Chris and his team were knowledgeable and helpful. I've come hear for other repairs on my fleet, and they always do a great job. Fair and honest with great customer service.

The workers are super friendly and really care about their clients. Thankfully it was just a nail in the tire which came with a no cost repair. We were in and out in less than a hour. Definitely will be coming back.

Danny and his team are great to work with! Danny was very knowledgeable and patient while helping find tires that were exactly what I was looking for and in the price range that I wanted to be in. 10/10 recommend this team, I will be back in the future.Also wanted to give recognition to Matt McKinnies who was a new store manager in training working at this location on the day I had my tires installed. He was very thorough and honest, someone I would trust to give me an honest opinion when it came to having tire and brake work done to my truck.

Gave me a very competitive quote and then when it came time for checkout, they charged me about $50 less than they had originally said! Got all the work done in the span of one day and it seems everything was completed at a very professional level.

Nice place, nice prices and nice guys. Purchased 4 new Bfg K02's that are the same price everywhere but the service was better than expected.In and out with tires and an alignment very quickly.I would highly recommend this store to family and friends.

My go to shop! The store is clean and a good atmosphere while waiting. Always satisfied with the repairs, definitely a shop that is trustworthy. Definitely recommended!!

Went to multiple places the fridged Saturday morning bc I had a blow out. I have odd sized tores and noone was able to get them before Monday, as a working mom whos spare ilwas slowly deflating I couldn't wait. Came in here as my last hope, & of course they didn't have any on hand (not a suprize bc again they are an odd size) at this point I'm about to cry bc it just can not wait...Steven was super compassionate & spent atleast 10 minutes searching for the right size. He was able to find a full set for me and get them on today. I am super greatful for his efforts, especially considering they are swamped with customers today having the same issue as me.

Ordered 4 new tires for my 2007 Toyota Corolla online. Got to the store on Monday and everything went fine. Dropped off and went home. I got a call in a few hours that it was ready.Came back to pick up the car and went with the road hazard warranty.After getting home I saw that I'd been charged $40 extra for a TD TPMS Service Kit. That would have been great if the car had TPMS installed.Called the store and asked about the charge. I was told it was a mistake and is automatically added. I don't see how since I chose No on TPMS when I ordered the tires. Of course they said they would delete the $40 charge.Well, that was 3 weeks ago and I just got my charge account bill I notice it still had the same amount as the original bill. Just called them again and was told "Oh Yea, I'll get that going for you!". I guess I'll have to wait and see again. So I paid an extra $40 plus a months interest on it.I wonder how many other cars (without TPMS) have paid for the service kit?

Had wheel issues (very specific circumstances) and a nail in the tire. Multiple places I had called wouldn t even mess with it. Took it to TireDiscounters and had never been there before. They got me taken care of super fast and the manager had great vibes! Very helpful. Would 100% recommend and will be back.

i can t recommend this place enough. you can tell the staff cares about their job and you as a customer. everyone who i ve interacted with there has treated me like they ve known me forever. i don t know much about cars, but they take the time to explain it to you without being condescending. amazing work amazing staff

Excellent wonderful customer service as a female I appreciated all the transparency they quoted me a price of $133 for an alignment and they only charged me $99! And told me to come back in a couple months to get realigned I recommend them very highly!

Robert Barrett & Marshall Hughley went way above and beyond on Friday, March 31st!! We purchased a vehicle for a new driver and they made sure to advise what needed to be done to make it safe for a new driver. The car is a beater, but made me feel as if it they were working a an expensive vehicle. What a great experience and to have trust is an honest, respectful, and courteous in a local mechanic!! Highly recommend!!!

Oil change was reasonable and fixed a tire for free, and rotated and balanced them all for free. Great place for minor repairs

First time here on 12/28/22. I went in for a tire repair due to a screw that I just picked up. Kevin was very helpful and they got me in & out quickly. They waived the repair fee and I will definitely be back here for tires and other services when needed. All the employees were super nice and the waiting area was very comfortable. I look forward to doing business here in the future.

I was two hours from home, tire was done. They were as busy as can be. They told me it d be tough to figure out what was wrong and to replace the tire could be a day. They got it done though. Great place, great service.

These guys are amazing!!!!!! My new shop for all my needs. They fixed my car the right way and fixed the screwups that another shop made. These guys are amazing worked with us to make all things right and get me back on the road safely. I'm a team mom for a local football game and I need my van in top working condition and they fixed it all. I recommend this shop to anyone.

Friendly staff - no one trying to talk me into purchasing anything extra. The employee I talked to noted a few things that my car could use or that will need to be worked on soon but never tried to talk me into getting it fixed immediately or to try and scare me into getting something I didn t need! They seemed honest and reliable. I also enjoyed the fact that there is a goodwill right behind the shop so I was able to do that while waiting!

I have used this specific Tire Discounters since they opened up here on the south side and I ve always had an exceptional experience! I ve purchased new tires for my vehicle as well as my wife s here and been in for their road hazard coverage at least twice that I can remember. Always professional, prompt and very helpful. I will continue to use them without hesitation!

Everyone was very nice and professional. They were able to work on my car while I was at work- the pickup/drop-off service was a lifesaver for my schedule. They made sure to keep in contact with me when additional issues were discovered, and I felt that my car was in good hands with James. I will definitely be suggesting this location!

Absolutely AMAZING customer service and work! These people truly know how to treat their customers right! I got a FANTASTIC quote for tires from Bobby, and AMAZING service from Rick who honored my quote prices I had gotten from Bobby a few days earlier as it was Bobby s day off and wasn t there to verify that I spoken with him! Then there is Jake who done the work on my car that was very fast and efficient! I would totally recommend these guys for anything you need for you car that they offer!!! Thanks again for a great experience Rick, Jake and Bobby!!!I will most definitely be back!!!
