So happy with the work done on my car! It was finished early which was great. I also received updates on the repair. Patrick the advisor was great explained everything very well and Cindy at the desk was very friendly and helpful. My car was also cleaned when it was finished which I really appreciate. Thanks again for a great job! Will definitely recommend

C.D.E was such a great experience. The time I dropped off my vehicle until the time I picked it up, everyone was communicative and courtesy. I will always recommend a place with such professionalism to anyone. Thank you to Patrick for answering all questions and working around a busy schedule.

Just dropped off my car today. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and pleasant. Very nice, comfortable, cozy, clean body shop. I felt like taking a nap by the fireplace and snuggling up with a blanket. I felt like my car was in good hands. But we will see when I get my rise back.

Very thorough in the explanation department for anyone like me in a first time accident and getting body work done. They helped me get all set up with my rental and even sent it back for me at the end of it all so I didn t have to return it myself! 10/10 recommend C.D.E. in Hammond, IN for any of your car repair needs. :) my whole process between State Farm insurance and C.D.E. only took 2 weeks. That s from accident, filing my claim, setting up an estimate and drop off appointment, and then getting my baby back. I couldn t be happier considering events that led to now lol. Thank you too all that helped get our car looking brand new, we greatly appreciate it!

They did a wonderful job on my car and went above and beyond to make sure I was in good standing. My only issue was how long it took to get my car back but otherwise I am happy with the service I recieved

I took my car in here about 2 months ago and the repair was done properly and efficiently, BUT one of the mechanics did indeed steal my spare tire out of my trunk, because I ve only ever brought my car to this place to get repairs and all of a sudden my tire is gone

I super picky about my car. So I had just very minor work done to it. I just some of my interior trimmings fixed, a hinge on my door replaced, and the panel on the back passenger side fixed. Great work!! Quick repairs and the staff are great super friendly and very professional!!! And honest!!!! paid out of pocket and the pricing was reasonable. The icing on the cake is there work is 100% guaranteed for as long as you have your car no that's great customer service!!!! Wouldn't you say!!!!Thank you! Replaced and painted drivers door. And nick on passenger door. Painted to match. Cleaned car so it looked new. I spoke mostly with Eric and Cindy, they made the whole experience easy. I went to CDE because I needed my car repaired after an accident. They were preferred by my insurance. I have used them in the past also. They were excellent start to finish! Brought my SUV to this facility to repair damage done to the rear bumper, tail light and lift. From start to finish I was very pleased with this facility. I felt the vehicle was in good hands. Everyone was very professional and the handling from start to finish is very organized. I am very pleased with the work done and very appreciative of their efforts. It is by far excellent work, I couldn't ask for better service. Everyone I met with did whatever was needed to complete the work. Recently, I visited CDE Collision Center in Hammond to have my side view mirrors repaired. This is my second time having my car repaired at this center. The facility is very clean and modern. Cindy (front end manager---I hope I'm remembering her name correctly) welcomes you to the facility and is always so pleasant and professional. She's very knowledgeable about the repair process. Eric Frederick (estimator) and Phil Brabec (manager) were also pleasant and professional. They fully answered all questions I had and kept me up to date regarding the status of the repairs to my vehicle. I felt like my car was in very good hands. It took a couple of days to complete the repairs, and they were done to my satisfaction. CDE even cleaned my car inside and out! They returned my car to me in better condition than when I gave it to them! Excellent work! Excellent service! I'll definitely recommend CDE Collision Center-Hammond, and will not hesitate to use them for future car repairs.
