Paul was friendly and kind and beat other places prices even w a tow . I was not happy when I called in though at 8 and requested a tow and the tow guy got side tracked getting gad and talking to people and didn't get to my house until noon. This fix enabled me to trade in my vehicle after realizing it was time w my 2009 van w a move in my future. I love his vintage collection.

Always Fair maybe not the cheapest but honest! They're not going to charge you extra and they're going to give it the best shot they got at a fair price. Great mechanics specifically with electronics.

Amazing shop. I have an 5.3 motor and they have made my struggle with my SS so much easier. Paul and the guys will give their honest opinion about the diagnostics and repair so you won t have any wasted efforts to save your vehicles. Pricing is VERY fair. Had my Impala since 2009 and wouldn t take her anywhere else.

This place does excellent work. Paul and his staff are amazing. Fair prices. Trust worthy. No monkey business. I love the fact that Paul explains everything that needs to be done beforehand. There are no surprises. The only mechanic I use.

I've been going to Paul for years. My ex even took his Blazer and Taurus there. I took my Cavalier and daughters Cruz too. I took my Terrain for an oil change and also asked to have my turn signal bulb replaced and even brought the bulb. Paul has done it before. It takes 5 minutes. After the oil change was done, he tells me that I have to bring my Terran back for 3 to 4 hours and it's going to cost $100.00 , to change the bulb because they have to take the grill off!! What???? He lost a loyal customer!!! gThTdating c

Paul tried to charm you and he seem genuine and nice but it s all deceptive !! the price for the parts is the same as the labor. He charges new parts prices for parts he took off the junkyard and he only fixes what would make your car road worthy but also makes sure that your able to keep coming to him for more business. He overcharges, doesn t fix all issues, gets his auto parts from junk yards that you would soon have to replace . I paid over $4k for Paul to fix my car and yet it still have the same issues , chase bank has refunded me because Paul and his mechanics are SCAMMERS!!!Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Auto water leak repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Auto A/C replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation, Battery, Oil change

Been coming here for over 9 years. Paul and his guys are staples in the community and they actually care about their customers. These days they even do their best to keep the prices manageable but the value is even better. Awesome!!!

Old drunk guy who works in the front straight up lied to me. I had a sticky caliper and he told me that it had been soaking in cleaner for 2 hours and needed to be replaced. Then he called an hour later asking where my lug key was. How did he soak my calipers in cleaner while they were still on my car?

Had a coolant leak brought my car hear... this is my new shop.. his name escapes me but the old man that took care of me was awesome.. I had an idea of where the leak was but he found the source right next to my assumption.. then he found existing issue with my AC. So I had him fix that too all for less than I would of ever expected..I will return for suspension work in the near future. Thank you guys!

Fantastic place. Honest, fair prices & good, on time work. Paul the service manger is a nice & knowledgeable person who can get you in for service when needed & sets appointments which is rare anymore. They know what they're doing & I've never had to complain or come back the many times I've gone there over 35 years. They do a correct, complete job & saved me alot of money over the years compared to estimates I've received at other places that were gonna charge for work I didn't even need. Won't even bother to go anywhere else anymore cause they're the best I've found. Try them out. I highly recommend them!!!

This repair shop is one of the best I have ever done business with. They are punctual, reasonably priced, and highly thorough with repairs and recommendations. I won't go anywhere else. Definitely great and dependable service !!!

Great service and good prices. My experience with them goes back about eight years with multiple cars. The folks here are honest and trustworthy. It helps to call the shop first if possible so they can work you into their schedule otherwise you may have a longer wait. Sometimes they can offer you a ride home and later pick you up when they are done. I do recommend when visiting any mechanic to get a written estimate before the work begins for any major work which they will gladly provide.

Had several vehicles (beaters) worked on here over the last 10 years. They took care of all the stuff I was to lazy to do myself. Good work for a fair price. They keep cost to a minimum. I recommend them for all general mechanical work.

I had both visited and called up a different local car repair shop to get quoted for my repairs. They took down my phone number and even after pestering them 3 times, they never got back to me with a quote. However, Paul from Auto Masters not only gave me a reasonable price, but also quoted me then and there, over the phone. They were also able to find quality replacement parts to get my vehicle repaired promptly. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I will definitely be going back here for any further car issues I may have in the future. Great job, guys!

Our car broke down on our way from Green Bay, WI to Detroit, MI. Called Paul at Auto Masters and he was able to get us in right away. Paul and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem right away and got us back on the road quickly and at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Paul and his crew are top notch, old school, and very knowledgeable. Honest prices and service. So happy I found them. Oil change can take longer than the express chain stations, but all other car maintenance I only trust Automasters.

These guys really saved me. I was on a 3000 mile road trip and a vibration that was supposed to be fixed on my car before I left had taken a turn for the worse. I called a ton of auto shops in town and Auto Masters was the only one who sensed my desperation and could get me in that day. First of all, their waiting area was great which is nice if you re from out of town with no one to call and nowhere to go. Second of all, they had me drive the car with a mechanic in the passenger seat so I could identify precise issues I was having, and they also walked me through every single step of what was happening before starting to fix anything. Third, they had me back on the road within a couple hours in a SAFE vehicle, and the price was reasonable. I wish they were located in my area. I can t recommend them enough.

This place is great. The guy that runs the shop in the front is probably one of the honest business man I ve met. I m not sure if he s the owner but he is the man. The phone manners are great, they have great mechanics that are detailed oriented and do not cut corners. A great waiting area with the homiest feeling I ve ever got for a shop.

It was a pleasure meeting with Paul and doing business with his crew these guys are awesome mechanics. I have brought my car in to get the upper and lower intake repaired Paul prices are so economical I had enough money in my budget to do further worked that my car needed.Looking forward to having these guys work on my classic 1970 Cadillac Coupe DeVille which is my baby this summer. The first time I used auto masters was to change my timing belt and water pump- and was impressed with the service.Recently, My clutch went out on my old Honda Accord, and auto masters was there to help again. Although I priced clutch replacements all over Chicago Land, no other business could beat the price, the warranty, or turnaround time compared to Auto Masters. Not only that they give a 10% discount to any work over $299. I am a proud repeat customer and endorse their work.

Tried to take advantage of me over quoted the price of my repair by $1800. If doing business with these crooks check the prices of the parts yourself and ask how much they're charging for labor. The tow is overpriced as well. Shop around unless you have money to throw away.
