I had a tire go flat 6 miles from the shop. I call them in advance. They answered quickly and I had the tire sizw and I let them know I was late for a meeting and when I got there. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a new tire at an amazing price. Five star all day long and twice on Sunday.

I have to tell you I've dealt with a lot of shops before but this particular shop from talking to the person on the phone all the way to the technicians to the cashier everyone was very kind and very knowledgeable. Their service was fast and speedy I felt like I was at the Indy 500. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone. Thank you so much I will definitely be coming back for future business.

I met Jose first through offer up inquiring about tires, Me being impatient decided to call, he was very pleasant and nice to me. I asked for four of the same tires for my Linclon, he gave me a good price. I came to check them out, they have very good tread and he even let me Zelle him on the spot which was great. I recommend this place and this will always be my go to for the future. I will always recommend my family and friends because they are professional and kind. Thanks Pepes!

Very shocked that I have to give this review but now I see that I'm not the only person that has had this problem...went in to get a used tire..had to pay over $60 for it!!! I drove it for 15 minutes and then went home...6-7 hours later, the tire was flat as a pancake...I was on my way to work so I had to go to the gas station for air...I filled it up and then made it to work..About 10 hours later, the tire was flat again...had to drive it to the gas station again for air...waited for this place to open and they basically blamed me for riding on the flat tire...the had a so called 2 week warranty which didn't mean anything..I had to pay half to get another tire even though they were the ones that sold me the bad tire in the first place....Buyer Beware...smh

Had a great experience here. Was looking for two good used tires. Great deal with great meat on the tires. In and out within 20 mins. Very friendly workers. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you!

They saved my soul yall!!! My tires were DOONE ok!? .. I called and talked to them over the phone and they told me to come right in. I pulled up and it was on immediately! They quickly took care off ALL four of my tires and fitted me with some Awesome used ones! I feel soooooo much better! And the price? Cause you knoooo they try to Jip you in the city ; but these guys were GREAT!!!! All 4 for under $300?! Thank you Lawd! Go here if you can make it!

Went in for a slow leak to get plugged to be told the tire is absolutely no good & need to be replaced even tho the tires was no more than 3 months old & then tried to replace it with an old damn near balding tire. Do not recommend!

Have gone to Pepe's twice now for tire service. Both times, I was helped very quickly and mechanics were professional and friendly. Prices are super fair and reasonable. Will recommend Pepe's to all my friends and family.

They are ALWAYS super fast. You can have 2 tires replaced with good used ones in 15 minutes for just over $130 or 4 for $250(price depends on how much tread the tire has remaining) and that's complete out the door mounted balanced, disposal fees and taxes INCLUDED! Hard to beat even one of the key 3 points - price, value and time it takes. They win hands down.

Pulled in to get air in my tire about 2 weeks ago. I noticed I'd been doing that often at different tre shops as the temperature has been fluctuating. This place was the only place to actually look at the condition of my tires and tell me that I needed to replace 2 of them. Pulled up today and did just that. I didn't have to leave my car. The tires are good with a 2 week warranty. The prices are great too. Everyone was friendly and fast.

So let me tell y all about this shop I got a tire 8/13 same day, my low tire pressure pops up. I call the shop. The guy tells me to come back. I tell him I live in Chicago and I m not coming back that day, but the next day I can. Mind you I just paid $60 cash (because ONLY CASH on Sunday) and was given a 2 week warranty. He tells me, I don t know if they are going to fix it tomorrow, you should come back today. What kind of scam are they running?!

This used to be my main shop I go to for tire needs. I went last week to get a new tire and woke up to the tire deflated. I went back the next day to try and get it switched. I read other reviews about this place giving away bad tires and people had the same problem. The guy said he ll give me $10 off the next tire since they didn t have my tire size anymore. I spent $50 on the original tire. I should have gotten the tire for free since it was their fault for giving me a bad tire. I went to another shop.

Kinda got me in and out, workers were multitasking between customers. Was given a different price for my replacement tire, but all in all I was glad my tire was fixed.

The people that work at the tire shop, and the tire shop itself is awesome. Great people, honest people, and such a great vibe along the working environment. Anytime I have a problem with my tire I always take it to them because they are honest, and they want to make sure their customers are safe. Kudos to the tire team*

Called about two tires before I came in (out of 6 shops I called they were the only ones to answer), they informed me they had a set for $130 and 2 mismatch for $90. THIS IS PERFECT. I'm always being cheap and looking for the best used tires so the fact they had a lower grade and mid grade was right up my alley. They even informed me over the phone to bring cash bc that's all they took. PERFECT. Got there, they both had great energy, the shop was CLEAN, and they had no issues showing me both sets of tires (I got the $130 set bc they were GREAT for the value). Before putting it on (I had a slow leak in one, got it patched and it still slow leaked) he informed me it was slow leaking bc of the air sensor letting air out and not the tire itself. He fixed it FOR FREE. I truly appreciate these gentleman and I most certainly will not be going anywhere else for tires or leaks. They really inspect the tire before just replacing ut or doing a lousy patch job.

We are from out of town and had gotten a flat tire, I called this shop as we had pulled over, know one answered, and all of a sudden my phone ranged and it was Mr. PePe who called us back in less then 5 minutes, Omg who does this!!! He saved us and price was very reasonable. Blessings to this Small business owner
