The tech put old / used / recycled oil in my car Saturday...As I was explaining to him that oil looks dirty, in goes another quart....Now you tell me, after driving 1 mile to autozone, does this look a car that jus had a motor flush & oil change...

Oil change was quick but when my husband checked the oil still black with sludge in it. When I went back to ask only unprofessional workers were left and Hector was extremely confrontational which lead me to believe something was not right. Calling corporate office for this experience.

Service was done quickly. My wait time was very good. The gentleman came out and told me about my car and filled everything that was needed. They were also very polite and not pushy trying to sell you something. I will come again and I would highly recommend this place.

I have a fleet vehicle, 2018 Ford Focus. Small wiper on the rear window. I took my vehicle here last service. I let them know that I would have our company vehicles serviced here and to order the wiper blade. The manager informed me that he would. I am here today and they do not have them again. Going forward, our company will be using a competitor. Going local is not always the right choice.

The crew was very friendly and very helpful, and the price was really good. It took a little longer than expected but my car is more unique and had a few issues. Overall great experience!

Fast and they allow use of coupons just wish they would rinse my car or something usually I get a car wash after my oil change. That she be offered at all oil change spots. Just saying. But overall good service.

I would not recommend using this oil change facility..We went in for a simple Oil change. I noticed immediately afterwards my driveway had a spot of oil so I waited till the next day and the spot oil was much larger on my driveway I decided to call them and regards to the oil change and it seems like everybody is a manager at this location and they denied doing anything wrong. So I made an appointment to go to Toyota The dealership found that all the plastic clips for my splash guard were broken or missing They also left my screw for my oil Pan loose that's what was the cause of the leak...I would always recommend going to your local dealership and having them service your car where there's quality certified professionals. There's no real difference in the price of the oil change either..Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Great overall experience! Very knowledgeable and engaging staff! Comfortable atmosphere. Nice price options and I was really impressed with the interaction of the staff! It was as if they have to take customer service classes before they are hired! Lol! These guys were great!

They dropped the ball this time hardly even acknowledged my presence. Never told me anything about my vehicle. But they were in a big rush to get rid of me.I think I'll take my business elsewhere. Didn't even put the sticker in my window.One guy was wandering around trying to act busy while doing nothing. I had great service before but not this time. All New unconcerned faces not even a friendly Hello.Sorry but I won't be back.Even the Guy in the white shirt the manager I guess acted like I was invisible. NEVER AGAIN.Nothing but rude Kids what happened to the grown men that used to work here??Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I had a great experience here about a month ago. I was having trouble with my power steering and the manager, Jason Reyes, helped me look at the issue and was just overall very helpful. Also, the technician who worked on my vehicle was very friendly. Omg the best service that I have had in years they clean your windows. They check your tire pressure. They check all your fluids up on the hood of your car. They even wash your back window. They didn't screw my oil plug in all the way in and my wife engine blew and never had any problems with the oil before no leaks or anything took back to them on a tow truck and they looked it over and they said it not there fault and they not going to take responsibility for it or pay for it please stay away from this oil place please and I'm going to report them to the bbb and I'm going to report them to the Indiana attorney General office also because this is not fair to the consumer. And also found out they have so many complaints about this company already with the bbb already smh.

This place is spectacular I love their service to me they go above and beyond. I will never go anywhere else for my oil changes, transmission flush, and light replacements. They do much more that's just a few things that I've gotten done so far.

Great service didn't insult my intelligence by trying to oversell there services. Great service stand up manager. I will go back in future for more great service. Along with fair prices. I've worked in and around machinery as an operator and a mechanic for over 30 years. I Chose to no longer do it myself. Duke of oil is an excellent choice for my service needs.

I've been to this business numerous times over the years without any issue, but I believe management has changed. I went there recently on a Monday evening and waited almost an hour. After I paid I noticed that I had been charged for a more expensive oil change than I asked for. The young man apologized and told me to call tomorrow because there was no manager there to issue a refund (around $22). When I called the manager he basically told me that since I was given a $20 discount on my $156 charge that would offset the overcharge. When I asked him if I wouldn't have gotten the discount if he hadn't overcharged me, he was unable to answer. This place will overcharge you and then give you a discount to make it look like they didn't overcharge you in the first place. I am beginning to wonder if they even did anything that I paid them to do. No telling what else they do when you're not looking. This will be the last time I go to this business. I called prior to going to find out what time they take their last vehicle I spoke with Ricardo who stated 5:45pm. I informed him I was 30 min away and according to my GPS I will be there at 5:45pm. I asked are you sure you will get me in bc I don't want to drive and not have any services done. He said yes come I got you. I get there at 5:47pm due to traffic and he told me I will not be able to get your vehicle in today we disconnected everything and not taking anymore cars you could come back in the morning we open at 8am. I was highly disappointed bc I drove here knowing I needed an oil change and he completely denied me service. Fortunately I found another Duke Of Oil that got me in that day and their service was exceptional. Will never go to this location ever again.

First time visiting this location/business and the competition doesn t compare! This place goes above and beyond. Everyone was friendly and professional! I'm used to scheduling an appointment to get my oil changed. This was great to me. Pulled up waited in line a few minutes got my oil changed tires checked and fluids topped up. Professional staff, friendly, I will go back the next time I need an oil change.

Good first impression.. Stopped in for an oil change. Employees were professional and courteous. Provided details related to added costs (filter location). Wait time was reasonable... Would consider making this an option when I'm unable to make it to the dealership for an oil change.

Staff was pretty awesome. Fast service, no issues. Suggested services(as they should it is a business after all) got a good discount. Look for coupons before heading there, but they got specials. No pics but it was clean, service area and waiting room.

They attempted to rip me off. Did not want to honor valid coupons, and did not answer simple questions ( like cost of a simple oil change) without being evasive. I walked out and got my oil change at their competitor and saved some money.

Disappointed, everything was very good, yesterday my wife went to give the service that was due to her car, everything is fine until I get home and she realized that the grill in front had been broken, she told me that they had opened it. The chest was sawn very hard, she went the next day to claim the manager, he just said that he hadn't been here here, nothing was silent, my wife told him to go over the cameras and he did not want to overflow. I am disappointed I will not take any more my cars are there. Be careful check your cars when leaving the workshopService: Oil change

These guys are awesome! Everytime I go they are so helpful and genuinely nice. Always fast and easy. They actually act like they want to help you rather then just having to because it's their job. I will never go anywhere else for my oil change. Great job guys!

I normally go here for a quick oil change with no problem. However, today I was turned away nearly a half hour before closing time since they "had enough cars to last until closing time." There were 2 additional customers besides me turned away.Like I said normally no problem but I think its unprofessional to turn away customers. Guess I'll spend my money elsewhere for both of my vehicles.

Great customer service! They are very helpful with questions and concerns about my jeep and they complimentary put air in my tires for me I greatly appreciated it my air pressure light was on. Thank You!
