1 person running register while others in back taping up boxes. 6 customers in line waiting. Waited 15 minutes in line to give them money for my $100 worth of stuff I needed. Left and went to NAPA where I was greated and helped right away. Also got what I needed and saved $40 and was made to feel like a valued customer. Take a break from the busy work in the back when you have paying customers in a line at the register.

My family and I always enjoy coming to this O'Reilly's Location. The staff are extremely friendly and are always helpful. They always go above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy. Just recently we were having a snow storm, and their employee Reese came outside to help refill my windshield wiper fluid, just so I didn't have to be out in the cold. We will always come to this location for our auto needs. Thanks O'Reilly's!

Staff was super helpful when I took my wife's car up to the Hartford location. They tested and her starter, alternator and battery. They also assisted me with locating a replacement tail light bulb.

The staff here always go way out of their way to help you. They are the nicest people I've ever met. I had knee surgery and I called them. They came out to my truck and put oil in .it because it was hard for me to walk. This same town is awesome, the people here at this store, should be put at the top at the list of all OReilly stores. Thank you guys you are awesome. Keep up the good work.

Exchanged my broken power steering pump for a new one.. Didn't cost a cent cause of the lifetime warranty. But spent $60 on a new pulley and belt.. So 60 is better than 120Good customer service so far.

I needed wipers, the sales guy was knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. I got their best so it was a bit pricey, but he even put them on my car for me in the very cold and snowy weather. With a smile! I will be going back for auto needs.

O'Reilly's has some pretty decent deals and made it super easy to get what I needed so that I could get my car fixed! Even when I was unsure what part I needed they looked it up with ease and even went and got the part for me when they didn't have to.

Had to stop at O Reilly s today after I had to change a flat tire and a screaming toddler who finally fell asleep maybe 2 minutes before pulling into the store parking lot. A store employee by the name of Jordan was so kind by offering to get me what I needed so I didn t have to wake my child to take him into the store! Never would I have received this type of customer service in a big town. I am beyond thankful for the kind hospitality that I received today especially after my day had started so hectic! Thank you again O Reilly s for having such amazing employees and thank you Jordan for being so kind and considerate!

Muncie store didn't have simple caulk sealant and tried referring me to a store no where near me but still wanted me to buy it from them more concerned about store ratings to corporate rather then customer service

This is the ONLY Auto store I go to! I go in often needing a wide range of parts. Store is very clean, fast service, quality parts and excellent staff! The employees always go out of their way to get me exactly what I need! Thanks guys!

Great helpful staff and a good ad going on the week allowed us to save lot of money and get double points for both of our vehicles. Oil, oil filters, air filters, spark plugs, plug wires. Awesome!
