They could not rotate my tires because of rusted lug nuts. This can be fixed but I'll leave that to a proper mechanic.The oil change went smoothly and after I came back complaining of a "wobbly" feeling with my car, he tightened up the tire bolts and that fixed the unbalance. Good attitudes all around. Would go there again.

On two separate occasions with two different vehicles, the staff didn t tighten up things underneath and I have some parts dragging down the street. One ripped off of one vehicle and the other one, I was able to tighten back up. I shouldn t have to double check staff is doing their job. I ll go further down the street for an instant oil change.

I was able to stop in and get my oil topped off because it triggered my engine light since it was low on oil. They topped it off for free and reset my engine light. Very friendly, great service and highly recommend them!! Thank you Jess!!

Great service.Great that they let you know what your vehicle will need soon and offer replacement of fair filtes or what you need, and is convenient that you don't need even get off of the car.The only complaint that I have is that the 2 vehicles that I took to this place the left oil on the under covers that is leaking and around the motor that smoke a lot.They should make sure to clean.

Great experience, I went there and malik just help me all the way through the oil change. The top side was Jason and he did an amazing job. Bottom I didn t see that much I think his name was Connor. But overall just an amazing experience definitely recommend everyone to go. So, I go to Valvoline to get an oil change today. Pull up to an empty bay (my lucky day right?) I was told that I needed to move so the guy in the parking lot could pull in after he got his trailer unhooked from his truck. Won't be back.

No doubt they knew what they were doing. However, the lady assisting us talked way too fast & way too scripted & impersonal. Only question i had was to run a check engine scan & she was in such a hurry she disregarded & sent us on our way.

This place is awesome! Every person I've encountered has been extremely friendly and helpful. They run checks on your lights, wipers, and fluids, while they change your oil. The pricing isn't bad for the service they provide. Goodbye appointments, hello quick service.

A solid place for good value; may not be a full auto mechanic shop, but they can cover a lot of your needs for a good value and with professional conduct. I've gotten oils changes, air filters, windshield wipers, tire rotations, and even my front and rear differentials done without issue and without breaking my budget, which is super important these days.

We stopped in for a oil change and decided to have other things done while here. The customer service we received from Madeline and Lily was extravagant! They ran circles around the gentleman working! Lily checked us in and Madeline went over everything we needed etc. They took over the service being performed by the guys. I try to always use a Groupon when I go. They always seem to be very professional. Do not try to oversell too much. And was very quick.

Very dissatisfied in the service and professionalism of the technicians working. How to bring it in a second time because they didn't inflate the tires correctly causing my sensor to come on only thing they could say was that's weird.

I ve been to this location four times. First two times I had a routine oil change and a tire rotation. Last two times I ve left and notice I was leaking oil. It was quite a bit. I don t normally leave bad reviews, but this is not something to take lightly. Especially with a new vehicle.

Great!!!Got right in with no wait. Tired of Firestone and the 90 minute oil change where they were late in getting it in and late working on it.Good service, friendly staff. Will definitely be back.Waiting room is basic as basic gets, but you are here so shortly it doesn t matter much

I went to the take 5 on 31 this morning and Billy, Cory, and Seth were amazing with incredibly friendly service and notified us of our air filter issues and gave us a brand new one and installed it. Although the staff is always friendly, they are extremely slow. I come on my lunch breaks and each time has taken me over an hour and a half to get through the door and out. This time has made me look elsewhere moving forward. I waited 45 minutes before moving forward. Overall this oil change trip took 2 hours. This place was meant to be quick and convenient and unfortunately it has not been that.Service: Oil change

as a customer whose been waiting an hour why are cars just now pulling up in the second lane getting serviced while I m still waiting. Tell them to back up and let the customers waiting an hour + to be able to get helped first. Doesn t make sense.

Edit: The store manager offered to replace the broken bolt for free. I am still leaving a star off as this situation should not have taken place.The oil job itself was done well, but when they tried to take out my air filter (without even asking me first) to compare to theirs to try to sell me a new one, one of the employees used the incorrect tool and broke the head off of one of the bolts holding the car part in place above the filter. No one said a word to me about it. When I asked if anything was damaged, I was told everything was all good and that they got it off successfully. As soon as I leave and park to check, I see the broken off washer and top of the bolt just sitting under the hood of my car. I am unhappy that it seemed like they did not want to communicate to me that they damaged my car through their service, and especially for a thing I did not even say I wanted done. I want to take care of my car, and the fact no one admitted their mistake or tried to fix it shows me that I may be better off getting my car serviced elsewhere.

I've been getting my oil changed here for the last couple of years. I've always been very happy with the service and professionalism of the team. During my last oil change, there was an error made when re-installing the air filter, which caused some issues and resulted in me having to take my car to the dealership, where they told me I'd need a new sensor and the total bill would be $500. Chris, the manager at Valvoline, was apologetic about the error and worked quickly to get my bill paid by the next day! I am so impressed by the integrity of Chris and the people at Valvoline who worked quickly to make things right. For this reason, they will keep me as a customer and I'll tell all my friends to get their oil changes here!Services: Tires, Oil change

I ve been coming here for a while and service has always been good. This time was fine until she Broke my hood support rod, in a rush. A new one is $40. All they could offer was 25% off my next oil change. Very unfair. You break something, should should buy it. Period. Very disappointing.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They did an absolutely fantastic job.Extremely polite, didn't offer me a bunch of services I didn't need - Even pulled my air filter, showed me it was getting dirty but not quite ready to replace.My car is running great, everything topped off, tire pressure checked, reset my oil light.The price was modest, but definitely worth a few extra bucks for the service I received!

Great service. Everyone was really nice. They offer extra services, but don't push them on you to buy. Emily, Logan, Eli were excellent in servicing oil change. It's great that you can stay in your car while they change oil. They even show you your filter, and if it doesn't need changed or does. I watched this with me being in the passenger car of my husband's car, and I think I will be taking my new car here too!!!

Wow! First time coming here so was expecting just a plain Jane oil change, but these guys went over the top, checking every fluid, air filter, tires etc. Little more expensive to come here but worth every penny. I highly recommend. Chris and his team do a fantastic job! Will be back for sure.

Been to a lot of Valvolines, but that was definitely the quickest and most thorough one that I can remember. Everyone was super helpful! Especially Trinity and Emily who checked my lights and reviewed the services that I was due for, while not being pushy about trying to upsell. I probably won t be in this part of the country next time I need an oil change, but I ll wish that I was!

Amazing customer service despite being short staffed!!! The whole team has great hospitality. They honestly told me the basic maintenance for my vehicle, and told me what I actually needed the dealership to handle to try and save me money. They even found me a few coupons to use during my oil change!! By far worth the few minutes wait compared to 4 hrs at a dealership!!!!
