Went to Al's tire shop to get a used 205/65 R15 tire for a 2003 Toyota Camry. Talked to him on the phone first. He told me it was in stocks. Got in the shop and Al Jr. Was real friendly and professional. When his team member installed the tire he used a torque wrench on the Lug nuts. That's when I knew they were the truth. Great Job. Great prices. I will be back.

Here now getting tire and balance for my buick. Great place great work. I have been coming here for years. Get there they are awesome. And if they can't do the work, they know where to send you, now that is a confident, strong good shop

They charged me $25 for a $7 tire patch, and I m sure it s because I m a woman. 2 days later and tire light still on on the dash smh

This was the quickest yet most reliable service I ve ever had. My tires were delivered rather quickly and the installation took no time at all. They are very generous and well communicative when it comes to their customers. I def will be going back for more services!

Great service! Very helpful and professional. I rolled in on a donut on my back rear tire after a complete blow out on I-90. Needed to get new tires to get me back to Indy. They took care of me in no time and I was able to get a nearly-new used set of 4 installed for a good price and was back on the road in less than 2 hours. Great work! Thank you!

If I could give O stars I would....I came here to got my exhaust repaired because it had fallen off. I've been very patient, transparent, and honest with not only Acima but as well as Al's tire shop.The flex pipe was never replaced. They kept trying to weld & keep it together THREE TIMES. not only did they not do their jobs right but, they cost me $640 in damage.I had to get a new converter, hanger, etc because the damage of the welding that they tried to do. When I took it to them the 3rd time after it had fell off they had told me "You will need to come out of pocket to get it fixed" now listen. Al's tire shop didn't do their job in the beginning. Which caused the hangers and everything under to fall apart. I paid you guys well over $2,000 to get my car fixed the right way. Now I have to come out of pocket because Al's tire shop didn't do their job right. I had to go somewhere else for professional work, because I have a life and responsibilities to attend. I didn't want a unprofessional shop who already messed up my car for the THIRD TIME fix my car. I have kids and a good job that I need to attend to. I have responsibilities and my time is more valuable than anything. Not only for that, but I paid Al's tire shop to do what you where suppose to do in the first place. They completely ignored the first steps that it took to fix it the problem and tried to put a bandage on it to make more money. Like I said I know it's not Acimas fault for work that they did, but I am upset that no action is taken towards this. action is taken towards this. I've been very reasonably and patient with you guys. This is really a very big inconvenience to my life & I tried to work it through, but at this point it's really affecting my daily life. I'm trying to be honest and transparent with you all. It seems like I am getting nowhere with anything & I can't continue to do this. I'm giving you guys the opportunity to make things right

Got a flat on a cross country road trip and happened to be right by Al s tire shop. He greeted us with a smile. Took a look at our tire and recommended putting a new one on. Gave us a new tire for a great price and we were in and out in 30 minutes. Great shop!

At Al's you'll be treated to professional and courteous service provided in a timely manner. We ordered our tires Saturday afternoon he had them on her car by Monday afternoon. They have a fair price and deliver quality tires and rims. We've been going to them for over 20 years wouldn't go anywhere else for our tires.

Excellent service!!!! I took my care in for an alignment and they did full inspection on everything and let me know if they were other problems wrong with my car, gave me reasonable deals, AND service did not take long at all! Also very friendly employees and great communication! Will highly recommend!!!

This place is THE best!! The owner is awesome, knowledgeable and very accommodating. His staff is friendly and do good work. I'm very picky where I go and I wouldn't take my truck anywhere else! If I could give 10 stars I would.

Great service, tires, and people. I ve been getting my tires with AL for a decade and now that he upgraded his services I get all my work done here and I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend this place to everybody.

I ve know Big Al, and Al JR for a very long time. Both are very knowledgeable and they actually care for their customers! Very affordable as well. Hands down one of the best spots to shop at in NWI! Keep up the good work guys!

The owner was very helpful and the prices are reasonable. He removed the nail from my tire, sealed and patches it. Looks brand new.

Junior was absolutely amazing in assisting with all of my vehicle needs. He actually went above and beyond to help me get my car back to me . I have never encountered such an incredible, honest, kind, mechanic shop. I personally highly recommend this place to everyone!

I got a flat tire late in the afternoon on a Friday and didn t have a spare. Byron took care of everything and we were on our way quickly. Great service and great value. Highly recommend

Best auto shop experience we've ever had! At 2:00 a.m. we got a flat tire and parked it out front at Al's and called at 8:00 a.m. and they were done repairing two of our tires by 9:30! They were helpful, professional and did exactly what we asked. Nothing more nothing less! We were in and out and back on the road. Thanks so much for being amazing!

Rating Al's Tire is more than 5 stars. 10 is more like it. I've been there for my tires. This past week, I had them look at a radiator problem. The resivour had a crack so a new one was ordered. Next appointment was made the next week which was on my milestone birthday. Arrived for my appointment and they started playing Happy Birthday music! That sure made my day. Not only did they do the radiator repair but also finished replacing my inside door handles which I started. Service industry needs to return to this kind of professional, caring, listening to the customer, reasonabled priced kind of service. Thanks to Jr and everybody! You have all my future business because it will be done right and to my satisfaction.

Have taken my car 3 times to get an alignment and every time it is a different story with the workers when Junior isn t around.Excuses from workers: Too many cars ahead (while appointments were made in advance) or we don t have the parts to do a wheel alignment while Junior says otherwise.If they can improve on that segment of the shop, rating will be better

Very, very helpful. Felt confident when we left Al's.My colleague and I were driving a very long distance, to a conference.We had a tire, blow out on the turnpike, less than half a mile from the border, from Indiana, entering into Illinois. Al's was great. We were stressed from the long drive and exponentially even more stressed, after the LONG, wait for AAA. But, while waiting for our new tires, as we didn't have a scheduled appointment...obviously. We chit chatted with people in the waiting room. They had been coming to Al's place nearly 20 years, always pleased, never a problem. It was nice to hear the conversation between Al and this customers..as they asked Al when his son was getting married. Al proudly answered...next week! It was nice to see a locally owned, trusted, successful business!!Tires are great, in NO WAY did I feel taken advantage of, and all of the tire sensors worked perfectly.

I've known this guy for over 20 years, he is a great guy. Always does an excellent job & very good prices. Goes the extra mile every time. Would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to get a tire fixed or even for new tires. Yes he does sell brand new tires. AAA+++ I'd give him more stars if I could.

Came in at 8:15 had no clue what was causing small leak. Was greeted and treated with the upmost respect was out of the shop at 8:30 very reasonable prices and they value your time to get you seen and cared for.

Some of the best and honest mechanics around!! Why go to an untrustworthy mechanic when you have these guys! Best around east side/Indiana
