My experience with this place was very good at the time, but has turned very sour. Ignore the comments about Leah being rude, she's plenty friendly and helpful, she's just a little rough around the edges. The buying experience was just fine. HOWEVER... I've owned the car I bought there for just one year, and now I'm having to shell out $8k for a new transmission because it's shot. I bought the car at about $4k under market value, so I naively thought I was getting a good deal. Just make sure you have a certified mechanic check out whatever you're looking at.

My boyfriend and I are first time car buyers. We ve had our new (to us) Honda civic for about a week now and we love it! No issues at all, the car was very well taken care of, and Leah was very helpful and friendly throughout the experience and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We highly recommend Wide Range!

Sold us a car with a broken cat. There wasn't any CEL when we checked it other than 2 minor ones, but it turned out that these 2 minor codes popped out due to failing cat. Now dealership wants $4.2k just to replace the cat.

Make sure you inspect the car very carefully before you buy it maybe bring a mechanic along with you. My wife and I bought a lemon, but that s our fault for not giving it a thorough inspection. Ours at three major issues that we overlooked and it s our fault really not their fault they sold broke down car.

I should ve left this review a long time ago! We have been going through Widerange since 2018 when my dad passed and we took over his vehicle payments. We came back again in 2021 when my car was stolen, again the same year when our other vehicle died, and again just this week to trade in our suv. Leah is the backbone of that company and will treat you like family. We are so grateful for all her efforts and honesty through each experience we have had. This place is a hidden gem, but only because Leah is there doing the work she does!

We drove to this car lot from Louisville to find a great suv. They had the exact Honda Pilot we were looking for in Excellent condition for the lowest price we had found anywhere. Leah was great to work with. She was not pushy about the sale but was very knowledgeable to any questions that we asked. We have recommended this car lot to all of our friends and family that have been car looking as well. You will not find a better place with better cars.

I called to check on the vehicle and found out they keep their website updated to the minute. Unlike many places, the car I was calling about was there. The person was friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to hold the vehicle with a small down payment. I drove 7 hours to get the car, and it was exactly as advertised. The transaction was efficient and smooth, and I was on my way. Very friendly top notch service. Despite the distance I would definitely do business at WideRange again.

Went in to check out an 06 audi a4 and I fell in love!!! The car was clean, all records were given, and not a lick of malfunction on the car. Rode great and drove great. Bought the car same day. Leah was awesome she helped me out and was able to answer all questions on the car. Check out the lot you won't be disappointed. Going on 3 weeks now since I had the car and I'm super happy with my purchase. Leah is honest and truthful and she has gained my business for any future purchases!!

I purchased a car in June 2019. After reading reviews I was looking forward to working with Leah, but she was taking a long-overdue vacation when I stopped by. The people covering in her absence were wonderful. Great customer service, lots of vehicles were in my budget, and I got a really good deal on my new-to-me car. I used their recommended finance company, which worked out perfectly. Thank you, Widerange!

The vehicle we looked at had multiple problems they didn't even want to address. I'm not paying full price for a heap of junk I'm gonna have to put money into. Just pass this lot by.In response to their desperate and inaccurate response: I am a former mechanic. So I know what I'm looking for mechanically. IF I do have a question about something, I have family members that are expert mechanics I can ask as well. Nice try with the whole "your not a mechanic" thing though. It's funny how this company responded with false assumptions, misspellings and no punctuation. Not very professional.Also, if they don't know how to buy their vehicles so they can offer a fair price, that's their issue. It's not the customers' fault they over pay for their cars. The vehicle we looked at had multiple issues and they wanted full price. They refused to negotiate given the multiple issues nor would they address these issues. My review is 100% accurate and very fair.Lastly, if you read the negative reviews, they have an excuse for everything. They have even gone as far as to call the customers liars. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.This is NOT a place you want to buy your next vehicle from.

Leah was great! Definitely will be buying our next vehicles from wide range! Very patient and kind when we were looking for which vehicle to buy. Gave us sound financial advice and a great deal. If you are considering buying a car from a big dealer I urge you to go here first you won't regret it

Bought a car, it had an issue the same day (Saturday night). They recommended a car shop to me and ended up covering the bill to fix it. Very thankful for it since I signed a paper saying as is and a paper stating I reject any extended coverage.My only critic is, Leah needs a few people with her on weekends. There were several people there when I was there. So she was running around all over the place.

I will say do not listen to the bad reviews the lady was very friendly! She did not give me a hard time about the test drive as I had read. There was a minor issue she was willing to have fixed immediately. Car was beautiful! I did not buy a little steeper than I was willing to go but she did not give me a hard time about it. I will say the price listed is the price they want other than that I had a great experience! Definitely recommend.

Leah is absolutely amazing. I was a first time car buyer and she helped me every step of the way. Even when i was still looking around she gave me tips on what to look for and things to avoid when car shopping. She is very low pressure and has great cars! There is a wide variety of options and prices. I highly recommend working with Widerange for your next car purchase. I cannot express how easy and great they were to work with!

Another great experience. I purchased a Corvette in 2018 and recently went back a purchased a Audi from Leah and Widerange. Both times Leah took great care of my needs in setting me up with my new play toy in the purchase of the Corvette and then by assisting me in finding the right car for me professionally and for my business. You absolutely can not go wrong shopping for a car at Widerange.

Went here looking for a car for my wife, we were looking to spend 10K, not a penny more. We had cash and we were in dire need as her previous car was nickel and diming us. We made it clear that we wanted to negotiate prices which I was told several times that the prices could be negotiated. The lady was nice, at first. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us several cars and SUVs in our price range, but they all had issues, when we went to discuss the issues she flat out denied them, after that we looked at 3 cars, a maxima with 177K on it, a Mazda 6 with 105k on it, and a Nissan Xterra with 120K on it. After several long test drives and $15 in gas we decided that we wanted the Mazda 6, we wanted to negotiate the price down to KBB excellent condition which was just a touch under 9K, they had 11K on it. When we went to discuss it the sales lady shut me down saying I was wasting her time and gas in the cars. (I put $15 in them $5 each) I tried to push past the statement and get the sale moving but she said she would not negotiate. I asked her again and she asked me to leave. So I did. I found a lower mileage car the next day that was a hair over 8K. In an odd way she kept me from spending more money. Thanks I guess? Edit: FYI this was about 2 years ago, just now getting around to leaving a review. IIRC there was a GTR, 350z/370z, and Kawasaki Ninja on the tiny showroom floor. The reply states this is the wrong location, but it s the same car lot.

What a fantastic experience! I would recommend Widerange to anyone who is looking to buy a used car. We were looking at two different cars on their lot, a Mazda 6 and an Infinity G37. We worked with Erika, and she was very helpful and friendly! She pulled the car around for us, and parked it for us when we were done. She let us take our time in deciding, and was very willing to answer our questions. When we got there the Mazda had a bad wiper and a bad turn signal bulb, but when we came back to the dealership an hour later, Erika had taken the car to a mechanic, fixed both wipers, and gotten a replacement bulb. We were so surprised and impressed by this. Even after this, she was willing to work with us on the price a little. To top it all off, the dealer document fee was only $100! A lot better than the $200 and $300 that we were quoted at other dealerships. We have been very satisfied with the car, and we look back on our experience at Widerange very fondly. Thank you Erika and Leah!!!!

Leah is amazing!! I can't say enough about how easy she made the process of buying a new vehicle for our family. She even worked with us when we had a family emergency right in the middle of buying. She was so understanding, empathetic and helpful, not at all like the typical "salesman" I would have imagined. I'm so glad we went to Widerange. We love our new van!

Unpleasant. Sales lady asked how I was paying and I said cash. Sales associate said are you sure it s in your budget? Pretty rude my girlfriend and I both thought. She pulled the car around and said we needed to have the car back in 10 minutes. The car was okay, but I ll take my money elsewhere. I need to be confident when buying a car not treated like a second class citizen

Leah was awesome, did everything in her power to get me into a new car that I'm absolutely in love with! 2009 Jeep Patriot was the car I decided upon. Runs great, pretty on the outside as well. Leah was so patient with me, as I was under quite a bit of stress about having to purchase another vehicle. She answered all my questions, was very honest and open with me about every car I inquired about. She didn't try to push anything on me and she went above and beyond to help me pick out the best car available to me in my price range. Second time purchasing my own vehicle and I could not be happier with the outcome. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
