very kind but they made me lose a day and they changed a part and I had to take the truck by tow truck to another workshop because they did not fix the problem and still I had to pay 1387 dollarsMuy amables pero me hicieron perder un dia y me cambiaron una pieza y tuve que llevarme el camion en grua a otro taller porque no arreglaron el problema y asi y todo tuve que pagar 1387 dollares
