WORKS WITH POLICE AND DOESNT KNOW HOW TO TOW PROPERLY. WHO TF DRAGS THE VEHICLE BY THE CONTROL ARMS? I say the police had something to do with it also

HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT RECOMMEND! Mfs don t know how to properly tow or communicate. When I tried to tell them what had taken place they went straight to denying and told me I pulled out of the parking lot fast how tf does this happened if I pulled off fast

My almost 2 year old great- great niece had her favorite stuffed toy stolen by her mother. The mother was arrested on drugs charges, and the car ended up in their impound lot. After several calls, we located the impound lot. I called them, and explained the situation. They took the time to find the baby's toy, and rescued her from the car. When I went to pick up the toy, he advised me to give the toy a good bath, which I did. TWICE!!! They were so very kind and understanding.

Sterling is great at what he does and the front desk associates are very kind great work in a timely fashion I would recommend to go there for any and all body work

Just HORRIBLE!!!.. First let me just say that the bi%$# working the front desk is very unprofessional and rude as hell. She has no customer service skills and lacks any kind of professionalism. Its as if she was just hired because somebody felt sorry for her. What a piece of trash she is. She didn't know what she was doing which delayed everything and I was forced to be in the same room with her longer than I actually wanted to. I'm glad I didn't have to pay. In my opinion go to HIGH IMPACT TOWING. They are very professional and the prices are even better. Usually when you deal with jerk assholes who are contracted to tow for the police department you aren't treated fairly at all.

Great people to work with; they take care of everything no problems, no worries, got car back fast. Been dealing with SAB for all problems & the the women at the front finds paper work & lets you know whats going on with your car when you ask.
