I usually go to the dealership and have them check everything, but I was being lazy and waited to long, so on my way home from work I stopped here. My coworker told me that they are great. Well, she was right! Service was quick (15 minutes), they were attentive and the price was decent. They had 3 options and I was appreciative! I d highly recommend them if you need an oil change on the fly.

I do not like the new policy of having to leave my car for the service. And the pricing does not match what the signs say nor do employees tell you about the more than 10 price difference for an oil change. The wall says full synthetic is 79 dollars nowhere does it state that brands may make prices fluctuate. And they didn t even take my coupon! Very upsetting! You don t know what people have in their pockets nothing is easy for anyone right now and that really made me feel a way about Duke of Oil in Griffith, IN.

Took the car in, it required special oil. They checked fluids and added the right oil. Great job, didn t take long. Friendly people. I had a coupon, no problems.

This duke of oil sucks I went and got a full service and they didn t check anything not my power steering oil not my transmission just gave me an oil change after forcing me to get the full service i highly do not recommend them the manager had no sympathy he just kept saying they should have checked it well they didn t sir his name is don he sucks

Excellent service today at duke of oil. Highly recommended. They said my oil was so clean. I did not need to have it changed. So honest. They checked everything and did not even want to charge me. I definitely gave them a tip. Well worth it.Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

So rude and dismissive!Jiffy Lube down the street was completely opposite experience. Super helpful and willing to work with me. Will not be going back to Duke of Oil. Thanks Robert at Jiffy Lube for your awesome customer service! Duke of Oil might want to take some notes!

Fast reliable service everyone was excited to help they go beyond just a oil change they also check you fluids clean your windows and check the air in your tires when I tell you this is the only place ill be going from now on for oil changes. The building was very well kept the sitting area was very clean and smell wonderful if I could give them 10 stars I would because you can't find quality service like this.

Very fast and friendly service. It was my first time here but it felt like "home". I felt well informed, advised, and taken care of. The lobby area was clean and safe. I look forward to my next oil change just for the friendly faces.

This is the worst Duke of Oil to go to. They are so lazy. They didn't check lights, they told us to get out of the car while everyone else got to stay in their car. They didn't even remember to give a sticker we had to ask for a new sticker. The guy didn't even put enough oil in until the manager was asked to check it. Guess what IT WASN'T ENOUGH! I rather go to the Duke of Oil on route 30 these kids are lazy l.

When I 1st pulled in manager looked and said send her off I dont have an oil filter for a Telluride which I understand it wouldn't be the 1st time I have heard that. But the young man gathered some more information my vin my name etc. Looked it up and said they had the oil filter continued on with your truck take 6 quarts of oil so there will be an extra charge which I already knew so I asked for a total he told me $102.68 I laughed and told him to Stop and close my hood the Kia Dealership doesn't even charge that much! They are ridiculous with there price and people are crazy if you go there and think you are getting good service and reasonable prices!Service: Oil change

I got an oil hanger less than a month ago. I take my car back because my oil light is coming on. They tell me that once I hit eighty thousand miles that my oil will burn out quick. Bill and we know the rest. I am a female that knows about cars. I wouldn t dare go back to this company again, and I have been going to them for years. Never again. I didn't need an oil change however fell thru to get a set of wiper blades...same blades I've been getting from different joints but here much, much cheaper and I got a discount coupon for my next visit..big shout out

They are all about business here at this location. The staff was friendly and polite, and they did their job with pride and attention to detail. They told me everything at the end. I got to see the interaction with a few other customers while waiting for my car to be finished. If you've had a bad experience at another location or another oil change place I'd definitely give this one a shot

Good and honest people are hard to find. That is why I will always go here. Been going here since they 1st opened with all my vehicles. Told me today wasn't due for oil change and I knew it. Asked me if I wanted to wait, said no. I knew it wasn't due yet but they were honest about it. Getting ready to sell it and want it in tip top shape. Thanks everyone.

I stopped in for an oil change before work and was in and out within 20-25 minutes! The manager was excellent at going over options (letting you know up-front that it takes 6 qts over 5 qts---or that the filter is different, etc). I heard them explaining to other customers too and they answered any and all questions. I have no complaints about the work done.

Stopped in after my 12 hr shift and figured I'd pay a little to get my headlight bulbs swapped out with new LED's on my 2016 Ram 1500.Manager tried to push additional charges saying they would have to remove the entire front grill of my truck.I said forget it, I'll do it myself tomorrow morning. Took me 10-15 mins the next day and only had to remove 2 bolts and slide a locking tab for each housing. Did not have to remove the front grill as manager stated. Beware of the hustle folks!

It Was A Great Place!But the price is going higher & higher with No coupons! And the New Manager don't Care about the customers or the business! It's time to find a New place after 19 years.............. Plus Over 5 vehicles NOW And over 20 recommendations that I have gave family and friends

Waiting 30+minutes outside the doors while watching all the bays filled with other cars not getting done! Service techs standing around & then eating their lunch! Worse place ever! If there is a problem inside, they need to let waiting customers know!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We have gone there for years for oil changes. The last few times there are always problems with my car afterwards. Tried to send me to their car repair people, yesterday had issues with a different car and as my car was being pulled out the manager was eating in my car. Never again will I go here. Too many staff changes the last few years....Service: Oil change

Had a bad experience here, forgot my credit card call the manager to tell him he said he would lock it up. Luckily I put a hold on my credit card, within 24 hours I had charges on the card. The manager stated that they knew nothing about it. I had to cancel my card and get another card just in case numbers got written down. Not very trustworthy people ! Don't trust them go somewhere else remember these people have access to your vehicle also.
