Omg!! Ms Lana is the most patient and caring and knowledgeable agent I have ever met! She's is going to get in that ring and FIGHT ever hurdle til you are accepted, approved and driving away!! I had my doubts but that's all old news! She is resilient in making sure her people get taken care of! I wouldn't consult with anyone other than HER! She IS THAT GIRL! And super pretty to look at while she's handling all your needs! Go see her y'all!!!

I'm not going to elaborate... Just felt like.i was being hustled... I kindly walked away from thus place... Lana wasted my time...She called me on.my.phone asking me to take down a review... This is how I felt I was treated... you have no right to call a customer and a demand a review comes down.Kn the future be more honest and transparent..

I would like to thanks Lana for the great customer service and helping me with everything. I didn t wait long and I was able to get a vehicle with no money down and also do a trade-in. Lana was willing to assist me with a Uber if I didn t have a way there. I m so thankful for her. PLEASE GO SEE LANA, YOU WON T BE DISAPPOINTED

I was approved with a low credit score and minimum down payment got the car that I wanted Heads up you will have to purchase auto insurance before leaving the lot. Also they don t mail out the license plates, you will have to get the plates from your local DMV. But nevertheless you will be able to get a car.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND SafeWayAuto. They work with you no matter what your credit score is. Very Very low down payment, and they let you pick out any car that you want. Also the process is very quick they get you in and out, hassle free.

Their Sister store stole over 700 bucks out of my account... Go read my review about Smartbuy ....and honestly I wouldn't buy from Safeway either their super unprofessional and their cars don't come with warranties unless you buy one smh

To begin, I called and spoke to Lana, who immediately was brutally honest and she explained everything missing anything, on how things could go or how they will! She remained very hopeful even while I wasn t being that Carlots have told me before that I was approved and once I get there, the story was completely different! However, she knew just what to do, so I took her advice and sent all my information over, she got me approved and she didn t put me in the car I wanted but the one I LOVE!!! She made sure that the mechanic checked it out for me and I was pleased upon leaving! She did something others only said they could do for a long time, I ll definitely recommend any and everyone to her and this company! Lana rocks, she keeps her word and she works hard for your satisfaction! Thank you!!!

This place is amazing! If you re looking to purchase a vehicle and you re unsure where to go, don t hesitate to go here! Lana helped me out tremendously! The process was flawless and hassle free. Lana helped me from the time I walked into the doors with my inquiry, until I left with my new purchase. I don t even know where to start all I can say is that I bought a car from them and I had to been repairing it since I got it with in the first two weeks of having the car I had to spend damn near a thousand dollars in repairs and my key fob died out and the key that was given to me wasn t the right key I had to spend another thousand getting the right one s and they don t reimburse you for nothing and they gave their own mechanics but they don t know a thing of mechanics I don t recommend this place to no one I urge people to go else where and of course they still don t want to do anything to resolve the situation I strongly don t recommend this place to no one there scammers

If you re looking for a car DO NOT go to them. I was just there yesterday looking for a car. I found one I liked, test drives it and everything. I told them I only have $500 to put down and I have no driver s license and my credit is low. So they wanted $1500 for a down payment mind you this is a 2013 Chevy Cruze a 10 year old car. So the guy I was talking to said he was going to call the finance company and see if I m approved to put down $500. So I m still looking at the car that I potentially wanted so then I go back inside now he s saying they want $2500 down payment now but he s telling me just give them $500 we ll let you take the car for that much in his words this is our gift to you and just tell the finance company you put that $2500 so basically lie so I told them I m not comfortable doing that I m good. So now he s saying are you sure I can change it s $500 and I can get the car. I told I appreciate looking the cars but you don t have what I m looking for. So I m about to leave one of the other employees asked me what he told me so I told her he wanted me to lie and she said no they wasn t what he was trying to do that he can change it to $500 I said I was good. So I m telling anybody did not shop with them. They are they trying to scam you. And they make it seem like it s your loss if you don t buy from them.

Great place to get a car they paid for my Uber and I stay 2 hours and 40 minutes away gave 0 down on the car and I m leaving happy and safe and my new vehicle thank you guys yall rock !
