I was greeted immediately upon my entrance into this store. The staff was exceptionally helpful, made suggestions and answered all my questions. Melissa, changed my headlight, Tyler cleaned my battery contacts, Brian, Victoria were very friendly and professional. I will continue to shop here for ALL of my automotive needs. This team has done your company proud. 5 star service.

The employees here are very helpful & knowledgeable. My windshield wipers were past through, the weather was very bad the night of my visit (heavy fog, darkness & rain) so my anxiety was already high. Edward was very kind with recommending the right ones along with replacing them, & the fluid. Got home safely. Always a plus when there s great customer service. Like they don t HAVE to take the extra step but they do. The willingness is much appreciated. Thanks again

Had my battery go bad. I ordered a battery to be delivered to my house because I had no way to jump start it to get to the store, and they delivered it in a timely fashion. By the time I got home from work I actually had somebody to jump start the car and I was able to take the battery back over so that they could install it. It was freezing cold temperatures in my battery was very difficult to install but the poor kid who did it was such a trooper! Kudos to autozone, you will get all of my business because twice you have helped me out with this battery situation in the last 6 years. Thank you so much for being there when I needed you!!

Great great customer Service even when they didn t have to but they took the time out to help me out with what I needed help with which was a brake line but all in all, he did a fantastic job no matter what it took great customer service always terry/edward and I wanted to add one last comment about one of the best managers that a store like Columbia Avenue has she is excellent. She has great customer service every day no matter what the day brings her. She always keep a smile on her face no matter what she always puts the customers number one at all times. And she will not let the customer leave out the door, unless they are 100% satisfied, and she will make sure they are well taken care of, and make sure any parts anything inside Autozone that they needed or missed she will make sure that they have it, and that they are taken care of and at the same time keep a smile on her face she loves taking care of customers at any means necessary, and she does great work every day all day no matter what Manager Melissa

Tyler is the Man!!!This guy can tell but looking at and tell the Difference between low beam bulbs and High Beam Bulbs.He Solved my Head Light Issue and now I'm Driving Legal because of him..... I Almost Spliced my headlight Socket for A New One when I never needed to...Thank You Tyler!!!!!!!!!!!!

They help take the guess work out of any repairs. I was glad to go there and have a diagnosis done. Not only did they help find the problem. But, the tech gave me pointers and tips on how to fix it. Thanks guys.

Not good when neither the representative nor manager know their promotions. Leadership should educate staff on law for use of restrooms by customers; the next person with a medical condition will be getting paid to be an AutoZone customer

Had an ongoing issue with Dolton store manager claims unaware of how to handle the issue but also not doing much to get help, which tells me manager should Not be your title. Sp/w Melissa on Columbia and right away she went into action providing assistance and educating me how to handle the situation She sp/w Tyler another manager in the store and those 2 offered above and beyond customer service. Melissa and Tyler ARE THE BEST. Thank You So much for ALL you've done. 2 managers who care about the customer and Provides EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Absolutely legendary staff here. I was having car issues and they not only got me the right stuff but helped me out in the parking lot until near store closing. I don t know if Autozone Corporate is listening but these folks deserve a raise or something. They went way beyond their job description to help me get on the road again.

I would give 0 stars if I could I ve been shopping at auto for over 10+ years and never have I had issues like I ve had at this store I purchased 2 hub bearings October of 2022 just to come back and find out only one was put in the system under warranty on top of that after asking about why it was only one in the system and trying to get a replacement for the one that was in the system I was interrogated and accused of trying to scam the store after I was already being ripped off for 130 bucks the manager looked me in the face and told me that wasn t there product even tho the purchase was in the system and I had to go take the other one off my truck and prove it because the stamp was worn off even tho it had been over the winter an months later so I had no choice after debating over 40 minutes that this was very wrong and disappointing after spending thousands with this company i was treated like a criminal and it seemed to be a joke to all the employees I m still till this day trying to get to the bottom of this I ve been ripped off with no explanation I would suggest anyone shopping at this location double check everything and get and emailed receipt which i failed to do at that moment horrible experience

I'm so fed up with Auto Zone parts. As soon as the warranty expires the part goes bad. In two years I've had to buy 3 different batteries. I'm on my second hub bearing in two years. Your "best" brake pads and rotors have gone bad in 2 years. Auto Zone use to be quality. Now it's absolute garbage. I'm done shopping there.

Despite how busy the store was, Terry K not only Diagnosed my battery issue, but recommended the correct battery AND installed it for me! He got me back on the road very quickly! Very pleased with the customer service. Highly recommend!

Wow this place I never stop here now I'm reminded why. Didn't have what needed . So I buy a Hotwheel the sign says clearly 1.99$ she rings it up 3.29$ what ? It says 1.99 o must be a price markup . That's not how it works not worth my time to argue with her . Don't go here ever.

This is my location to go to!!! They are alway on point when I need my parts, ready to help when you reach the door!Their Manager Kendrick, was very helpful as well! I recently locked my keys on my seat and went in to get help and he instantly took the time to help me get into my vehicle, it was a bit of a challenge but he stayed until we figured it out! I wouldn t choose another store in my area as long as this one is close by! Thanks Kendrick and staff at the corner of Columbia Ave.
