First time writing a review because the service was just top tier, Javier helped me find a fender, bumper, and grille. He was courteous throughout the multiple phone calls we had and was able to get the parts to me NEXT DAY when they didn t have it.

Rudy was great. I needed some parts but they were to expensive to ship so he held on to them for me until I was able to make it in the area. I was only able to come up there during off hours so he made sure to put my parts in a spot where I could just swing by and grab them. Very helpful and great customer service. More businesses should treat people the way Rudy does. Will definitely use A1 griffith auto parts in the future and will recommend to others as well. Thank you Rudy!!!

Omg, what an amazing person is Rudy/ Raul. His customer service was awesome. He made me feel like I was the only customer in the building!! He took his time answering all my many questions, he kept me updated on when my part would be available and was accurate. Plus, Rudy is an Angel in disguise; he gave me a spiritual uplift of great inspiration that I needed to hear that day. I haven t had this kind customer experience in years!! DO NOT get parts from this company, bought a transmission from them and it DOES NOT work, contacted the seller Rudy and he basically got mad and make difficult to return defective transmission also we lost for time to instal and remove this transmission. Seller Rudy lie with miles at donor vehicle . TOTAL SCAM

Buy elsewhere. Bought a motor from them. Didn't work, right off the truck. They won't honor their warranty, nor will they call you back when you call them. Terrible customer service. Save yourself the time and shop elsewhere

These guys a liars, scanners and thieves. Rudy have anger problems and is the worst sales guy u can meet. Told me one price over the phone then started increasing it when i got there. Javier does nothing to make things better. They Called me and said they have the parts ready. When I got there, they are now about to remove door handles from the old car. One handle took an hour to remove and I need all of them. Could wait any longer so they said they will get it close by my location. Next day, broken parts were in the bag and these thieves admit to it but never processed my refund. Please save yourself the headache by shopping elsewhere!!

I am never going anywhere else again. Rudy is amazing. I needed a transmission for my trailblazer and so much more he gave names of businesses and saved me over 3000 dollars. The auto shop wanted 3500 just for the trans not including labor. I got got everything including the tow for and trans installed for less than 900. We should give people awards because they actually care about their customers.

I had a hard time finding a spare for my Lexus vehicle. When I contacted A1 Rudy assured me that he would help me locate a spare. And that s what he has done. out of all the junk yard locations that I called, this is the one that helped. The others listen with an half ear and rushed me off the phone saying they couldn t help. Thanks so much!!! I m back on the road secure again

Probably the worst customer service I have ever had to professionally deal with. I never leave bad reviews for anyone either.Spoke with Javier to order a transmission, he said I was taken care of no problems and trans would ship out next day and would take 3-5 days.A week goes by and I call and speak with Jerome. He who has no clue of the order or anything. But says he has all my info and will get it shipped to me asap. 3-5 more days go by and no transmission. I call and speak with Jerome again and says he isn't sure what is going on, that he will call the owner and find out. Said I would hear from him in 30 minutes. 4 hours go by and I call again. Frustrated obviously, I run a small business and time is definitely money and I have been screwed around for 2 weeks.I speak with Jerome again and he proceeds to laugh and tell me he doesnt know where the transmission is or what happened. He laughingly says I'm sorry. And I get hung up on.I was patient through out the entire time, never came off wrong to anyone.Whoever the owner is there really should take a look at the people he has trying to run a business. What a joke.

Great service. Good prices also. They didnt have a part there that I needed for my car so over night they picked up the part in chicago and had it there the next morning. Done... i will definitely be back.

The A1 Griffith owner will personally go out of his way to help find what you are looking for. I ve been to several auto shops to find a decent price for my radiator and this topped all of them. Very trustworthy and well run business.

A1 Griffith Auto Parts & Glass went above and beyond my needs. The staff was wonderful and provided me with all the help I needed. I went in there looking for the 2017 Chevy Cruz headlight and that s what I left with. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service, a vast variety of auto parts, and reliable products!

This place was great service was greattell me what I needed he took me out back let me pick out the parts I wanted they pulled them for me I came back an hour and a half later and they're ready to go. One of the best junkyards I've ever been to. And prices are great

These people are wonderful. I placed a mail order. A1 Griffith Auto Part takes pride in their work, double checked compatibility, and inspected the part before taking my order. Shipping was inexpensive and fast.
