Great prices for what you get, but be warned, there are signs on the door that say 24/7, don't end up eating a spicy meal the night before and wake up having to use the John at 5:30 in the morning cause it won't bode well for your bowels. Doors were locked and lights were out, had to hold it and go somewhere else. I understand so I'm not holding it completely against them but lost one star due to my pain and suffering

Restrooms Out of Order. One entry door broke. They locked the good one after I walked out at 5pm. No kitchen help obviously because that was closed too. I've been here before without all of these negative problems but this time was not so great.

No public restrooms if you aren't a customer. Stopped many times for snacks and drinks when restroom wasn't needed, but won't stop there ever again. Went to Love's a few miles east instead. Didn't plan on buying anything but spent about $37.00. Make your restroom unavailable and people go elsewhere.

Stopped for fuel and I quick bite. The guy running the store side was very friendly and helpful. The Krispy chicken people on the other hand, stood at the register for 5 minutes while they walked past me multiple times, never acknowledged me, didn't say hello or ask if I needed anything.

Nice little truck stop, clean restrooms, very friendly staff. The lady at the counter was VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY! After driving all night and terrible evening, she brightened up the beginning of my day! Kuddos Hanks Truck Stop!

I wanted a chicken combo with mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was still frozen, so I got mashed potatoes. I took the lid off and realized this was not mashed potatoes, but rather potato soup based off of consistency. I could not even eat it with the fork I assumed I would be able to use for mashed potatoes because it was the consistency of soup. To top it all of, it tasted so bad I almost threw it out the window.

Stinks inside shower's are discusting water is pure rust coffee is cold and watered down badly. Just all off the wall truck stops. Chicken place prices are scary ordered some chicken tenders and the girl was on the phone with someone arguing after grabbed the tenders bare handed... Said nothing and walked out. Good place to park and sleep LOL..... Hank you need to start sticking around because your manager is letting the employees do what ever......

Stopped to get gas and use the restroom. Everything was clean and friendly ... BUT THE FOOD!!! Best Chicken Tenders I've ever had!!!! Karen at the food counter was awesome.

Good selection, nice staff, and it's 24 hours now, which is great for me because I don't live too far away. Relieved that I no longer have to drive a half hour to get snacks when a late night sweet tooth strikes.

I must have gone on a bad day. I asked the server what some items were in the case and he had no idea. Then he left in the middle of helping me. When he came back I tried to order some food they had on the menu, he said they didn't have any of that stuff. So I asked what DID they have? He just pointed at the hot case. Wasn't worth it. Walked away.

Cant pee unless I buy something huh? That's a shame and you have a lot of nerve including TRUCK STOP in your title.Today I may stop in just for a pee real quick. Tomorrow I may stop by for 700$ worth of fuel.Our fleet wont be stopping in for either, and you can thank your signs and overall lack of gratitude for that.

Nice and friendly staff, I'm now a regular shopper. I bought cupcakes there from a local bakery, they were awesome. Especially since I've had the worst day in my trucking career..

Off the side small Truck stop n Fuel.Clerk's are friendly, restroom clean.And have the Best Krispy Chicken, Taters & Buttery biscuits around! We Can't pass that up every time we stop. Yummm

We got gas from the Hank's gas station on July 17th 2021. Only within 10 miles after getting gas, our truck dashboard shows there is water in the fuel. Because of this, we incurred around 7000 dollars expense. We still didnt get anyreimbursement from gas station. Gas station claiming they do not have liability insurance. Unbelievable

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY STOPPING IN. This truck stop gives the impression of a small business, that is going out of business. From the run down appearance of the parking lot, to the deterioration of the building, to the only half stocked shelves inside, the place has definitely probably seen better days.

Had a little trouble with one of the gas pumps not clearing to work. However the attendant was very helpful in working with me to correct the problem. Ended up using a different pump but still the attendant was very courteous and helpful.

The credit card machine wouldn't work, I'd already pumped $100 of diesel, soI was held hostage in this hole until they could figure out the problem.... 45 minutes later.There is a good station down the street.

We go here spicifically for the krispy krunch chicken, it's some of the best chicken around... The place is always clean and staff is always friendly. Price is cheap compared to most places.

This place is a bit off. Broken Coca-Cola fountain, no lottery tickets, and a sign on the door saying they can't accept EBT. I'll just stop at the next gas station along US 30 next time.

I typically dnt stop here. It was clean but being in the middle of nowhere im not sure why they have signs posted "no public restrooms. Must make purchase"

Got in about 8 went in chicken was closed down. Offered me a "fresh made" deli sandwich. Opened it up. Had mold in it.

Nice man running the store. Stopped for our advance, he didn't charge us a fee to get, and cigarettes. Cigarettes weren't bad price

Best place to stop on US30 by far....krispy krunchy chicken Is amazing !!! Don't forget to fill up on gas! Very CLEAN and well organized place.

Not good. Called at 4:00 to order fried chicken to be told they don't sell chicken after 4 p.m. Disappointed.

I'd give a higher score but I take issue with ANY public store putting up signs all over that say you can't use their bathroom until you've bought something.

Not really a truckstop. Must of changed hands. All pumps for diesel were out of service and all they had for food was packaged cold sandwiches, chips, candy

Good location, easy parking but small lot.Now has a "For Sale" sign.Hope for the best for all the owners.
