I just had a strut break on me on 80/94 and limped my way to Cooper's Garage just on a whim to see if it was something they could handle. Miss Kathy at the desk really took care of me and was so super nice and caring, the mechanics were top notch and super friendly as well, and I went from total catastrophe to a perfectly repaired vehicle in just a couple hours! Absolute life savers, thanks so much to all you and I can't recommend Cooper's Garage enough.

Bunch of con people. I took my car three days ago and they quoted around 1200$ for fixing my car. They acted as if they are giving me a huge discount and made me believe that i had damaged my car pretty badly and needs to change parts. The lady at the front desk thinks that she can trick anyone. I would not go to this place no matter what. I got my car repaired for 67$ at tuffys .

Over the years, I ve entrusted my cars to Cooper s Garage. Kathy and the team consistently provide honest service with fair pricing. Their accommodating approach makes them highly recommendable. I'll definitely be back!

Stopped by to get help popping my hood and the nice mechanic there helped me get the antifreeze in as well. I got an awesome quote on the repair of my window motor too! Definitely recommend!

They re amazing when it comes to getting things fixed. Great customer service! Especially they re very understanding & helpful in explaining things to you in detail. Also they have really great prices. Overall they re very affordable, friendly, and quick in getting their job done. I really recommend people to come here.

These guys are GREAT ! I took my van here due to an emissions failed test . Another mechanic told me my van was too old and they couldn't gets parts so they'd give me $200 for it and take a kiss . I knew this wasn't true so I found Cooper's because it's close to me and if take my chance . Good thing I did . They really know how to treat their customers, get the job done . Very kind and courteous, and Cathy(Kathy) is so friendly with a but if humid . I've found my new mechanic . THANKS

There is no end to the amount of positive things I have to say about Cooper's garage. Kathy/Cathy is the best, and just standing in there shooting the stuff with her is highly enjoyable, the mechanics are helpful and really nice in explaining things to let you know what's going on with your vehicle. Their prices are decent and I believe unbeatable. I don't care to find someone that has a better price because their prices are affordable and the service is more than worth it. They are honest and nice. I am very grateful to have found our new lifelong mechanics now here in our new home state of Indiana.

Kathy is sweet she once have me money to buy lunch while they were working on my car. I ve been a customer for over 10 years. With my long experience of car troubles and being ripped off. I found a place I can truly trust. Never ever would I not trust them with any job. Kathy comes in with a smile on her face every morning (yes I ve been there quit frequently lately) my car is old. Kathy & the service guys are the best!

Wow, these guys were great. I was driving through Indiana and my car lost power. I had to be towed here and they got me right in. Kathy was super nice and they talked me through the situation so I could understand what needed to be done. I feel very well taken care of!

I took my car here for a bad exhaust leak that I had and the staff and mechanics were very nice and helpful. They showed me exactly where the leak was, what they were going to do to fix it, and charged me a more than fair price. Way lower than what I thought I was going to have to pay. Not to mention that they were very quick. I got my car back in less than an hour. This place is great and I will absolutely be a returning customer if I ever need anymore work doneService: Exhaust

Overall would not recommend if you need extensive work done. They will tell you to leave your car for days on end and never get to it and when they finally call it fixed you have more wrong with it. Front desk lady does not like to handle complaints so she will pass you off to a mechanic in the back. I personally think no one working in the cars are licensed.

I have been here for my car numerous times. I love Cooper s Garage more than any other car shop. The staff here is awesome. Cathy is always ready to help with warranties and is just wonderful. Caeser makes sure the work is perfect and kept communication with me even with their wifi down. I am never over charged and get my car back rather quickly. I went to Cooper s garage over a week ago. I did not write a review yet because my phone was broken but I couldn t wait to write my review. I had the best experience with Kathy. She s a real caring person with the extended warranty. It took a while for them to approve the estimate but they did. She stayed on top of them and they fix my car. I would Not Recommend this auto repair shop they kept my Classic Car in there shop for over a month and never finished fixing my air conditioner and Scratched the pristine paint on the car, and blamed it on me, I am reporting them to the better business bureau and will follow up with having my attorney send them the bill for Paint repair..!

I am new to Hammond, and after having a bad experience somewhere else, I was beyond happy with the amazing service I got from Cooper's!! They got me in right away and had all my problems diagnosed within 10 minutes, and were even willing to get it done for me that day even though it was only a few hours until closing....I came back the next day and they had me in and out so quick! I will always go back to Cooper's for my future car needs from here on out!!!! Highly recommended

Went to Cooper's Garage today for an emergency issue with my car, just hoping not to be without a car for long and to have everything taken care of. The mechanics really knew what they were doing. They did their work fast, and they had me back in my own car in about 2 hours, all while fixing 3 things. I was so happy with the work and the speed. I was also taken aback by how amazing the customer service was. I will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you so much, guys!

Cooper's garage service has went from kind of okay to worse I'm not sure what is going on with them but I tried to get him a chance on several occasions as I would anybody.I have a few vehicles that I have taken to them trying to give them a chance and my vehicle sit for 3 to 4 days before they even had a chance to look at it or so call look at it for which they didn't because I drove past there quite a few times in my vehicle was still sitting outside untouched not even a dust moved off the window. I stopped up there in the shop and I see the same car sitting there over and over and over I think all they're looking for is quick jobs like brakes or changes and maybe light bulbs but as far as mechanical work like transmission, differential, universal joints and anything major problems or fuel problems it's best to take it to somebody else.I know they probably going to give a generic reply back saying that they apologize for the inconvenience and if there's anything they can do to help, but that doesn't help when my vehicle's been sitting and I can't use it while time is steady passing by. the only way they can actually help is to improve service get vehicles in like they say they're supposed to and check them out either the same day or the next day not 3 to 4 days later and then still don't check it out and say they did.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

If I could give Cooper s garage more than 5 stars I would. It is hard to find a trustworthy auto shop, yet they are flawless in every aspect. Each time I have taken my car here they are kind, understanding, fast, and get down to every detail to help you be safe on the road. They truly do work with you to make sure you know how your car will be fixed, expected times, and everything else. They have wonderful communication and fast, but thorough service. They also do not overcharge like other auto shops. Between Katerina, Caeser, and the rest of the staff I am grateful there is such a perfect gem in Hammond to take my car and other cars for future service needs.Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Auto exhaust system replacement, Brakes

They took care of me well. Amazing with their timing and their care.Kathy was amazing, very patience and sweet! I didn't get the name of the Mechanic but he really went out of his way to help my family get back to our normal routines.I definitely will come back this way! You need somebody trustworthy and somebody that willing to fix it instead of waiting days, come here!

This place is over packed and they do sloppy work. My car set for almost a week before the receptionist had time to contact the warranty company, the receptionist Kathy is incompetent, the information she needed from the warranty company was already written on my intake form and she just didn't read it, she started ignoring my calls forcing me to drive up their daily to ensure the process was completed, when I got my car back, I had lights on that was not previously their and my AC was no longer working, I would not recommend this place to anybody.Services: Transmission, Exhaust

Amazing Service! We had a brake issue whilst driving from Chicago to Philadelphia. They very kindly fit us in on the spot, late in the afternoon and did the work while we waited.
