The experience was excellent all around. The associates were courteous and very helpful. They communicated very well, and were able to resolve issues promptly. They used the lugs I wanted, as well as putting the other lugs neatly into the same box. They also dismounted the tires from my stock wheels and loaded them into my car nicely. The service in total did not take long, and was very affordable for the services rendered. This put Tires Plus at the top of my list for tire and wheel servicing needs.

Hey mamas (dads too) I highly recommend this place!! I promised my daughter that I would pick her up from school today and woke up this morning with a huge nail sticking out of a flat tire. I got my car towed to tire plus and they said my tire wasn t in and wouldn t be there until 3. Scott went above and beyond and had someone physically go get the tire for me so would be on time for my little girl. This really made my day! Thank you Scott and everyone tire plus. I ll be back but hopefully not too soon lol

The personal at this store are like family, and they treat as if I am part of the family. I have been going here 2018 and I recently bought a new vehicle. I will be going to them for all the maintenance needed at each mileage check. They always have my best interest at the forefront everything that is being done to any vehicle that i bring to them.

The incorrect amount of oil was added. We were half way home when the check oil light came on. We had to go - back - for the correct amount of oil. A little extra care would have made sure we did not waste time and have to return. No compensation was provided for the error.

I love my new top of the line tires that I didn't pay top of the line bucks for. The folks here, they take every step to help you get more bang for your buck. Plus, if they can't do the job, they will advise you where and what may need to be done.We followed the mechanic's advice, our SUV is now 100%

I bought a truck and it needed an alignment so I came here to get it done. They offered to do a vehicle inspection so i went ahead and had them do it. I was told that they couldn t do the alignment due to bad control arm bushings and that I needed my rear wheel bearings replaced due to play in the hub. I got it home and checked out the bushings and they were in good condition minus a couple cracks in the rubber. My rear wheels were tight as could be with no bearing noise. They also didn t mention that the truck was leaking oil and wasn t even showing on the dipstick. If I could do 0 stars I would.

Lost my business! Service tech didn't know what he was talking about! I went in to get a wheel alignment done on my 2020 silverado an I had a steering wheel upgrade they said they couldn't due it because if it wasn't put on straight it wouldn't work! Well listen service tech theres groves that allows it to put it on one way! Your a service tech not a mechanic! Learn what ur talkn about before turning business away

Robert went above and beyond to ensure I had a safe ride. He was friendly and courteous throughout my tire emergency visit. The technician did a great job replacing 2 tires in good time! Thank you both for a great experience.

It's 3:23 pm and I'm at 451 greenwood park drive south. I was told by a customer that they would do a basic inspection on a car. When I arrived I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting. The tech shows up and when I asked if I can get an inspection he informed me they were unable without a appointment. Wow, not a soul in the parking lot...so I see when people REALLY DONT WANT WORK...NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I went there to get my tire looked at because it was flat. I pumped it up, drove it there only for them to say there was nothing wrong. They could not find the leak. I insisted they keep looking, but still nothing. However, when I got home, I found the leak and the hole where the leak was originating from. I am not a mechanic, but I basically did their job for them. I will not be going there again. My wife and I have been loyal customers for years.

The BEST experience I have ever had in any auto shop. This was the fourth place (first Walmart, Costco, and Goodyear) I had went to this morning to see if someone could look at a slow leak I had in my tire. I was very frustrated because I was told at every other place it would cost me $140+ for a new tire and would be about a 3 hour wait. It was 10:30 am on a Wednesday so I was hoping there wouldn't be a wait. I simply wanted a new tire or for mine to be fixed, if possible. I didn't think it would be that difficult because it seems that there are plenty of tire shops around Greenwood. I was wrong. I decided to try this shop as my last resort before giving up and heading home.Gareth (service manager) greeted me with a warm welcome and asked how he could help me. I explained to him my situation and he made me aware they were a little busy but nothing longer than 20 minutes. He asked to see my tire (nobody asked that at the other shops) and he informed me that they couldn't fix my tire and explained why. I was SO appreciative that he looked before making me wait. If I would have waited at Goodyear for 3 hours, they would have waisted 3 hours of my day for nothing. But wait, that's just the beginning...I asked him the cost of a new tire and was quoted about $100. It was the best price so far so I agreed to get it. I went to the waiting area with my son and grabbed a drink. It was less than 15 (maybe 10?) minutes later and my car was finished! I had mentioned to Gareth my stressful morning and my disappointment that my sons last day of winter break was spent driving all around for a tire. When I told him how happy I was that it was so fast, he said he wanted us to enjoy the rest of our day together so they made sure to get it right in. He also gave me a great deal on my new tire. He easily ended up saving me about $80+ dollars today. Not to mention my time that is invaluable.He took the time to talk to my son, and actually walked us to the door. My day went from stressful to great in about 30 minutes today. I had to hold back tears because of his kindness and respect. My entire life I have been swindled and taken advantage of by auto shops simply because I am a woman who doesnt know anything about my car. I truly appreciated Gareth informing me about my tire and his generous discount.I will definitely be returning!!

Staff were cordial. I' took the car for an alignment, as I was told the front alignment was done but the rear alignment can not be done and wanted to charge me full price. What would I do with a half done alignment. Eventually I was giving fifty percent off with no warranty. I feel I was cheated. If mechanic can't complete a job and, I should not be charged for. My money back would be appropriate.

I had my car serviced a week ago. I am so impressed that this company would hire mentally challenaged people. Robert was really nice, but he needs to work on his automotive terminology.

They have never let me down with great Service and Professionalism, I really want to give them 10 stars. The Team of Tire Plus Certified Mechanics looks out for the small guy like me. On a time crunch I had just returned from a trip to New York and Atlanta, and needed to depart immediately for my next trip to the Northeastern USA. My regular auto service provider told me both rear tires were bald and needed to be replaced today before I started my journey. Called around and was told this shop had the tires in stock, but we were nearing closing time and I needed to get in ASAP. The gentlemen at this Tires Plus communicated well, were friendly and professional, and got the service done in an impressively short time. I am very well pleased and very grateful. I've used this particular location a few times now. Their customer service is great and I've never had a long wait. I bought 4 new tires last year and thought their prices were competitive. This week the starter quit on my truck. I would typically use the mechanic shop near my house for this kind of thing, but it is usually a 2 day wait and the price is pretty steep. I gave Tires Plus a call because I was pleased with my previous experience with them. They quoted a price over the phone that seemed fair and said they could get it done the same day. The tow truck dropped it off there around 11am and the repairs were complete by 5pm. Brian and Ronnie took the time to call me when the truck was delivered, and again when they had verified what repairs were needed. Great communication and very courteous. I will definitely be using this location again in the future.

Robert was super friendly!! I had a hole in my tire and they fixed it in under 30 minutes. They also put the tire on the car for me with no extra charge!! Great prices and great service!!

May, 31st, 2020. SundayI stopped in with a wheel and tire that had the valve stem slashed. And even with the business being very busy on a Sunday, they quickly and professionally took care of the valve stem for me, and even did it free of charge. I Really appreciate their willingness to help me out. My first time experience being there was great, and I absolutely recommend that more people consider this shop.-Lucas

The front right tire on my Accord started feeling shaky, I found Tires Plus online and made an appointment on their website the night before and was able to get an appointment for the next morning at 11 AM. My appointment was confirmed early the next morning. Brock was my service advisor and did a great job explaining my options. Turns out a belt had broken in my tire. Both of my front tires were low on tread so I ended up getting two new tires and an alignment. They were able to work within my budget and the car is back to running great again. I would recommend Tires Plus to others and will return there myself for future maintenance needs.UPDATE: Returned to Tires Plus this morning and also had another very good experience. My brakes had been making noises. I made an appointment for 8:00 AM earlier this week. It was quickly confirmed and when I arrived today they were ready and expecting me. I needed new brake pads. It was all taken care of quickly and explained to me. I am very pleased with the service and will return in the future. I would recommend Tires Plus in Greenwood to friends.

I have been coming here for a while now, and I have always had a positive experience. They are quick, efficient, professional, and courteous. The customer service is fantastic, and they explain everything they are doing. Joey is the one who usually works on my car, and he's always been top notch.
