The communication isn t the best, made an app for 8:30am by 9:45am the place was still close. The owner son was late opening which had become an usual for this company. Never give receipts, the mechanic is cool but the English isn t so great. A lot of the times it seem as if they don t want the business because you have to beg for service almost. Also, paid for work that didn t have to get done. After many attempts to get service I went to another mechanic who fixed the problem and told me that I don t the previous work done. Another thing the son did was took an item out of my car for personal use. Not saying it s the worst but it s a big headache trying to get work done.

absolutely horrible customer service. Took my vehicle in Saturday, September 24 and was promised it back the same day Monday, September 26. They still have not identified the issue nor begin to fix my vehicle. They stopped answering the phone for me and I had to call from another number just to get in contact with someone, when I went to check on my vehicle, all of the employees were standing out back, drinking cans of Modelo light, they have water bottles scattered on top of my vehicle, as if it was their lunch picnic table. I told them that I was no longer interested in using their services. Please do not do anything further to the vehicle that I would have it towed the next morning. The owner proceeded to tell me that I will be billed for hours spent trying to locate the issue with my vehicle yet they located nothing. No work have been done to the car, I was then threatened by a second employee for him to pull my car out of the garage and leave it in the alley for me to tow it immediately please save yourself a headache and use a real mechanic do not go to the back alley scammers .

Anthony is amazing! He was able to fix a few issues I was having with my Subaru. He didn t try to overcharge me like other places that I had got estimates from. Can t say anything bad at all great prices with excellent work. Gracias Tony!

These 2 mechanics are super awesome if you need somebody that you can trust and who does quality work look no further. These 2 guys are great they have been highly sought after I'm so glad they opened their own car repair shop in Hammond Indiana finally. I travel from Chicago for their quality work

Tony's Garage is the best!! I work very hard for my money and care about my family's safety. After spending much money and lots of time with various shops and mechanics over the past 3 years, I've found a home with Tony's . They were courteous and thorough. They road tested and physically examined my truck. The showed me everything that was wrong and gave me quotes for parts and labor. I felt comfortable and relaxed in knowing that All my truck issues were being tackled at once. Thank you Tony's Garage and welcome to my family!!

I have a Cadillac and the dealership charges really high prices. Tony was honest and worked with me to get my car fixed in a timely manner.

Great job...I arrived with my RV and water pump broken and he started the job right away and saved our vacation. The same day we left. Jesus is a great mechanic Super travail je suis arriv� avec mon VR et la pompe � eau bris� et il a commenc� le travail tout de suite et � sauver nos vacances. Dans la journ�e m�me on est reparti.
