Courteous staff! Customer service is excellent! Offer additional services with no pressure to purchase. Love how they clean The front and back windows of the car and check the tire pressure offering to rotate if needed. I would rate this the best Jiffy Lube in the region that I have been to so far.

Super fast and friendly service! Unfortunately one of the workers left a rag on the seat(which I had to give back to him) of my car leaving a greasy mark behind.

I got an oil change recently (as usual). I like how they tell you the cost before they start their work. They allow you to use coupons with no hassle. Only thing I do not like is when they keep trying to up sale things. Filters, coolant, etc... but I appreciate them telling me what my car needs.

The Gentlemen at the Jiffy Lube on Ridge Rd.in Griffith, In., gave the ABSOLUTE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ve ever received while getting my Car serviced. Polite , mannerable and informative. It makes your day when all the pleasant Staff greet you. I will be telling family and friends. It was a very pleasant experience

The service was fine, the technicians were polite and thorough!! My only complaint was my "low tire pressure " light is STILL ON! When I brought this to their attention, I was told to "drive the car around and it will go out"!!? Well I have "driven the car around" and it has not gone out!??

Always super helpful. They are not pushy, but informative of any needs for the vehicle. I like finding a usual spot with people that make the annoying car stuff easier to deal with. Cavie and Alex were great!

Are you ready, the service was top notch, but the inspection could have been better. It turned out that both of the coils on the back suspension were broken and it was pretty obvious when you were looking. The damage was not done by the work that was done to the car, but they certainly could have let me know the coils were broken. The rating would have been a 5 star if the inspection of the vehicle was done better. Even with that said I'll still be back because other than the inspection of the vehicle everything else was great.

Jiffy Lube went from a ten to a one in customer service. I've been with this Jiffy Lube for over 7 years. I moved out the area and still drove 20 minutes to this Jiffy Lube because of the service. This particular visit on 2/3/24 was the worse visit I've ever had with Jiffy Lube. I needed my front brakes done. I came in before they opened at 8:00 so I can make sure that I would be able to have my brakes done that day. So I sat and waited in front of the bay doors until they opened up. 8:00 rolls around one employee shows up. Well after 8:00 the other employees started to show up. So I sat and waited and waited and waited until around 8:15 someone decided to come to my car to see what work I wanted done. He tells me that it will be 2 to 3 hours for them to finish my brakes. I asked why would it take so long. He said he had to talk to the technician. While they decide if the want to do my brakes, time is just ticking by. It's now close to 8:30 and the technician finally comes out to tell me that someone will pull my car inside and that the waiting area is under construction. Do I want to drop my car off or wait for it. I live 20 minutes away, I'll wait. I've never dropped my car off just to have brakes done. He was so rude and acts as if it was a problem that I wanted my brakes done that early. So I went across the street to wait at a restaurant until my car was done. He took every bit of 2 plus hours to do my brakes. So I guess that because I came in so early and that he had to do some work he would make me wait over 2 hours for my brakes to be replaced. When I came back to pay and pick up my car he was acting as if he didn't see me standing there and just kept up the conversation with another customer. When I got a chance to look at the receipt I notice that he had an extra charge on my bill for $20.24 for shop supply fee. I've never seen that on any repairs that I had done and I had my back brakes done there. This was the worse experience I've ever had with Jiffy Lube. The technician's name is Robert J. That's the name on my receipt. He is very rude, unprofessional and lacks good customer service. How would he feel if someone treated his mother or sister the way he treated me????

I come to this location ONLYAll of the employees are extremely well instructed, and I trust them . They stand by their work.Once I went in for an oil change and a transmission fluid change, and when they did their checks for brake lights and such, I had a break light out. I already knew this and before I left. I asked how much they would charge to replace the break light. I was told I didn't have a break light out. A reinspection was done upon that inspection, I indeed had a breaklight out, and they replaced that break light and did not charge me for that. I was told they should have caught that.There really are honest people out there.God Bless You AllD.W.

On a sub zero day I needed an oil change and tire rotation for a big road trip. The guys couldn t have been more helpful. I found I needed new brakes which I suspected and they were able to accommodate me right then and did a great job. Post roadtrip I can happily say my car drove like a champ!

Great customer service, well informed and informative. Only thing I take issue with is the oil light was not reset( easy fix by checking my owners manual, just assumed it was done during an oil service). Overall will return.

Great service, very informative, and went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle. They offer complementary window cleaning and vacuuming, as well as a diagnostic report about your car. Wouldn t go back highly recommend.

I've always received good service here. Recently, they checked my mom's cabin filter and she was upset that it was so dirty and other shops didn't check for her. Highly recommended.

This is the best place hands down to get an oil change. The whole staff is very professional and efficient. I drive 30 miles just to come here. That s how much trust I have in them with my vehicle. You re doing great Griffith! Keep up the great work!

dishonesty in pricing is a huge issue. leading with a low price, then slamming on a higher price is not cool. i was told that i needed $70.00 to change my transmission fluid and i ended up paying $200.00: had i known it would be so much, i would not have come.

Waited an hour and a half. Not exactly their fault I'm guessing they were moving as fast as they could. Service was adequate and they were nice. They did try to upcharge me on a air filter but that is what it is.

Everyone in this establishment is very knowledgeable and super helpful.I stopped in for an oil change for the first time.I'm assuming the gentleman who opened my door for me to get out of my car was the manager?Every young gentleman who worked there was up on their toes.It took about 30 mins. to change my oil, they filled and checked all fluids and tires, everything on my vehicle. Where most places don't.Being that it was a Tuesday, it was ladies' day.Now they are in the process of merging with another company, so I really hope they keep ladies' day on Tuesdays.Would I go back here? ABSOLUTELY!They are worth every second of waiting.So give them a try.

The jiffy lube on ridge road was outstanding they use the old method of walking out to your car opening your door talking to you about what you need and then escort you to the waiting room where there is everything at your disposal coffee restroom etc. while the one person is escorting you to the waiting room there is someone else pulling your car into the establishment this is perfect service. I felt some royalty service, with this type of service you don't mind paying for what you need. Jiffy lube employees keep the good work up ladies and gentlemen.

Hands down one of the best places in the country for an oil change. I drive all over the country on road trips and have been to many places. This place is efficient, friendly, professional, and knows what their doing. I have been here at least 3 times already and it is my go to place from now on before going on long trips.

Everything was good except that all of my controls were jacked with. My lights were changed from auto to off. My seat was moved way up. And my dashboard was moved off the speedometer. I get needing to check this stuff and appreciate it but put it back.
