Started out with a flat tire Monday morning, called them as they were closest and they said air it up and come in, they will fix it. Made it there and while there asked for pricing on new tires. Gave me a very fair price and I went in this morning to get new tires. They didn't charge me for fixing my flat tire since I was coming in for new ones. Love this place and people are wonderful. I went to Best Tires in Griffith on main street. Highly recommend them. They also do mechanical. Thank you for getting me is so soon. great team there. Scale of 1-10, 10+Service: Tires

Best Tires and Mechanical Repairs is a hidden gem that people need to know more about. The owner is knowledgeable, experienced, and fair with pricing. I had the pleasure of getting to know the owner better and he truly is out to help the community. I'm not from the area, here on assignment for 3 months, I don't know a single person in the area so when my Jeep started making a weird noise that got progressively worse for weeks I finally couldn't ignore it and googled auto mechanics and looked at reviews. I generally read a few good ones and then go right for the bad ones. There weren't very many and the ones there were clearly were at no fault of the garage, but more the customer not understanding. They live up to the 5star rating. I was convinced I knew what was wrong with my Jeep and I needed a new strut on the front and possibly new shocks. Would have been $$$$, they called to tell me it was just the wheel bearing it was half the price I expected and that included the tow from the day before when my wheel flew off doing 65mph on I-94. They were fast, reasonably priced and very friendly. A- the receptionist(?) was awesome.

I had a flat and used fix a flat. Drove right over to Best Tires Highland but it was about 45 minutes before opening. I called the phone number and the owner had me come into the garage and assessed my tire. It was beyond repair. Sold me a great used tire for a good price. I was out before the shop even opened. Less than 45 minutes. What an awesome place.

Absolutely had one of the best experiences at best tires. They gave me the best price on four new tires. Even had them delivered the next day. James and Willie are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Will definitely be recommending everyone to come here. If your looking for a trustworthy and reliable shop this is the place.Thanks guys for the wonderful experience.

Took my car in to get the brakes checked. Best Tires were completely upfront and honest with me. They told me the front rotors and brake pads needed to be addressed, but that my rear pads/rotors had another winter left in them. Had the job done within in a few hours and the price was great! I will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Hidden Gem!!! Not only did I receive the best price in town, they were fast, friendly, and efficient!! I priced Walmart, Levin , Discount Tires, Tires Barn, Cars Plus, and Best Tires were able to beat the other guys prices by $50 - $100. My tires were ordered on a Sunday, and were available for installation the NEXT day. Did I mention the installation took less than an hour! I would HIGHLY recommend!

Needed 4 new tires.. after doing all of the calling around, pricing out new ones I was looking at waiting 3 days and $1000.00.. These good folks find me 4 used tires around 70 % tread life, for under 350.00 cash out the door! These new (since they are better quality}.. would have been over 1200.00! I didn't even need to wait just drove right over. Ask for the cash.. out the door price (why not save them the 3% if you can}! Customer service was excellent too! See you all in another 35,000 miles or more :)

I have been going to this shop for about a year now and the guys have always been honest with me on issues with my car. They go above and beyond with what ever needs to be fixed and most importantly, are very kind people. 10/10 recommend anyone near the Highland area to go to Best Tires & Service, it has been the best decision to do business with them!

Wish I can give more stars than 5 , Awesome Hidden auto shop Gem in highland! Dropped my truck off for front and rear brake service they got the job done the same day with awesome pricing! I will definitely be going back for all my services! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We had a tire issue late on a weekend close to their closing time. We are not from the area and stopped by and they were very kind and courteous. Excellent customer service and treated us well after a bad experience from a chain tire store down the road.

Went in yesterday for a wheel alignment on my 2012 GMC Acadia. They are professional,fair,honest, and very reasonably priced. They also got me in and out the same day. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back in the future.

Great local business. Prices for new and used tires are very good. The employees are very happy to help. They have put 2 sets of tires on my Maserati and couldn t be happier with the service!

We are originally from Northwest Indiana and now live in Spring Hill, Florida. My husband & son made the drive home to see family, only to encounter a problem with one of his tires on his car. The culprit appeared to be a screw or nail in the tire. Fortunately, it happened in Lowell, Indiana, and not at some random location between here and there. My husband calls me, who is in Florida and nowhere near the problem, to help him find a place that is still open anywhere at 5:55 pm CST on a Saturday night to help him. I Google the daylights out of my phone and immediately start dialing the few places still open for the next 5 minutes.I was fortunate enough to call Best Tires in Highland, IN. James answered the phone and I asked if he could stay open until my husband could arrive. He didn t even hesitate and said yes. Talk about customer service! Honestly, he didn t even need to answer the phone, let alone agree to stay late until he got there. I called hubby and told him go straight to 9905 Express Drive, Highland and James will take care of him. I learned he was 12 minutes away so I called James back and let him know he would be there shortly.This speaks volumes regarding the passion and level of customer service smaller businesses provide to customers. When I called, James didn t know how long it would be until my husband arrived, he just agreed to stay and take care of him. THAT IS HUGE!!! The repair was done in 15 minutes!!!If you go anywhere else for your automotive tire needs, you are doing yourself a disservice. Thank you so much James! You are definitely a class act!!

Very nice, polite, and honest but we took our car there with a flat tire ND instead of diagnosing the problem they replaced it with out knowing why. I just wish they would have figured out why it wasn't holding air, maybe it could have been patched but they didn't take the time to find out. They also didn't lie about it.

Great service, very friendly. Would recommend to anyone. I've dealt with levin and discount tires and the customer service is much better at best tires. This is the place you should give your business too. You wont regret it

I needed a new tire for my vehicle and didn't want to buy new ones... They have very nice used tires with good tread for a good price. I was in and out in 20-30 minutes.

This is the place for your next tires.The owner Willie is Honest and will go above and beyond to earn your business.My car was shaking very bad and I stopped by to see what the issue may be. Willie checked my tires and found that I had 2 bad tires and the other 2 were off balance. Because of his Honesty and recommendation I bought 4 new tires. He also does all the work himself, and he does oil changes, and mechanical work.Let's support this small businessman and all the other small businesses in Highland..

Willie was a Godsend for taking on my vehicle repair Dropped it off at 9AM & by 11AM it was ready to be picked up If I would offer one suggestion is to use paper floor mats to avoid tracking shop dirt into the vehicles That's a small action that would be a great addition to the great service

Very poor customer service. It took them a week to give me a call back about a quote. They had my car for a week and when I got it back half of the work I needed done wasn't done, charged me full amount and told me they will give me a call when they find out what can be done after I found their mistake. Had high hopes but was very disappointed...

Got a tire balance because of 2 tires replaced. Told me I could use brakes but I don't seem to feel there is an issue. Not sure that was good advice.
