What an amazing group of people! If you need any work done on your vehicle, you must go here! So professional, very kind and compassionate people. Honesty is a wonderful thing and we don t find this in these days, but you can be sure you will have all these things from each and everyone there!I am so thankful and blessed to have had contact and done business with them. I will forever be a fan and I tell everyone I can about Walter s!!! Just amazing place!I have to say thank you all for everything!!!!

Walters body shop is the best of the best. While it s normally not the most pleasant circumstances that have you dealing with them, they make it as pleasant of a process as possible. The entire staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Austin communicated with us thoroughly and answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb (very important to me when I know nothing about cars). Would absolutely recommend them to anyone and continue to use them in the future if the need arises.

If you need collision repairs this is the place to go. Very much attentive to the details. Treat you like family and take care of your second most expensive investment. Very passionate about good work. Highly recommend!!

Love these guys.This is a family owned business and they are not like the giant chain companies. I had my front bumper fixed here which was damaged by a towing company. They gave me a quote around 100 bucks most of which was for parts. However, they ordered a wrong part (bracket). So they attached my bumper with a bolt and charged nothing.

Just wanted to update my review from 4 years ago. The unfortunate part is that we needed repairs on another car, but fortunately Walters was able to work us in. Can't say enough about not only the quality of their work, but also the quality of the people here. Greenwood is lucky to have them.4 years ago:Excellent work. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the repair done on our 2018 Ford Edge. The shop was ready for my vehicle on the day scheduled and it was done in the time frame that was originally discussed. They found a replacement mirror for me and color matched the paint this winter. It was replaced for a reasonable price. Today I went back to have them lok at a rather large scratch. They buffed it out, along with several others I didn't see. They charged me nothing. I will always use Walter's. They most importantly do great work, but they also really take care of their customers.Service: Body & Trim

Walters Body Shop took on my bumper repair project after three other shoos declined. They did excellent work and communicated beautifully throughout. They handled everything with the insurance so I didn t need to worry. When my car was completed, my battery quit working. Walters tried to charge it for me overnight and when that didn t work, they secured a warranty replacement battery and installed it for me. I could not have asked for better service. Being in the insurance business, I ve dealt with a lot of Body Shops and these guys are one of the best. I ve used them for my own personal stuff several times and never been disappointed. Walter s is always straight forward, honest, and easy to deal with. They get the work done when they say they will and it s always top notch.

Stopped in with my granddaughter for an estimate on her car damage. Customer service and estimator were efficient and friendly. She will probably use the shop when she is ready for repair.

After having bad experiences with insurance recommended body shops we started insisting on using Walter's on a friend's recommendation. Honest people that do great work. We've used their services twice in the last year and won't go anywhere else now.

My husband needed his hood and roof repainted. We got quoted a reasonable price for both. The work was done quickly. The finished product is perfect! We will definitely bring any future vehicle needs here.

Attention to detail, Reasonable estimates for repairs, quick turnaround times, very knowledgeable about claims with insurance, help you work with your insurance and you can even drop your rental car off there. Genius, one stop repair shop!
