Wish I could give them zero stars. I m so heated right now. April 15,2024 at 3:20pm I show up and go in to get a 30 minute inspection. Here is is almost 7:00pm and I m still waiting. No, I m flipping leaving and I nor anyone who works for my company will be back there. I sat and watched as other drivers would show up and then 20 minutes later get pulled into the garage. It s a poor excuse for a company if you ask me. Good things there s tons of other places to get my inspections because this company just lost my money and any future business. Get it together already!!

If I could give this place less, I would. There was only one truck in the bay when I got here, and no one in line to get a tire changed. I was bypassed 4 times for other other tire jobs. They received authorization as I was checking in, so that is not a viable excuse. 4 hours after I arrived, I was put in a bay and still waited another hour before they even loosened the first lugnut. So, it's 5+ hours and still sitting here. What a joke.

The professionals at this establishment went above and beyond to make sure my truck was back on the road in no time. Molly is such a gem! The gentleman that worked on my truck had a great sense of humor and assured we were in good hands. Thank God for good honest hard working people. Would recommend to anyone for any truck repairs. Trust me, they are top notch and won't charge you an arm and 2 legs .

I checked in at 8:12 AM and they didn t get me in until 6:28 pm they skip me 3 times just for an oil change luckily I didn t had any load that day or other wise I would ve been screwed, very inconvenient.

It Hass to be one of the best boss shop in America. They take care of you like a family they give you best prices and they do excellent job. Specially, Mr. Thomas, who is may be the best at his job. Highly recommend it good people great service, friendly faces. Thank you so much.

I needed a computer diagnostic test and a forced DPF regen. The price quoted over the phone was exactly what was charged. Even though they were busy, my wait time was only an hour and within another hour I was finished.Friendly, personable staff along with a clean comfortable waiting area was another plus.

Had a great experience with this shop, got me in and out. Rodger was an amazing tech and molly at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

It would be nice if they would get their GD A/C fixed. Other than sitting in the waiting room sweating your a** off, not that bad of a shop. Some guys are a little slow, but they are definitely better than the Loves.

Office workers are very slow and do not pay attention to the client.... They talk to each other about everything and not about work. They don't care that other people are in a hurry or have appointments. It gives the impression that they are not employees, but the owners of the corporation and the clients want to receive the service for free.No complaints about the mechanics.

These guys are awesome! We had a check engine light on our rig n needed it fixed on our way to Vermont. We found the sensor n they put it on for us and also did an oil change too! Thank you Boss Shop for helping us out of a pickle!

That place is amazing! I hear they gotta new hand in their that's unbelievable! He really knows his stuff and is really putting a good name on the company! Hope they can keep him happy so he sticks around..

Absolutely great shop nation wide! Fast friendly service at a reasonable price they always go the extra mile and always stand by the work and parts. Stopped in for issue with brakes was wheel seal they did the job great excellent mechanic and customer service i highly recommend them especially my mechanic justin

2007 International drive belt broke they sent roadside who charged me $800 just to tell me my fan clutch needed to be replaced. They told me to tow it to their shop after 6 days of what I thought was repairs and over priced parts quote the put the truck together and the bill was $6100. I never made it out of the parking lot since truck was now moving 10 mph and was dripping oil. Their immediate response was they had nothing to do with that and I should take it to a dealer. After hours of stressing down $6900 I called another roadside mechanic who came looked at the truck and found a hose that was not clamped correctly he fixed the problem and the truck was able to drive normal but still was leaking oil bad. He told me to buy lots of oil and drive back to my hometown to get it repaired I stopped at a TA in Missouri and they diagnosed the truck and found that the fan clutch housing was leaking oil because whoever installed it tightened the screws too hard. I called Boss repair and their response was the truck was fixed correctly. BE WAREService: Auto engine diagnostic

Best boss truck shop I ve ever been to. Friendly, professional and most importantly they had me back on the road in 30 minutes from the time I pulled in, to driving out to leave. Got a new steer tire and installed. Josie I think was her name at the counter, had a fresh pot of coffee. The guy that changed my tire even put my old one on my trailer for me after telling him I wanted to keep it.Service: Tires

Only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the mechanic. I stopped because I had an AC problem. I let loves look at it the night before, and he told me the system was over charged. He put 5 lbs in and off I went. When it went out on me, I stopped at the boss shop. I told the lady at the counter I think the compressor is shot, and go ahead and order a new one. I told her I've had a new condenser, hoses, and cab expansion valve replaced. I told her loves said it was over charged, and fixed it. All she wrote on my work order was...new stuff put on, and system over charged.I pointed out to the mechanic I had two broken belts. He ordered and replaced...however, 50 miles later I now have a broken alternator belt. I'm at loves, and will spend more money for a problem that boss shop Haubstadt, IN helped along

Bought 8 new Michelin drives here. Good price, but the tech doing the work (Steven) is what sets this place above the others. Steven is very knowledgeable and efficient and he makes this place feel more like the old mom and pop shops of years past, not a corporate money grab that most other shops are now a days. Thanks Steven!

DO NOTNUSE THIS SHOP!!!! OVER PRICED ON PARTS AND THEY DON'T LISTEN TO YOU!!!I am only giving them 2 stars because of 2 of the mechanics of the 5 we dealt with. Billy and Alan were great the rest thought they k ew more than us and boy did it cost us in the end.Because they wouldn't listen to us it cost us 3 days out of work.

They will get you in and out quickly. But beware! You will be charged an arm and a leg for the parts. I understand that every shop will charge something extra for parts. But boy, this place takes that concept to the extreme.

Awesome place, mechanic knows what he was doing they do get you out in a timely manner and the lady at the front desk was also awesome will definitely recommend this shop.
