We were towed here after shredding a tire on 94. Everybody was super friendly, including the super pretty puppy in her adorable snowman sweater. Offered snack size chips to my daughter and I while we waited, since it was during lunch time; that was very kind! The tire was reasonably priced. Overall a good enough experience, given why we were there. Thank you again for taking care of us ladies!

I ve been coming to this Place for About 3-4 Years Now Wow How Time Flies When You ve Got a Good MASTER MECHANIC!! EPIC SERVICE that Is Friendly and Kind To Your Wallet and Bank Account and OMG, Honest Service, EXCELLENCE!! They always have lots of Customers, but if you re a Little Patient It s Worth EVERY Minute You May have to Wait!!Alan & Tracy are Simply AMAZING!

Needed a tow through AAA, they showed up right when they said and were very nice. Gave us some good food recommendations near where we were dropped off at too. Would use their towing service again 100%

Alamo is ALWAYS a great place to get your vehicle serviced. They are honest, friendly and make sure you don't pay more than you should!! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else but Alamo!!

They helped us as we were traveling on the interstate and blew a radiator hose. Very happy with their quick service that allowed us to get on our way.

I was so happy with their service, they explained everything to me & most of all they were very polite & made me feel I was so welcomed to be at their garage. Alamo is my new place to get my car serviced. They are dedicated & warm & friendly. Ty, too you & to all your hard workers. I've had some bad experiences at a garage for years & your place is a breathe of fresh air.

Had to get my buddies truck towed got it to my house thin the guy tried to put his truck all in the mud and brush this when he tried to move his truck he backed into my parked truck and put a hold in the fender and thin backed into the whole front end of my buddies truck bent his bumper in to almost to the tire broke his grill and everything

My sons Ford Escape broke down. AAA towing referred me to Alamo. I was happy to read the positive reviews, and agreed to give Alamo a try. Next day Alan called me with the diagnosis of a broken differential and could replace the transmission and differential with a used unit from a recycling yard. Alan said it would be around $2000. It sounded like a good deal because of the 90 day warranty. When we picked up our car the bill was only $1600. We couldn t be happier. Fast forward 86 days .the transmission broke! Alan honored the warranty and rebuilt the transmission. No charge. I will not be going anywhere else for my repairs. Its hard to trust people. Thanks Alan!

EVERYONE I dealt with at Alamo were amazing, especially the driver! They were so polite and helpful.They arrived within 15 minutes of me calling. Very accommodating. I would absolutelyrecommend this tow truck company to anyone needing a tow.

I had car engine troubles while on a Christmas Eve road trip and needed a tow. Triple A linked me up with Alamo and I couldn t be happier with the service. Since we came to Indiana, we have taken our cars there and they have always been so nice and helpful. If you want honest people to work on your car take it to "Alamo" they are wonderful. What an extraordinary family owned business! Within one hour of me calling AAA Roadside Assistance, Alan (the owner) towed my car, told me what was wrong with it and had one of his employees drop me off at Enterprise so I could pick up my rental. They do exemplary work in a timely manner at a fair price. Top notch staff and fantastic experience from beginning to end.

This is a great place if you need towing services or your car is out of warranty and needs repair. Prices always seem fair as well as reasonable advice on what you may or may not need to do for your car. The owner always seems a bit grumpy but he takes care of his customers and does not overcharge.

Great car repair! Had alternator trouble,after putting in roadside assistance with aaa. These guys rolled in with a rollback in about half hr. Took me along to there shop, immediately diagnosed the issue and I was on the road in 45 min!! These know how to get the job done fast!!

1st time visit to Alamo and from the tow technician to the office staff their service was excellent. Yes, they fixed the problem quickly & the cost was reasonable but the best part was they hung out after official hours so we could pick up our vehicle. We'll definitely be returning for additional service. Thanks y'all!

Alan always seems to find a way to fit my repairs in, gets a tow truck out fast when I have been stranded. Always calls to notify me if the repair uncovers other problems. His wife is so friendly and accommodating too. The Hertz family has always known how to keep customers loyal.

Went in on 12/28/21 (today) for auto service. The mechanic was not polite from the beginning! He responded with so much abruption, and with an irritated tone. While speaking, he kept responding "nope! Nope! Not gonna happen!". I dont know why after speaking to him over the phone that (with the same demeanor) that this interaction would be any different. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he treats everyone this way... regardless, a customer should never have this negative experience. I certainly took my money somewhere else!

Alamo is the absolute best place to go for honest, quick repair of any kind -if you are looking for a great, local, reasonable shop check them out! My family has been coming here for over 20 years before I started going for myself (now a customer for 14 years myself). They always do a great job and they always are courteous, affordable, and honest. I will be sad if they ever close one day!

Fair....quick...job done right...fun ppl to be around...& cute dog to greet cha...what else would anyone want ? Today was my first time doing business with Alamo & now -- I'm hooked -- not going anywhere else from this day forward !! (Even their tow guy Josh, who referred me, was amazing) Very special place !!

Got my truck stuck in this crazy snowstorm, their tow truck got me out without issue. Driver was friendly professional and his great attitude actually made the whole ordeal a lot less stressful. Thanks for getting me unstuck!

The starter on my 08 Element went out and Alamo was out to my car in less than 10min! The driver was very friendly and helpful, would use again in a heartbeat!

Had a valve burst on a 400 mile trip. Alamo responded to our AAA request. We had the spare on, valve replaced, and the fixed tire on in 30 minutes. A great experience and highly recommended.
