Quick and pleasant service. Left vehicle there before the shop opened, called in about the problem, they took care of it and it was a friendly transaction. They even showed me the old part and the issues. Will come back again.

Shop fit me in despite having a busy schedule. Went out of their way to find that my Interstate battery was still under warranty and got a free replacement for me -- saved me a lot of money. I will continue to patronize Kenney Auto.

They did alot of work to my vehicle. Needless to say they had to take the caliber harness off to get to what they were doing! Well one of their mechanics strip the bottom pen to the caliber harness with their impact. So I called and spoke to them three times and they said no problem to get the pen off. I was doing my brakes and that's how I noticed that they stripped a pen. The left front side. What needless to say they said bring it in we'll take care of it. My wife called me crying told me they charge her $91 to take that caliber pin off. Which was completely bogus. It was their mess up. They scammed us out of $91.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning

Nice little shop went in for a tire they had the size I needed. Had it changed balanced and they kept the old one all for $50. Guys in there seem pretty cool. I'd go here again if I'm in the area. They also do auto repair so maybe I'd check em out.

Had them come out for a tow a few years ago and they were awesome. I just had a small issue the other day with water coming into my car. They fixed me up and were honest and very very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding customer service, quick response and very reasonable pricing..thank you for your quick towing service. And may I add,it was on a sunday! Tom my driver went above and beyond and the care he displayed for my truck was impressive..

Broke down on the highway exit just by this shop. Got the car towed in. Car was looked at promptly and repaired quickly, at a fair price, and with quality. Never pleasant to have a breakdown but these guys make it painless. Prompt, courteous, professional service. Highly recommend.

I was driving down the highway when my front right tire blew out. Thankfully I was right next to an exit and Kennedy Auto Services was only 2 blocks away from the highway. It was pouring and I was 60 miles away from home, and they had just closed. I asked them if they would be willing to stay open a little bit longer just to help me out with my tire, and they agreed and said they would take a quick look at it.They said the tire was beyond any sort of repair by patching and I would need a new one. They didn't have my specific type of tire there but helped me put on my spare so I would at least be able to make it home. The whole thing took only about 10 minutes and cost $15. I was extremely grateful and Luke was very kind and helpful. Strongly recommend.

A week ago Saturday my son had an accident while driving in the storm, (no harm to him) but his car was a different story. Being new to the area and not sure who to call I googled auto repair and there was Kennedy auto repair with 24hour 7 days tow service. Long story short I spoke with a very professional and friendly manager/ owner (I believe) who guided me through the repair process by Wednesday the car was ready for pickup, the price was very reasonable!Here s what impressed me most of all, the level of customer communication throughout the process I received updates from John. Thank you for the 5 star level of service.PJen

It was quite some time ago, but last August I was driving out to college from Massachusetts to Minnesota.My tire pressure light came on and I had no idea what to do.I stopped at this lovely shop and I don t remember the name of the man who helped me but they checked my tires, filled them with air, gave me a manual tire pressure checker and wished me good luck getting out safe.I felt so taken care of and being young I was scared they would take advantage of my lack of knowledge and charge me a ton of money.Not here! They were so kind!I m still thankful to this day!Ps. If you see this: I made it out safely and got new tires!

We got a flat on our road trip and originally went to a local Walmart where we were quoted a three hour wait time. We called Kennedy and they got us in immediately and had the tire changed and others checked in fifteen minutes. They were kind and quick- could not recommend them more.

Called for price of wheel alignment, once there I was told a almost $2,000 quote of repairs need before they would do the alignment! Sound like a scam! Will not return!

If you've got money to blow and love bad customer service then congrats.. you've found the place to donate your hard earned money and valuable time. $90.00 to diagnose a starting problem. $212.00 to fix said problem. But wait.. said problem isn't fixed, and after having the car for several days, the conclusion is "come and get your car, we can't figure out the problem." All this while snickering about your dilemma over the phone, with no solutions BUT to repeatedly offer to sell you their car. Bad customer service. I felt ripped off.

friendly, prompt when not requested to rush..so that's on- time of course.prices are not inflated. Information is clearly repeated and probable outcome is discussed before starting the work.2nd time I brought my old but ruining car. It still deserves good help and skills that vary in different cars. I recommend.

From the very first call to the vehicle dropoff, thid company KNOWS good customer service!! Tom (the tow truck driver) was outstanding and super professional. They have some of the most reasonable prices!! I will always recommend them (specifically Tom)!:)

Terrible experience. I had my 81 corvette towed. Driver called me when he arrived to destination and said I was missing a t top. I was told to called Monday morning as this was a Friday early evening tow.Upon speaking to the manager Phil, I was called a liar and told that this was my fault for not securing my t tops. I assure you they were secured. Be that as it may, the company is responsible for the car from point A to B while car is in their possession. I assume driver does an all points check on car pre-transportation to check for damage and to ensure all is secured. manager would not connect me to the owner and flat out told me no he wasn"t going to bother the owner over something that is clearly not their fault. I was hung up on several times. He told me to hire a lawyer and file a claim.I let a week go by so maybe cooler heads would prevail and I once again contacted the company. I once again was connected to Phil the manager who said " Oh, it's you again" I tried to come to sort of middle ground with the company to which I was told its not going to happen and again was called a liar and told this was my fault. Once again I was rudely hung up on.Thankfully no one was injured as the T top came off during heavy traffic on a major expressway. I'm sure if someone was injured due to an accident from this that the tow truck company would be fighting a law suit. But, since its clearly not their fault and not their responsibility they would come away clean.By far the worst customer relations I have ever encountered and I'm now forced to take to them to court to pay for the T top. I'm quite certain that if I was able to talk to the owner that some agreement could be reached but due to their manager this is not an option.Use them at your own risk and pray no damage happens and you don't have to deal with their manager

If I could give it negative stars I would. Took my car in for no power steering and a blown turn signal. Got a call for estimate and told them after hearing the price to go ahead and do the work but I might need a week to get the money together. Got a call a few days later tje car is done.Was told that they dont understand how I can bring a car in to be worked on if I dont have money to get it fixed. Strike one. Picked car up yesterday. Upon getting the car now my power locks do not work from inside the car. Of course its nothing related to what they did. But they were working fine when i took it in. Guy tells me " well if I stub my toe and my tongue swells up are they related"? Strike two. Very unprofessional would not take another car there for anything not even to put air in tires.DO NOT PATRONIZE this establishment

Ive been coming here since ive been born. I grew up knowing that there was ever only one place to go for any auto need. Ive come as far as schaumburg the Southside and joliet for routine service because i trust them. I grew apart of the family and i can assure you the service is still top notch. Ill never let or have i let anyone else touch my cars or my families in a lifetime.

These guys do a great job and they're very honest. They've taken care of me on many occasions. I take both my Volvo and my Camaro there and they do a good job either way.

Thank you to the Angels at Kennedy Auto! Trying to get home to Canada when the company car started to make an awful noise and vibrate like crazy. Kennedy fit me in just before closing on Friday afternoon, replaced my missing lug nut and fixed up my tire that was apparently coming right off, and got me on my way again. Thank you for your efficient, knowledgeable, and kind service.

I like the fact that they tow for a reasonable price. But over charged me I got a tow and a starter put in they charged me $580 and then lied to me saying I needed a new battery I will never go back there they got over on me Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

The person l dealt with was a nice guy... He told me exactly what was wrong with my truck and was straight forward about what I need to do. Not like some places where they try to take advantage of women to get more money for work they don't need done. I highly recommend this place to everyone...... ESPECIALLY WOMEN
