This place is a ripoff! They misdiagnose your car, so you can keep coming back paying labor costs for repairs. VERY sneaky and dishonest business!! They fix what they claim is wrong and create another problem that wasn't there before you brought it in to charge you more money! If Google had a rating of negative infinity it would still be to generous to this place. Do not fall victim to this company stay away!!! You would be better having an alley mechanic fix your car than these people!

Do not take your car to this shop, they stole my new battery, replaced it with an old one, and didn t even tighten it down with the brackets. I was stranded at 2am on North side of Chicago, had to get car towed to highland Indiana to dealer where I learn about the switch.They are some low life criminals.

My car was sent here by Advantage Toyota for welding on a small crack on my exhaust and my acceleration hasn t been acting right since. My car is jerking. They clearly did something they didn t have any business doing and now they re making Advantage Toyota look bad as well in my honest opinion. I read their reviews on here before my car got sent here and had an eyebrow raised about the comment about a stolen catalytic converter, now I m wondering if they did anything bad to mines and that s why my car isn t accelerating.

Been coming here at least 10 years. Always satisfied with the quality and speed of the work here. Oil changes, full suspension, exhaust patching, tune ups, and they install your parts if you want to order from rockauto like I do. Some places won't do that so it's nice to find a good mechanic who also installs brought in parts

I was a little fussy at the shop, but I think we cleared it up (somewhat, anyway). I was so happy driving my car home because the loud noise was gone and the car drove so nicely without scraping the ground. I think the guys did a good job on the items they fixed. I still believe the bill should have went to Action Auto, but who am I, right? Thank you so much! P.S.: I did notice that now none of my radio stations work and they did before I took it there, but I'm sure they are going to say they didn't touch that part of the car. [Another expense for me, I guess]

Used to be the best shop ever. You d get a great deal over those other guys. Honest people who used to get tipped modelo for good work. Then this new crew came and what a scamming bunch they are. Told me I needed a cat converter. Said it s $800 because of the way it s installed I thought they would replace it with OEM but no they cut out my catalytic converter and replaced it with a spliced in one that s super cheap compared to Mopar (that s probably why they took it for the $ platinum) I leave and the check engine light came back on almost immediately . Instead of going back I bought an oxygen sensor and changed it. The light went off. I never needed a cat converter and they robbed me $800

The radiator of my BMW was acting up and I went here recommended from my parents and it was wonderful!!They were very helpful and quick to fix my car!!I 100% recommend this place.The mechanics were very friendly and nice. They really know how to do their job!They had my car ready by the next day!!Very quick and efficient!Also they have very affordable prices.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is very unprofessional, while my vehicle was in their possession they damaged it & now refuse to pay for or make the repairs.They have a bad reputation for over charging customers and have have poor customer service.The owner name is Miguel & he also owns ELITE AUTO CARE located on Hohman Ave in Hammond Indiana.Also beware of their fraudulent warranties.My car was sent in for an oil pan replacement which they over charged me $480 to be exact.And now my vehicle needs body work due their negligence.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Will steal your catalytic converter, be careful and make sure yours is still attached after your repair. When approached, worker claimed it was bad and tried to toss it on another pile of Cadillac converter s and replace the piece with a pipe. If you use their service make sure your car still has yours attached.

Very unprofessional I called and asked them do they service air suspensions prior to me dropping my vehicle off to them they lied and said yes so I brought my vehicle to them didn t get a call or update on my vehicle for 3 weeks when they did finally call me they told me what the problem was but they were unable to get the part I needed and that I would have to go to the dealership I then asked them would they still be able to repair my vehicle if I was to get the part and drop it off he told me he would have a manager reach out to me another two days went by never received a phone call so I ended up just picking my vehicle up after 3 weeks and 2 days took to another shop and was able to repair my vehicle in 3 days

It's best to get there by 8:00 am to beat the line.I bring all my vehicles here.I haven't had a problem yet.Only one person speaks good English.My go to person was Miguel.He moved to the other shop but come by sometimes to help.Its always good to price compare.

Awesome great service and hospitality. Bathroom was clean as well for customers, you don't see too much of that for a car shop. Great job for having lobby and bathroom clean during my wait time.

I just want to say the price is always good. I don t understand why people complain about what they paid! You didn t have to pay they give you the price before the work. So stop saying you was over charged/ over paid you decided to pay it.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I trust the owner of this place; he's honest, his mechanic's know what their doing, their prices are reasonable and very professional work. And thank for the mechanic who removed my friends plates when she junked and her van, that was towed to an independent company!

Always a great job, never the up sell. Go out of their way to make sure things are done right. Prices are very reasonable for the work they do.

Absolutely terrible service. They charged my dad over 700$ to fix his truck so that he can travel with it to Mexico. They told him everything was going to be fine and it was safe to drive it, but the truck ended up breaking down two times and my dad had to pay another 900$ on top of that. They are scam artists. Be careful.

Used to be a great shop but not sure if they have new management/owner now. They were going to charge me $600 more than what the part I needed cost from the dealer. Can t trust them enough to do business with them anymore.

First time using Mufflers 4 Less and I will most certainly return. Great people, great service, great prices! Took my truck in for brakes and exhaust repair, had it back in about 3 hrs and was VERY reasonable!
