I've never had any problems with the service. Everything is explained to me verbally as well as in writing. Since I live close by, the service is quick, efficient, and a smile is always given. Also, prices are fair. I can't recommend it anymore highly!

I go to USA Mufflers for everything! Mark is such a nice guy. The mechanics are trained and know what they are doing. They provide A1 customer service. When I had a trip to take at short notice Mark was able to get my vehicle serviced and I was in and out. I recommend this shop to everyone I know. Good honest people that actually care about the longevity of your vehicle! Also, the pricing is reasonable .

I had a great experience on 10-16 I came in to get my exhaust, looked at and they were able to service me the same day quickly. The front desk gentleman was extremely nice and very helpful. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my car. He did not make me feel rushed to get anything done and explained how we could fix my car in stages. The service was fairly priced as well. My car is now running smooth. Again I m very happy with my service and will choose them for future work.

This place is good for mufflers or brakes. For any other reason, stay away. They changed an alternator twice in 6 months. Some go bad that s fair but they don t have any software to show that I was there to cover the warranty!? They stuck me with full part and labor cost again. Car wasn t starting right. So troubleshooting the correct repairs is proper procedure. But they did everything( new AC compressor, new starter, new belt) but address the cheapest and most economical part, the battery. $3000 later they still didn t figure it out. I had to take it to another shop that figured it out by checking the battery first. Nice manager, but not economically ethical. I m all about capitalism and making a profit. But just play fair.

Very trustworthy place to take your vehicle. Very hard to find honest mechanics but the manager, Mark, is a nice guy and told me I needed lug nuts and instead of paying their price.. buy them cheaper online and he'll put them on. Highly recommend!

Mark the manger is awesome. Always top quality work. Reasonable prices and they give repair options. Had a bad corroded wire for the turn signal and they found a bunch of corroded wires in the process and offered a good price to replace all the bad wires. I highly recommend them at the Griffith location.

Me and my dad have been taking are vehicles here since about 2020 and they have always done us right we love USA muffler and mark at the front desk never fails to brighten our day whenever we visit. They just done some work on my ford crown Victoria and I m very happy to be able to drive my baby again.

Went to them for a round of breaks, ever since there s a rubbing noise coming from the rear,We took the car back and he duped us into rear shocks which never fixed the noise..$400 waisted then he argued with us telling us the car is old and needs all this work Sorry I ll go to Midas

Mark at USA and the team is awesome. Had quite a bit of work done on Thursday, 9/14/23 after having my car towed in. Most importantly the price was lower than expected. They even did a few things that wasn t originally requested at no extra charge. I am very pleased with the service received.

Their should be zero rating for this shop. Stay away do not STOP . Mark is looking to get money from warranties companies. Vehicle still have red light on.

Do not go here it's unprofessional,over charging,they broke my window and said i brought it in like that,i spent 4600 but I'm driving around without a window that cost 100 bucks, people go to another place these guys are a scam, and now this dude is making up stuff,i had never been to his shop,if anybody believes this guy about I'm trying to get a Free window go get yourself check out

Amazing and fast service. Walked in for a loud exhaust issue being the resonator and flex pipe and they had me out in 45 minutes or less. Fair prices and quality work. Highly recommend!

Mike is a great guy and had my car done the next day once I dropped it off. He was able to give me places that I could go when I go back to school should anything happen to my car. My father and me took my vehicle to USA Muffler and Brakes in Griffith Indiana.The owner there is so sweet and kind. I had to have my brake lines replaced. He made sure before I left the premises that my truck was running smoothly and safely. He even gave us some nice giveaway bags. My mother and I were on our way from Kansas to Michigan when our Ford Edge s brakes went out. We were able to get an appointment last minute with turnaround in less than two hours. It was the best case scenario in a bad situation and we were very lucky and thankful to walk into USA muffler & brakes (thanks to the recommendation of an Autozone employee) !Service: Brakes

I will NEVER come back again! After spending so much money on my car, they still didn't fix my car right. A car that I just fixed yesterday is still having the same problem I just paid so much money on to fix. I wish I could give them zero start!

2012 civic needed new brakes and calipers whole thing was gonna be 1200. Mark worked it out so we could do the back axle for 610 and come back and do the others later. Dude is great: super knowledgeable and friendly. This is our new preferred mechanic.Get there at 7:30 and pack a lunch though. The staff is awesome and they know what they are doing. USA muffler fixed my transmission and so far I have no complaints. They are awesome and fast they try to get your vehicle back to u as fast as they can. All around I had a great first time experience. I definitely will go back for any other issues I might have on my car. I recommend USA muffler and brakes to anyone that has issues on their car. They rock.
